Upon hearing Skadi's words, Ehaka wagged her big tail to indicate that she was welcome. Skadi then went to report the situation to Dr. Kal'tsit and asked Ehaka if she wanted to come along. Ehaka did not refuse Skadi's suggestion, and the two of them went to Rhodes Island.

Upon returning to Rhodes Island, Ehaka and Skadi were not stopped, as they were old acquaintances. Soon, as Ehaka and Skadi headed to Kal'tsit's office, Ehaka suddenly heard someone calling his name.

"Yoo-yoo, is that you?!" Hearing someone call her name, Yoo-yoo turned around and saw Misha, dressed in Rhodes Island uniform, standing not far away, looking at her with a surprised expression. Misha was clearly surprised to see Yoo-yoo on Rhodes Island. Yoo-yoo greeted Misha, saying, "Misha, good evening~ OwO/"

"Good evening! Youyou, I didn't expect to meet you here!" Misha was also excited to see Youhaka. She came to Youhaka's side, took Youhaka's little hand, shook her animal ears, and her little tail twitched.

Seeing Misha's excited face, Yuhaka also had an "OwO?" expression. After all, Yuhaka didn't understand why Misha was so excited, looking like a blue bear beast that had seen honey. This made a question pop into Yuhaka's little head.

However, Yuhaka didn't seem to care too much. Yuhaka tilted her head and looked at Misha, saying, "Well, Yuyu just brought her family here today, OwO." Hearing about Yuhaka's family, Misha was slightly taken aback. She obviously hadn't expected Yuhaka to bring her family to the city. But thinking about how she hadn't gone with Hongdou and the others this morning made Misha immediately regretful. She should have known better than to work overtime today; maybe she could have run into Yuhaka and the others.

Thinking about this, Misha felt like killing herself from this morning. Looking at Misha's regretful, angry, and frustrated expression, Ehaka didn't know why Misha's emotions felt so strange, but he didn't pay too much attention. Skadi, however, blinked and then said to Ehaka, "Ehaka, why don't you talk to your friend first? I'll tell Dr. Kal'tsit what happened today."

Hearing Skadi's words, Misha realized there was another person with Ehaka, and they seemed to have urgent business. Misha knew that if the other person was looking for Dr. Kal'tsit, it must be something important. Looking at Ehaka, Misha said, "Ehaka, do you have something important to say to Dr. Kal'tsit? Then I won't bother you any longer. If everything's alright tomorrow, see you then~"

As she spoke, Misha left first. Watching Misha's departing figure, a question mark appeared on Yuhaka's little head. She was obviously a little puzzled by Misha's hurried arrival and departure. However, Yuhaka didn't think too much about it and followed Skadi and Yuhaka to Kal'tsit's office. When they arrived, Yuhaka and Skadi saw Kal'tsit sitting in her office chair, drinking coffee.

When Kal'tsit saw Ehaka and Skadi arrive, she was slightly surprised by Ehaka's appearance, but quickly regained her composure and asked the two, "What happened? You seem to be in a hurry."

Hearing Kal'tsit's words, Skadi didn't waste any time and went straight to the point, saying, "Yoo-Yoo and I found the figure of Sea Child in that lake." Kal'tsit's beast ears perked up upon hearing this, and her expression became somewhat serious. Finding Sea Child here was no simple matter. Kal'tsit looked at Skadi and Yoo-Yoo, who were both slightly wet, and asked, "Have you taken care of it?"

"It's taken care of. Yuuyu has cleaned up the body." Skadi nodded in response to Kal'tsit's question, indicating that the target had been dealt with. Kal'tsit breathed a sigh of relief upon hearing Skadi's words. However, she was also very puzzled as to why the Sealings were here. Aside from the possibility that those Sealings might have come from the underground waterways, or perhaps someone deliberately transported them here?

Kal'tsit felt a bit troubled by this, since the issue of the Sealings was not a simple matter. Whether those Sealings came from underground waterways or were deliberately sent here, these things seemed difficult to resolve.

