"I wonder how many customers we can recommend if we set up here for an afternoon."
Sera Masumi stood to the side and spoke up.
"This position isn't ideal, but I'll do my best anyway."
Nakamori Aoko spoke up from the side.
Sonoko Suzuki nodded, "Yes! And I also want to let the good stuff go to outsiders. I'll treat you all to dessert tonight, so please do me the honor of coming!"
"Don't worry! We'll definitely go!" Sera Masumi nodded with a smile. She knew that Suzuki Sonoko's dessert shop was next to the Devil Convenience Store, so it would be a good opportunity to visit Chen Mo again.
"By the way, didn't Momiji come to the school festival?" Sonoko Suzuki suddenly asked, remembering something.
"I guess she went back!" Sera Masumi shook her head. "She left first."
Sonoko Suzuki nodded slightly. "That's a pity. I was hoping she could come and try my desserts with me, but it seems we'll have to wait until next time we meet."
Devil's Convenience Store.
Chen Mo looked at Akai Mary wearing an eye patch. The similar style was like a layer of soft mist enveloping her, leaving only the area outside her eyes exposed, creating a visual blank space that aroused people's interest and imagination.
In the darkness, Mary Akai felt her other senses become acutely acute, and she was now more willing to try new and bolder ideas that she had previously resisted.
Chen Mo took her hand and led her to his side.
Her heart was filled with anticipation and curiosity, a very peculiar feeling.
Vermouth's expression was slightly strange, because she discovered that the size of the flashlight she was repairing had increased again, making it almost impossible for her to fit the whole thing in.
Chen Mo looked at Akai Mary in front of him and immediately used the Devil's Hand. In less than a minute, she was defeated.
They seem to have become more sensitive.
Mary Akai's face turned bright red. She had no idea what Chen Mo would do next, but it was precisely because of this unknown that her senses not only became sharper, but were also amplified.
Vermouth could tell that Chen Mo's attention had been diverted to Akai Mary, and she now had to find a different way to win.
She immediately got up and went to Akai Mary's side.
Chen Mo noticed a slight change in Vermouth's expression as she approached. "What's this...?"
"Manager! I've worked so hard for so long, it wouldn't be unreasonable for you to treat me equally, would it?"
Vermouth turned her back to Chen Mo and fell forward.
Akai Mary was already exhausted from what Chao Peng had just done, and the two of them fell directly to the ground.
Chen Mo looked down and noticed that both of their skirts had very high slits. If they were to easily part them, the world below could be revealed, but it was covered by stockings.
Chen Mo immediately stepped forward and tore the stockings apart. He discovered that both of them were not wearing anything underneath, indicating that they had been prepared in advance.
"Manager!" Akai Mary, lying on the ground, suddenly called out. She was still wearing an eye patch and looked a little nervous.
"Hmm?" Chen Mo glanced at Mary Akai.
Vermouth chuckled softly from the side, "Manager, don't worry about her. I can tell she's using a beaker!"
With her eyes closed, Akai Mary seemed to have completely let loose, "Manager, please hurry up and help me!"
Chen Mo smiled slightly and placed the flashlight into the production workshop to begin maintenance and repair.
On the other side.
Miko Yotsuya walked down the corridor, her face expressionless, but her mind was racing.
[Even salt didn't work last night; it seems Mom was lying! It's completely useless against ghosts!]
Suddenly, a pair of hands landed on Yotsuya Miko's shoulders.
Yotsuya Miko's expression changed, and she immediately squatted down on the ground, leaning against the wall.
"Kimi, what's wrong with you?" Yurikawa Hana asked, her eyes filled with doubt. "Is it that scary?"
Yotsuya Miko stood up again, her complexion returning to normal. However, she had only exchanged a few words with Yurikawa Hana when a ghost suddenly floated past the window.
Yotsuya Miko stared blankly out the window. "Xiaohua, what floor are we on?"
"Kimi, did you bump your head just now? We're on the third floor right now!" Yurikawa looked at her with some confusion.
Yotsuya Miko nodded slightly, then looked at Yurikawa Hana again, "Yes, I'm fine, I was just asking."
[I must be hallucinating. Where would ghosts come from in broad daylight?]
But the ghost walked straight in through the window and appeared in front of Yotsuya Miko. "Good afternoon!"
Its voice was somewhat hoarse, carrying a strong stench, like the smell of a rotting corpse, and its empty eyes were pitch black as it stared straight at Yotsuya Miko.
Yotsuya Miko stared blankly ahead, her hands gripping the hem of her skirt.
[Help! It's so scary... Can we have another shot of that arrow from last night?]
Yurikawa Hana looked at Yotsuya Miko with a puzzled expression. "Miko, what's wrong? Why are you staring at me like that?"
But Yotsuya Miko ignored her, because her eyes were still on the ghost in front of her.
"Can you see me?" the ghost continued to stare at Yotsuya Miko, repeating the question over and over, but after confirming that she didn't react, it turned and walked away. "You can't see me..."
[Great, it's finally gone.]
Yotsuya Miko breathed a sigh of relief; she had been terrified just now.
