This card is a reference to Utgard Loki, the ruler of Utgarde in Jotunheim's Outland in Norse mythology. Utgard's illusions caused Thor and Loki a lot of trouble, and the castle they lived in was also a figment of his imagination.

The implied meaning of the word "illusion" is that this castle is an illusion created by Utgard.