After thinking for a moment, Kal'tsit looked at Skadi and said, "I understand. Now go and rest. I need to investigate the matter of Sea Child. If I find anything, I will inform you." Then, Kal'tsit looked at Eyjafjalla and asked, "Eyjafjalla, what are your plans next?"

In response to Kal'tsit's question, Eyhaka nodded and said, "Yes, Eyhaka is going out with her family, and she has work tonight OwO~" Hearing Eyhaka's words, Kal'tsit knew what Eyhaka was concerned about. After thinking for a moment, Kal'tsit said to Eyhaka, "This situation is a bit serious. Would you be willing to hire you to help? I'll talk to the Emperor about the matter."

Hearing Kal'tsit's words, Ehaka looked at her with a puzzled expression and asked, "Is that thing really that strong?" Clearly, Ehaka didn't think the Sea Swarm was that powerful. After all, Ehaka had seen much stronger swarms of insects, and he didn't think the Sea Swarm was that strong either. Hearing Ehaka's question, Kal'tsit didn't know how to answer. She wasn't sure how strong this little guy was. She remembered the [Battle of the Two Dragons] incident; it was no small matter. Two enormous dragons causing chaos in the city was no simple affair. Even a blind person could see two giant monsters fighting.

Fortunately, Yhwach's identity was not exposed, otherwise Kal'tsit felt the world would be in chaos. Now, Kal'tsit is also wondering what to use to hire Yhwach.

Ehaka also considered Kal'tsit's suggestion. To be honest, Ehaka didn't really want to get involved in this matter. After all, for Ehaka, playing with her family was a much better option than fighting with some unpleasant guys. But if she didn't intervene, these troublesome things would disrupt their playtime, which made Ehaka a bit conflicted. However, after thinking about it, Ehaka said she could help. In any case, if this matter led to Siesta being attacked by the Sea King and the event being interrupted, it would be a very troublesome situation.

After seeing Yhwach nod to indicate that he could accept the job, Kal'tsit handed Yhwach a communicator and told him that she would contact him if anything came up. After receiving the communicator, Yhwach left.

Kal'tsit looked at Skadi and told her to go check on Specter. Kal'tsit was a little worried that the target was Specter, so she asked Skadi to guard him. Skadi understood what Kal'tsit meant. After all, with the presence of the Sea Child, the existence of the Deep Sea Church was also a possibility. Skadi nodded with a wary look to show that she understood, and then hurriedly ran towards Specter's ward.

Watching Skadi's departing figure, Kal'tsit stroked her chin, deep in thought. She then spoke into her communicator, and a red figure darted out of the ventilation duct. Kal'tsit addressed the red figure, "Red, please investigate some transactions involving the city's higher-ups. Remember, remain discreet and don't kill anyone."

"Yes, mission confirmed." Hearing Kal'tsit's words, Red nodded to indicate that she understood, and then flashed away. After seeing Red leave, Kal'tsit rubbed her hands, looking a bit troubled. She was clearly having a headache about the Sea King's situation. Originally, she was supposed to have a proper vacation, but after this situation, Kal'tsit didn't think she could have a proper vacation.

Kal'tsit then stood up and walked towards the Doctor's office.

Meanwhile, in a dimly lit room in a tavern, a nun in a tuxedo stood before the floor-to-ceiling window, gazing out at the sea and muttering to herself, "The flock has quieted down." Hearing the nun's words, a priest-like figure sitting on the sofa looked somewhat surprised and said, "Oh, it seems the hunters have followed us here too. They don't seem to care about good news."

As he spoke, the priest stood up from the table and went to the French windows, saying, "It seems we need our allies to deal with those troublemakers." He then took out a phone and spoke to them.

