When a card game club is pulled into the Yu-Gi-Oh! world by the system

"10 stars!!!"

"Its attack power is the same as the legendary Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon!"

The noise from the stands returned, something Chang Yan was already used to.

"The effect of [Power Combination] will increase the attack power of the [Ancient Mechanical Chaos Giant] by its original value, which is—"

"4500 points! Total attack power is—"

"9000!"

[Ancient Mechanical Chaos Giant] Attack Power: 4500 → 9000

"hold head high----!"

A deafening roar emanated from the chaotic giant's body, and pitch-black chaotic energy began to spread across this world. Electrolyzed chemical elements were corroded by the chaos, while dark clouds filled the sky.

"So this is... your strongest and most evil monster, Tsukimori Michimitsu...?"

Looking at the enormous giant, Shenwu Shou exclaimed in amazement.

"9000 ATK? I've seen that before... But even so, I have no intention of letting you kill me so easily. Open my face-down card, Trap Card [Bottomless Trap Hole] - This can only be activated when your opponent Normal, Flip, or Special Summons a monster with 1500 or more ATK. Destroy and banish those monsters with 1500 or more ATK! Chaotic giant, may you return to the abyss of hell!"

【Naraku's Pitfall】 is an excellent summoning trap card because it can be activated through all three summoning methods, and it can also be destroyed and then removed.

A massive crater appeared beneath the feet of the Chaos Giant, as countless evil spirits from the depths of the abyss burrowed into its rotting, foul-smelling arms, wanting to drag the giant down to join them.

Evil Spirit: I want to play Gunpla too!

"Oh."

Upon hearing the trap card that Shenwu Shou had activated, Chang Yan let out a laugh that was hard to tell whether it was mockery or ridicule.

"Do you really think that my strongest and most vicious monster can't even withstand a single trap?"

The single, crimson eye looked down and saw countless evil spirits howling and trying to drag the Chaos Giant down.

"Om——"

Target locked.

"boom----!!!"

Thermally saturated positron pulse!!!

A crimson ray of destruction erupted violently from that single eye, utterly obliterating all evil spirits and obstacles in its path. The lightless pit was completely filled with the crimson destruction, which roared and unleashed boundless energy that bombarded the entire Naraku Hell, granting countless undead the liberation they had longed for.

When the Chaos Giant raised its head again, the enormous crater had become just an ordinary, scorching crater.

"Na, nani—!"

Shenwu Shou's eyes widened; he felt he would never forget this scene for the rest of his life.

Naraku's trap was directly exploited by the opponent?

"The Fusion condition for 【Ancient Gear Chaos Giant】 is 4 "Ancient Gear" monsters. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. While this card is in the Monster Zone, it is unaffected by the effects of Spell/Trap Cards, and your opponent cannot activate monster effects during the Battle Phase!"

"Of course, there is an even more important effect: this card can attack each of your opponent's monsters once. If it attacks a Defense Position monster, it inflicts battle damage equal to the difference between the attack power and the defense power of that monster."

(Because resistance is only available in monster zones, [Power Combination] can increase attack power.)

Chang Yan shrugged off the effects of the Chaos Giant, then looked at Shenwu Shou.

"Unaffected by Spell/Trap Card effects? Can't activate monster effects during the Battle Phase? Attacks all monsters once? And it has Defense Penetration? This..."

What does this represent?

Violence, absolute and extreme violence!

There are no actively triggered effects; all of them are permanent passive effects...

"It's over! The Ancient Mechanical Chaos Giant has attacked Phoenix Sword Saint Gia Fried! Come, Divine Martial Hunter, unleash your final trump cards!"

Instead of deliberately attacking the [Giant Plant] that had turned inside out to quickly end the battle, they chose the Phoenix Sword Saint, which had the highest attack power.

Ace against ace, I'll utterly crush you!

No regrets, no complaints, let's take the plunge and risk everything!

"This is really... In that case, I won't just sit here and wait to die! Quick-Play Spell [Cut Off] - During your or your opponent's Battle Phase, you can target 1 face-up monster you control. You lose Life Points equal to that monster's ATK, and that monster's ATK becomes doubled until the end of this turn!"

"Although the side effect is that the targeted monster cannot attack directly during the turn this card is activated, all of that is meaningless. Since you've chosen Phoenix Sword Saint, let's settle this with this one strike!"

"Choose [Phoenix Sword Saint Gia Fried], come forth, Moon Guardian Doman—!!!"

Shenwu Hunter LP: 6/400→2600

[Phoenix Sword Saint Kia Fried] Attack Power: 3800 → 7600

Endless life transformed into the phoenix's rebirth flames, and the burning phoenix raised its head and cried out at this moment!

Before they even made contact, the aura emanating from both sides materialized, creating visible air currents that forcefully ripped spiderweb-like cracks into the earth.