Yurikawa Hana's face flushed slightly as she held her fingers up to her two large lights. "Could it be... Miko, that I'm about to be confessed to?"
"You're overthinking it!" Miko Yotsuya turned around expressionlessly. "Let's hurry to the changing room!"
Looks like I need to hurry to the Devil's Convenience Store. Hopefully, it can help me there.
"Kimi, do you have any plans?" Yurikawa Hana quickly followed up, "This afternoon we can go check out the stalls, and there's also the first cosplay parade later!"
"I'm not going, I have some things to do!" Yotsuya Miko entered the locker room, opened her locker, and shook her head. "Besides, I've been busy all morning and I'm a little tired."
Yotsuya Miko calmly put on her clothes. She turned her head and glanced at Yurikawa Hana, who was changing her clothes, and suddenly stopped in her tracks.
Her two headlights were inside, and it felt like they might fall out at any moment.
Yurikawa Hana looked at Yotsuya Miko with a horrified expression. "Miko, did you hear that? They said they saw a human head in the locker! What program was that?! Why was it allowed to be broadcast on TV?"
Yotsuya Miko finished putting on her pleated skirt. "Xiaohua, are you scared?"
"Yeah! I just happened to see that scene when I turned on the TV. I threw up all the soup I drank last night. Although I've seen a lot of these things before, it doesn't seem to have anything to do with being afraid of ghosts."
Yurikawa Hana sighed, then suddenly turned to Yotsuya Miko, "Speaking of which, Miko, could you help me open the locker?"
Chapter 180: Yotsuya Miko: Hana, let's go to the Devil's Convenience Store together.
Yotsuya Miko looked at Yurikawa Hana expressionlessly, "Why?"
Yuriko replied with a wronged expression, "There might be heads inside!"
Yotsuya Miko: "No!"
Yuri Kawana pleaded, "Please, how am I supposed to change my clothes like this?!"
Yotsuya Miko sighed and had no choice but to step forward and help her open the cabinet.
[It's all made up for the show; how could there possibly be any heads in it?]
Yotsuya Miko held her breath and slowly reached out to open the wardrobe door.
Below were Yuri Kawana's shoes and bags, but no heads.
“Look, there’s nothing there…” Yotsuya Miko smiled and looked up, but on the top layer, there was a human head with purple eyes staring at her.
Baihechuan Hua exclaimed with delight, "That's great! We really did have nothing. It's true what they say, you have to rely on friends when you're traveling!"
Yotsuya Miko maintained a stiff expression and quickly turned away from the cabinet, saying, "Hurry up and change it."
As Yuri Kawana changed the clothes, she said, "If it's a TV program, they usually turn it on and there's nothing there at first. Once you relax, you turn around and you'll see a ghost. Do you understand?"
Yotsuya Miko said calmly, "I understand..."
"Sigh, I really don't want to broadcast these things."
Yurikawa Hana stood on tiptoe to reach for her phone, but it was placed too high for her to reach. "Miko, could you help me get my phone? I can't reach it."
Yotsuya Miko looked up and saw the floor with heads, hesitated for a moment, then said, "Okay, alright!"
Reach your hand up to touch it, trying to stay calm.
"It's okay! As long as we pretend we can't see it, there won't be any problems."
Yotsuya Miko quickly touched the phone, and just as she was relieved that nothing had happened, the head suddenly screamed.
Her face darkened, but she held her breath to prevent her expression from changing.
"Miko, what's wrong?" Yurikawa Hana asked, looking at Yotsuya Miko.
Yotsuya Miko didn't say anything, but handed the phone directly to Yurikawa Hana, then closed the locker door. She turned around and suddenly knelt on the ground; her legs were too weak.
Yuri Kawana stepped forward in a panic, "Kimi, what's wrong? Are you anemic?"
Yotsuya Miko shook her head: "I'm fine!"
Yurikawa: "Should we go to the infirmary?"
Yotsuya Miko: "No need!"
Yurikawa: "Then...should I call an ambulance?"
Yotsuya Miko: "I'm really fine. Please don't let that kind of thing happen again."
Yurikawa Hana: "Would you like some of my bread?"
Yotsuya Miko felt much better, stood up from the ground, and walked straight outside.
I didn't see anything just now, and there was no one in the lockers either.
"See you, son!" Yuri Kawana hurriedly chased after him.
"Are you hungry?" Miko Yotsuya walked ahead. "I'll take you to a convenience store to get something to eat right now."
Baihechuan hesitated for a moment, "I... I'm a little hungry, but I feel a bit chilly. It's probably because I put my underwear in with me when I changed my clothes."
Yotsuya Miko stopped and looked at her. "Are you stupid?"
Baihechuan said anxiously, "You, you've gone too far! This is definitely verbal abuse! Never mind, it probably really is in the locker room."
Yotsuya Miko smiled slightly when she saw her expression. "Being with Hua does make me feel much more relaxed. The ghosts we encountered before seemed to just wander around the school and didn't do anything bad. Maybe if we pretend we can't see them, we can get through this safely."
