When a card game club is pulled into the Yu-Gi-Oh! world by the system

"A monster with 3000 attack power in an instant!?"

【Ancient Mechanical Giant - Ultimate Strike】 cannot be Special Summoned, but 【Ancient Mechanical Demon God】 can be Special Summoned regardless of the summoning conditions.

Facing this powerful monster with an attack power of 3000, Liz was not to be outdone.

"But I also have an effect to activate here, the effect of [Parasitic Paranoid] - If this card, which was used as an Equip Card, is sent to the Graveyard, you can activate this effect. Special Summon 1 Level 7 or higher Insect-Type monster from your hand, ignoring its Summoning conditions."

"Special Summon [Demon Shovel Bug]!"

Liz's hand cards: 3

A huge crater appeared in the earth, and pink pincers emerged from it. Countless toes gripped the clods of earth and crawled up, enough to make even the most timid person scream.

Devil Shovel Bug

Star rating: 8 stars

Attribute: Earth

Race: Insect

Attack power: 2800

Defense: 2600

Although he looks fierce and scary, he is no match for the big, dumb guy.

Have you ever seen a fist the size of a clay pot?

"Set 2 cards face down, end your turn."

"My turn, draw a card."

Common saying: Number of cards in hand: 3

"Activate the field spell [Gear Street]!"

The card was slapped down coldly, and the cold gears turned meticulously, fulfilling their duties without complaint.

"Then activate the spell card [Great Storm] - destroy all spell and trap cards on the field!"

"Nani, why are you doing this?"

"Haha, could it be that I made a mistake because I was in a hurry!"

"No, no, this is—"

Others might laugh at Chang Yan for making a mistake in the order of operations, but Professor Chronos in the audience put down the handkerchief he was biting and looked solemnly at the gear street that had been swept and destroyed by the huge storm.

"Then I'll activate the face-down card at this moment, the Trap Card [Spider Web] - banish 1 Insect-Type monster from my Graveyard, target 1 monster on your opponent's field, and destroy the targeted monster."

"Exclude [Paranoid], destroy [Ancient Machine Titan - Ultimate Smash] on your field!"

A huge crater appeared beneath the mechanical giant's feet. Its immense weight caused the ground to collapse, plunging the giant directly into the crater. Meanwhile, the spider monsters, who had been lurking underground, had already woven layer upon layer of giant webs, trapping the giant forever underground.

"Activate the effect of [Gear Street] - You can activate this effect when this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard. Special Summon 1 'Ancient Gear' monster from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard."

Special Summon [Ancient Mechanical Dragon] from your Deck.

The mechanical dragon, dragging its heavy body, glided over the shovel worm's head and flew to Chang Yan's front.

"Then the effect of [Ancient Gear Giant - Ultimate Strike] activates—If this card on the field is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can add 1 'Fusion' card from your Deck to your hand, and add 1 other 'Ancient Gear' monster from your Graveyard to your hand."

Unfortunately, the added cards must be Fusion cards, and not other types of Fusion cards...

"Add [Fusion] from the deck to your hand, then add [Ancient Machine Box] from the graveyard to your hand."

Although he fell into the spider web trap, he managed to eject a portion of his equipment with a final, powerful strike.

"【Ancient Machine Box】Effect activated—If this card is added to your hand from the Deck or Graveyard by a method other than drawing: Add 1 Machine-Type EARTH monster with 500 ATK or DEF, other than 'Ancient Machine Box', from your Deck to your hand. Add 'Ancient Machine Body' with 500 DEF to your hand."

"Following the effect of the Special Summon of [Ancient Mechanical Dragon], [Ancient Mechanical Giant] is added to the hand from the Deck."

Common saying: Number of cards in hand: 5

My hand was suddenly replenished to 5 cards, and I also gained an extra monster on the field, while clearing out my opponent's spells and traps.

Wow, this kid is truly terrifying!

"Here it comes! Activate the Spell Card [Fusion], using 2 [Ancient Gear Giants] and 1 [Ancient Gear Box] from my hand as Fusion Material—"

"Inheriting ancient souls, the giants sealed from antiquity and the weapons of the War of Destruction, now unite as one, to once again trample this world—Fusion Summon! [Ancient Mechanical Colossal Titan]!"

The weapons of war shattered the earth, and a six-armed, six-legged giant descended upon the battlefield, radiating a blinding red light.

It's still this same monster, appearing multiple times and leading most people to believe that this monster is the so-called trump card.

Little did they know, the truly powerful and terrifying being was still dormant.

"I haven't used a normal summon yet this round. Summon [Ancient Mechanical Body]."