Volume 5 [Slice of Life + Arknights + Another World]: Chapter 1892 [Nia using the angel Laqua is part of the setting]

In the imaginary space where Yuhaka was, Yuhaka told everyone what had happened. After hearing that Yuhaka mentioned the existence of the Sea Child in Siesta, Mebius asked curiously what the Sea Child was. Yuhaka told Mebius about the Sea Child, and Mebius looked at Yuhaka with a thirst for knowledge. Yuhaka also said that the Sea Child's body was still in the Spiral Essence Cult's laboratory. Upon hearing this news, Mebius immediately ran to the Spiral Essence Cult.

Everyone looked bewildered when they saw Mebius running off with an excited expression, clearly not understanding why he was so interested in something like Haizi.

However, Mirushin looked at Yuhaka and the others with a rather unhappy expression and said, "How annoying! We finally have time to go on vacation with Master, and now we've run into trouble." Mirushin sighed as she said this, looking unhappy. Although Mirushin was a little unhappy, she still understood the seriousness of the matter and continued, "But no matter what, it's better to resolve this as soon as possible to avoid harming ordinary people."

Upon hearing Melyuki's words, everyone agreed. After all, this kind of thing could potentially cause problems in Siesta City, and with that in mind, everyone felt that it would be better to resolve the matter.

Bronya also stood up and said, "Then leave the electronic information to me. Perhaps there are some unknown intelligence among the city's higher-ups that can help us find some clues."

Hearing Bronya's words, Nia Honjou extended her hand to Bronya and said, "Let's use my Whispering Scroll to investigate; it'll be faster that way." Hearing Nia Honjou's words, Kurumi Tokisaki, standing nearby, looked at Nia Honjou with a puzzled expression and asked, "Hmm? Can Nia-san's angel be used in this world?"

In response to Tokisaki Kurumi's question, Honjou Nia gave a "yes" sign and winked her left eye, saying, "Hehe~ With Lady Zelus's permission, my Whispering Tome can be used in Yuu's world, so my ability isn't useless. Kurumi and the others, didn't you notice that we didn't encounter any annoying attempts to pick us up while we were strolling around this city?"

Upon hearing Nia Honjou's words, everyone realized that they hadn't encountered any thugs trying to pick them up during their trip. Kurumi Tokisaki looked at Nia Honjou with a surprised expression and said, "Oh, so it was Nia-san who did it? No wonder I didn't encounter any annoying thugs. I thought the aesthetic standards of this world were a little different."

Upon hearing Kurumi Tokisaki's words, Nia Honjou's lips twitched. Nia Honjou suddenly remembered something. Kurumi Tokisaki seemed to have said before that she gained time by preying on thugs. Was she interfering with Kurumi's eating?

Thinking about this, Nia Honjou looked a little scared, while Kurumi Tokisaki smiled and said to Nia Honjou, "Don't worry, I'm absorbing time from Yuu-chan now, I don't need to absorb the time of those thugs. Of course, if someone delivers time to my door, I don't care."

Ji Lin clapped his hands and said, "Alright, Miss Nia, please use the Whispering Scroll to investigate. However, it's not a good thing whether those sea creatures came from the local area or were transported here by someone, so let's find out what's going on first." Hearing Ji Lin's words, Honjo Nia coughed slightly to indicate that there was no problem before fiddling with her Whispering Scroll to investigate the truth.

After investigating, Nia Honjou looked at everyone and said, "Well, I understand what happened. Here's what happened: the mayor's assistant in this city, um... I think it's a guy named Kronin, wanted to plan to make the volcano near Siesta erupt during the Obsidian Music Festival. However, this plan hadn't been prepared yet when a group of guys called the Deep Sea Church came to him, wanting to get a place from him to raise the Sealings."

Upon hearing Nia Honjou's words, everyone present wore puzzled expressions. They were clearly wondering why the guy named Kronin would cause the Siesta volcano to erupt. Could it be that the guy had a grudge against the mayor of Siesta?