"Chaos - Ultimate World-Destroying Strike!"

"Nirvana Divine Sword!"

Sparks and electric currents emanated from the dual-barreled guns, indicating that performance had reached its critical point.

Above the blazing phoenix flames, the crimson color emanating from the armor could be faintly seen, but it was quickly evaporated by the flames, adding a barely perceptible, ethereal crimson tinge to the fiery red.

"emission----!!!!"

"Go! Go!"

In that instant, the Sword Saint unleashed a sword strike that divided heaven and earth, while the giant unleashed a world-destroying bombardment that turned the world into chaos.

At the moment of contact, the colliding energies swallowed the light, and then the blinding light overwhelmed the retina, while the deafening roar rendered the ears useless.

I don't know how much time passed, but gradually my eyes were able to see again, and my ears were able to hear again.

On the arena, where the entire venue was completely unrecognizable, Phoenix's Sword Saint had vanished, leaving only a tattered longsword stuck in the ground.

The black giant was reduced to its tattered upper body, while its lower body remained missing, and faint sparks of electricity exploded in the air.

But as long as one of them is still alive, that's enough.

Shenwu Hunter LP: 2600→1200

"...The final blow, let it end. [Ancient Mechanical Chaos Giant] attacks [Super-Synthetic Beast Laputinus], Termination Ray!"

The dim red eye shone brightly once more, and a crimson ray of destruction pierced through the alien object that shouldn't exist in this world, sealing the victory in this match.

Chapter 247 Jaden vs. Asuka

Thanks to reader rickylui for pointing out the bug in the previous chapter—there was an extra face-down card. Just pretend that [Super Double Summon] didn't exist. Oops, I got so caught up in writing that I forgot! Sorry everyone.

"The victor—Tsukimori Doman!!!"

The shouts, drawing out all the air from their lungs, brought forth thunderous cheers.

Without a doubt, this duel was absolutely spectacular.

Not only Principal Samejima, but also Professor Chronos and the other teachers stood up at this moment to celebrate the passionate duel between the two duelists.

Not only the students, but even the teachers were filled with excitement. Their fighting spirit was ignited at this moment, and they couldn't wait to find an opponent of equal strength to fight for 300 rounds and then smash the opponent to dust with one punch!

"Big brother, this duel is really... big, big brother, what's wrong with you, big brother!"

Marufuji Sho originally wanted to say something to his older brother, but when he turned his head, he was horrified to find that Yuki Judai's entire body was radiating a tangible fighting spirit, and his eyes were burning fiercely.

Jaden Yuki is now completely engulfed in flames!

"That was amazing! It was absolutely amazing! I haven't seen such a spectacular duel in so long."

Principal Samejima clapped vigorously, his palms turning red, but he showed no sign of stopping.

"Yes, None, teacher, it's been so many years since I've felt this excited, None."

Professor Kronos also put aside all his prejudices here and sincerely congratulated the two students.

"Haha, thank you in advance for the compliment, teacher. But could you help me up? I'm too weak right now..."

Shenwu Shou scratched the back of his head and chuckled. He had been extremely focused during his duel with Yue Shou Dōman, but now that the duel was over, he relaxed completely and plopped down on the arena, only to find that his clothes were already soaked.

"Tsukimori Doman, I originally wanted to say more, but now I'm completely in no mood for it—I hereby announce that Tsukimori Doman has been promoted to Obelisk Blue!"

Principal Samejima waved his hand and directly promoted Chang Yan.

His performance left everyone speechless!

"Ooo ...

Beneath the red hat, Chang Yan revealed a smile.

Although things got a bit out of hand, it was worth it for a better life in the future.

As darkness fell, night descended upon the isolated island.

As expected of the dormitories in Obelisk Blue, they are truly incredibly luxurious.

Each person has their own room, which is quite spacious and includes a small bathroom. The dormitory, on the other hand, has a luxurious communal bathhouse, decorated in the kind of opulent style reminiscent of Western aristocrats in anime…

You really can't imagine the happiness of the rich.

Chang Yan has also expended some energy in that duel, but since everyone thinks he has expended a lot of energy, he is happy to take a break and be a leisurely person for a while.

When it was time for dinner, Chang Yan was speechless again; the Blue Dormitory was truly luxurious.

The meals at the Osiris Red dorm are adjusted according to the day's classes. For example, if there's a PE class, they'll switch to high-calorie meals like steak. But at the Blue dorm...

Those precious and rare ingredients are available every day, and top-notch chefs prepare them with meticulous care.

Wow, this is so awesome!

Lying on the bed, which was of an unknown brand but felt very comfortable, Chang Yan appeared quite content.

He was very satisfied with his dinner, though he didn't really eat much. He just picked out the caviar, roasted foie gras, and truffles and smeared them all over the place.

Yeah, he looks like a country bumpkin.