The giant's skeleton crawled back up from the ground through the crack where the Colossal Titan had appeared, returning to the battlefield.

"The Ancient Mechanical Titan can attack twice because the fusion materials contain two Ancient Mechanical Titans!"

The two detectors on the face emitted a strong red light.

"Furthermore, all three ancient mechanical monsters have the effect that if this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate Spell/Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step. Therefore, Ancient Gear Giant attacks Devil Shovel Worm, and then attacks G-Team Black Shine!"

Both insectoid monsters seemed to sense the danger and took the initiative to attack the giant, attempting to gain the upper hand.

"Boxer briefs, boxer briefs, boxer briefs! So poor and weak!"

"Eat my uranium light wave fist in a double strike!"

Endless energy burst forth from the giant's fists as it slammed into the two insects. The boundless light and heat completely transformed the terrain, instantly vaporizing the demon's earth-shoveling worm and the G-team's black-glowing warrior.

Such terrifying energy also impacted Liz, causing her to let out a scream before losing her balance and falling to the ground with a thud.

"what--!"

Liz LP: 4000→3500→2200

"Owari-ta! [Ancient Mechanical Dragon] and [Ancient Mechanical Body] attack directly!"

"NO—!!!"

If I draw the right venue, I'll teach you...

It seems I still can't win. My attack power is a major weakness, and I can't activate my effects if the opponent attacks...

Damn, how embarrassing.

After mentally uttering a common interjection she had learned in China, Liz had no choice but to face her defeat.

Liz LP: 2200→500→0

Victory—Tsukishiro Doman (as is often said)!

"The winner is—Tsukimori Michimitsu!!!"

The referee on the field immediately announced the result.

“Oh oh oh——ヾ(@^▽^@)ノ!!!”

At this moment, cheers erupted from the audience.

As mentioned before, these people will immediately change their attitude if you are good enough at dueling.

As for why he treated Chang Yan this way, it's because Chang Yan seems arrogant, and also because the Three Illusionary Demons are sealed underground. After being sealed for so many years, this land has been tainted with some dark demonic energy, which has caused the students here to have large emotional fluctuations.

"Congratulations, Yue Shoudaoman! You have successfully advanced to the rank of Sun God Huang! Classmates, let's give a round of applause to this first student to successfully advance this semester!"

"Ohh ...

"Clap clap clap clap clap clap (applause, don't get the wrong idea)!"

Principal Samejima also clapped along. If no one told him, no one would know that this approachable bald man was the principal of Duel Academy and the first instructor of the Electro-Style School.

"Wow, I didn't expect that a student would successfully pass the advancement exam on the very first day of school."

Principal Samejima stood up, beaming with joy as he celebrated the outstanding student.

"Thank you, Headmaster, but I have another request—"

"I want to take the promotion exam again! To be promoted directly to Obelisk Blue!"

When Chang Yan finished speaking, the applause stopped, and Principal Samejima frowned, thought for a moment, and then slowly spoke:

"Moon Guardian, generally speaking, it's not allowed to take promotion exams consecutively. Considering your energy levels and the selection of candidates for promotion exams—"

"Tsukimori Doman, I will be your opponent!"

A figure in blue jumped up from the stands and leaped onto the dueling arena.

I forgot to mention, people in this world are generally in good physical condition as long as they are willing to exercise...

"Shenwu Hunter?"

"God's Hunt, the strongest second-year student in Obelisk Blue?"

"Yes, according to reports, his deck consists of very uncommon Gemini monsters, but they are incredibly powerful in his hands."

Seeing that the outstanding student, Shenwu Shou, had volunteered to fight, Principal Samejima looked at Chang Yan.

Hmm, full of energy and high spirits, looks like there's no problem.

Principal Samejima nodded, completely unaware of Professor Chronos frantically giving him meaningful glances from the sidelines.

"Hmm, very good. Since it's the first day of school, to celebrate, I'll make an exception and allow you to take the promotion exam again. But if you lose this time, you'll return to Osiris Red and won't be allowed to take the promotion exam for a whole school year. How about that?"

Faced with Principal Samejima's conditions, Chang Yan nodded decisively, indicating his agreement.

"no problem."

"Go for it, Doman!"

"Rise up in one go!"

On the stands, Yuki Judai and Marufuji Sho were shouting loudly, cheering for Toki.

“Very well, as the principal, I approve of your promotion exam, then—”

Principal Samejima raised one hand, and both of them smiled at the same time, unfolding their duel disks.

The difference is that Shenwu Shou's smile is a very passionate one, while Chang Yan's smile is a slightly dangerous and sinister one.

What they had in common was probably the words they shouted.