Regarding this issue, Nia Honjo explained, "It's just some interests, but this person is a bit out of their mind. I don't understand what he's thinking. However, this person mainly profits from mining obsidian and Originium veins in the volcano. But some time ago, after the mayor of Siesta seemed to discover something was wrong with the volcano, he issued a notice prohibiting the development of the volcano. This affected the interest group led by Kronin. In response, Kronin started to try to remove the mayor of Siesta so that he could take over."

After hearing Nia Honjou's explanation, Yuhaka looked at her with a puzzled expression and said, "Hmm? Something's wrong with the volcano? Yuu feels that the fire element in that volcano is quiet." Hearing Yuhaka's question, Nia Honjou scratched her head and said, "Uh... regarding the volcano, the result of my investigation from the Whispering Scroll is that some technology brought by the Deep Sea Church can suppress volcanoes, but the problem is, I haven't found such technology from the Deep Sea Church."

Everyone looked at Nia Honjou with puzzled expressions upon hearing her words, clearly surprised by her answer. After all, Nia Honjou's Whispering Scroll should have been able to investigate what the technology that suppressed the volcano was, given that Zelus had given her a backdoor. Nia Honjou's Whispering Scroll shouldn't have failed to investigate something native to this world, unless that thing wasn't from Terra.

Thinking of this, Kurumi Tokisaki looked at Nia Honjou with a teasing expression and said, "Oh my~ Miss Nia, even when you go to another world, things still go wrong~" Hearing Kurumi Tokisaki's teasing, Nia Honjou gritted her teeth. Nia Honjou was very annoyed by this setting. She probably had to blame her creator.

Unfortunately, Nia Honjou couldn't get revenge. She sighed helplessly, saying, "It's not my fault, is it? After all, no one can predict something like that." Hearing Nia's complaint, Ji Lin comforted her, saying, "Don't worry, Miss Nia. There's nothing we can do about this. However, we know that thing doesn't exist in this world. It might be related to something else, and we can't ignore it."

Yuhaka nodded in agreement with Ji Lin's words, saying, "Yeah, let's deal with the bad guys first, OwO~"

Hearing Ji Lin and Yuhaka's words, Honjou Nia pushed up her glasses slightly and said, "Alright, let's figure out our enemies first. There are two groups of enemies we need to deal with. One is the interest group led by Kronin. They are the local forces here. Although they are weak, they are numerous. Although it will be a bit troublesome to eliminate them all, it is not a difficult task for us. However, it would be better to approach the mayor of Siesta to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings."

While the Deep Sea Church's leaders are fewer in number, their fighting strength is the strongest. Several of them are Deep Sea Hunters infected by the Sea Spawn. If those infected Deep Sea Hunters were to cause trouble, the entire Siesta might be reduced to ruins. Moreover, their base also raises Sea Spawn; if those Sea Spawn escape or travel through the sewer system to other areas, they could cause considerable trouble.

After hearing Nia Honjou's words, everyone began to think of a solution. Medea Lily then spoke up, saying, "The most difficult thing right now is dealing with a group of people who could cause trouble at any time in a bustling city where a festival is being held. That's a bit troublesome. If possible, I'd like to make some magical props that can create mirror spaces to avoid any trouble."

Hearing Medea Lily's words, Yuhaka and the others thought it was a great idea. This way, they could avoid causing too much damage. After all, Yuhaka and the others wanted to accomplish everything without disrupting the music festival. They also hoped that there would be a way for them to show off their skills without being timid.

Ji Lin looked at Honjou Nia and said, "Then please have Miss Nia produce the list of Cronin's group. If we want the mayor of Siesta to resolve this matter, the list is necessary." Hearing Ji Lin's words, Honjou Nia nodded and said, "No problem, leave it to me."

Then Ji Lin looked at Yuhaka and said, "Master Yuhaka, could you ask the Church to send some Inquisitors to monitor their actions?" Hearing Ji Lin's question, Yuhaka nodded and said that it was no problem. The Church's Inquisitors were like Ghost Agents, assassins, but compared to Ghost Agents, the Inquisitors were even more dangerous.

After everything was prepared, Yuhaka and the others began to take action.

.................................................

The next day, in Siesta, in their hotel room at Penguin Logistics, Texas and the others were still sleeping in when Yhaka pounced on them. The two sleeping women were instantly hit by Yhaka's crushing weight. Texas and Exusiai got out of bed with blank expressions, staring at Yhaka wagging his large tail. They didn't know what to say, as they had forgotten that Yhaka usually woke them up in all sorts of strange ways, and this time was no exception.

However, this time they didn't have the energy to lash out at Yuhaka. Seeing the state of Texas and Exusiai, Yuhaka looked at them with an "OwO?" expression, clearly not knowing why Texas and Exusiai looked so listless.

Exusiai seemed to notice the puzzled look on Yuhka's face and looked at her with a tired expression, saying, "Yuhka, I'm sorry, the music here was too loud last night. I couldn't sleep at all. The singers only stopped singing late at night."

Upon hearing Exusiai's words, Ehaka looked at Exusiai and the others with a look of sudden realization. He clearly understood why Exusiai and the others looked like they hadn't slept well. Thinking of this, Ehaka specially prepared some energizing meat porridge for Exusiai and the others to drink, and immediately Texas and the others perked up.

After Texas and the others fully recovered, they washed up before having breakfast. While eating, Exusiai looked at Ehaka with a curious expression and asked, "By the way, Ehaka, didn't you hear any noise outside last night?" Hearing Exusiai's question, Ehaka looked at Exusiai with a puzzled expression and shook her head. After all, Ehaka was resting in the Imaginary Dimension, so she didn't need to worry about the noise outside at all.

Seeing Yhaka's reaction, Exusiai mistakenly thought that Yhaka might have found a hotel where she wouldn't be affected by the outside music. Thinking this way, Exusiai didn't think too much about it. After everyone finished breakfast, Yhaka went to find Kal'tsit and the others. After all, Yhaka first gave Kal'tsit the list that Bronya had found so that Kal'tsit could negotiate with those people, since Yhaka didn't think she could convince others.

Soon after arriving at Rhodes Island, Ehaka handed the list to Kal'tsit. Kal'tsit looked at the list with a somewhat surprised expression. The list in Ehaka's hand was more accurate than the information collected by Red. Kal'tsit was also puzzled. How did Ehaka get such a thing?

Volume 5 [Slice of Life + Arknights + Another World]: Chapter 1893 [Open the door, it's time to check the water meter OwO]

After Kal'tsit's thorough examination, she finished investigating the information in her hands. It was basically the same as the list that Red had investigated, and there were even more people. Seeing this, Kal'tsit looked at Yuhaka with a somewhat incredulous expression and asked, "Yuhaka, who gave you this information?"

Upon hearing Kal'tsit's question, Ehaka explained, "It was Bronya who did it OwO~" Kal'tsit, upon hearing Ehaka mention Bronya, was at a loss for words. How could she possibly know who Bronya was? However, Kal'tsit roughly interpreted Ehaka's description of Bronya as someone skilled in intelligence work, capable of investigating so much information, indicating that the person was quite experienced. This made Kal'tsit consider recruiting her to work for Rhodes Island, but Kal'tsit also felt that no matter how outstanding the person was, she might not even be interested in Rhodes Island. Therefore, Kal'tsit temporarily abandoned the recruitment idea.

“Very good, Yuu, with this information, we can report these matters to the mayor of Siesta. As for the Deep Sea Church, once the investigation is complete…” Hearing Kal'tsit’s words, before Kal'tsit could speak, Yuuhaka also said, “The Deep Sea Church, Yuu has also investigated it, OwO~” Hearing Yuuhaka’s words, Kal'tsit was stunned. Kal'tsit did not expect that Yuuhaka had also discovered the Deep Sea Church’s preparations, which surprised Kal'tsit. Kal'tsit wanted to hear about the progress of Yuuhaka’s investigation.

Ehaka, without holding back, told Kal'tsit the number and composition of the Deep Sea Church members lurking in Siesta. Upon hearing the composition of the Deep Sea Church, Kal'tsit's expression turned serious. After all, the Deep Sea Church's composition in Siesta, as described by Ehaka, was quite strong. There was an entire squad of Deep Sea Hunters assimilated by the Sea Spirits, and there were also hidden Sea Spirits in the city of Siesta. Hearing this news, Kal'tsit felt that something was seriously wrong.

After all, the combat power of a whole squad of Deepsea Hunters should not be underestimated. Skadi alone is destructive enough. If there were a squad of Skadis, it would probably take Rhodes Island's elite troops to deal with them. Well, of course, although the fact that those Deepsea Hunters don't know any Originium Arts is a weakness of theirs, in terms of physical fitness, those Deepsea Hunters are many times stronger than ordinary operators.

Thinking about this, Kal'tsit felt a headache coming on. But just then, she remembered Ehaka standing nearby. Looking at Ehaka's bewildered expression, Kal'tsit realized that Ehaka was also very strong. His previous display of power showed that Ehaka was by no means weak. Kal'tsit then asked Ehaka how long it would take to defeat a team entirely composed of Skadi. Hearing Kal'tsit's question, Ehaka looked at her with an equally bewildered expression, clearly not understanding why she was asking such a strange question.

Seeing Yhwaka tilting his head and looking at her with a questioning expression, Kal'tsit realized that her question might be a little hard for Yhwaka's intelligence to understand. So she simply explained it to Yhwaka. Upon hearing Kal'tsit's question, Yhwaka showed a look of sudden understanding, and then made a gesture of throwing his hands to indicate that he could take on a group of Skadi.

Kal'tsit looked at Ehaka's bright eyes and her expression became a little tense. She obviously didn't expect that even Ehaka in human form could defeat a group of Skadi. Could this guy in front of her with an "OwO?" look on his face be something extraordinary?

Kal'tsit didn't dwell on these issues too much. As things stand, the Deep Sea Church is more troublesome. If they spread the Sealings, it could cause considerable problems. After all, the Sealings are a threat to ordinary people, and if they accidentally consume creatures or humans with the Sealings, they will be assimilated into the Sealings, which is a threat no less than destruction.

Kal'tsit was quite certain that if the sea creatures of this world were to concentrate on the continent of Terra, it wouldn't be long before they could submerge the entire continent.

Upon realizing this, Kal'tsit's expression turned serious as she looked at Yuhaka and said, "Yuhaka, do you have any way to deal with those Deepsea Hunters without destroying the city?" As soon as she finished speaking, Kal'tsit regretted it, because trying to deal with the members of the Deepsea Church in this way was indeed a bit too difficult.

However, to Kal'tsit's surprise, Eyhaka nodded, indicating that there was no problem, and said, "Yes, no problem, Eyhaka is all ready." Hearing Eyhaka's words, Kal'tsit had a "???" expression on her face, clearly puzzled by Eyhaka's statement. Before Kal'tsit could react, Eyhaka had already run away.

This left Kal'tsit dumbfounded, as she had originally intended to ask some questions. She couldn't help but rub her temples. In any case, since the other party had a solution, Kal'tsit could only trust them for the time being, since the other party had never disappointed her.

“Now we can only trust Yuu. I'll handle the mayor's side, Red.” Kal'tsit called out to someone nearby. Hearing this, Red, who seemed to have appeared out of nowhere, stood before Kal'tsit, shook her animal ears, and asked, “Doctor Kal'tsit, the mission?” Kal'tsit looked at Red and said, “Red, I'll have to be my bodyguard. Let's go.”

"Yes, mission accepted." After hearing Kal'tsit's instructions, Red indicated that she understood, and then Kal'tsit and Red left Rhodes Island.

..................................................

..................................................

In Siesta City, Yuhaka also went to the mansion in the Imaginary Space, where there was a magic workshop left for Medea Lily and Elodie. Yuhaka's purpose in coming here was to ask Medea Lily and the others if they had finished inventing anything again.

"Medea~ Is everything ready? OwO?" Yuhaka peeked out from the doorway, looking at the inside of the magic workshop. In response to Yuhaka's question, Medea Lily tested the items in her hands. As the items in her hands unfolded a magic circle, the surrounding space turned grayish-white, just like the mirror space that Miyu Sakuzuki had created using the sapphire.

Seeing this, Yuhaka looked around in surprise, clearly not expecting things to be set up so quickly. Medea Lily glanced around and checked that everything was normal with the magical props she was using. Then, she looked at Yuhaka and said, "Ah, Master, could you try attacking the table here with a weapon? Yes, but don't use Miss Esther, or the magical structure here will be destroyed!"

Hearing Medea Lily's words, Yuhaka paused for a moment before nodding to indicate he understood. He then drew the Baradion sword and slashed at the table in front of Medea Lily, splitting it in two. Medea Lily, standing nearby, deactivated her Mirror Dimension ability, revealing that the table, which had just been cut in half, remained intact. Seeing this, Medea Lily nodded and said, "Hmm, it seems the experiment went smoothly."

As she spoke, Medea Lily handed the item to Eohaka, saying, "Alright, Master, now you can take this and deal with those bad guys from the Deep Sea Church." Hearing this, Eohaka grinned and held up the magical artifact that created the mirror space. But then, as if remembering something, he looked at Medea Lily and asked, "Medea, how do I use that?" Medea Lily replied, "Oh, you just need to input a little magic power and look at the target you're targeting to activate it."

Upon hearing Medea Lily's words, Yuhaka looked enlightened, then waved to Medea Lily and left.

As Yuhka was about to leave, he suddenly saw Yulis approaching. Yuhka was a little puzzled to see her there, since Yulis hadn't come alone but with a group of people. The people behind Yulis were wearing lightweight powered armor engraved with magical runes, and they were carrying weapons that were stitched together from guns and halberds, looking rather cool.

"Lord Yuuyu, are you preparing to deal with the Deep Sea Church?" Yulis asked after bowing to Yuhaka. Yuhaka nodded in agreement. Seeing that Yuhaka was going to deal with the Deep Sea Church, Yulis suggested, "Then if possible, I hope that Lord Yuuyu will entrust the Deep Sea Church to them this time."

Upon hearing Yulis's request, Yuhaka looked at her with an "OwO?" expression, clearly wondering why Yulis had sent these warriors to deal with the Deep Sea Church. Yulis explained, "It's like this, Lady Yuhaka, I want to test one of the top combat abilities of the native inhabitants of this world, to gain a better understanding of the combat strength of that world. These Templar Knights will be our sharpest weapon in this world."

After hearing Yulis's words, Yuhaka thought for a moment, then nodded and said, "Well, then I'll leave it to Yulis and the others. I'll just watch the show." Upon hearing Yuhaka's agreement to her request, Yulis and the Templar Knights behind her knelt down and bowed to Yuhaka, saying, "As our lord desires."

In the city of Siesta, at a hotel that had been contracted by a certain church and used as their temporary base, a short figure appeared before the infected deep-sea hunters. They looked puzzled, as the little man in front of them exuded a strong aura. They wondered if there were other compatriots here.

Before they could react, a gray space enveloped the entire hotel. The infected deep-sea hunters were surprised to see this, clearly not understanding what was happening. Before they could comprehend what was going on, a group of Templar Knights in power armor appeared before them. The infected deep-sea hunters also sensed that these people possessed the aura of their fellow Sealings, which made them somewhat confused about what was happening.

"Destroy the enemy of our lord!" With a slam of their halberds into the ground, the blades gleamed with blue-white psionic light. The Templars then charged towards the infected Deepsea Hunters. Although the Hunters didn't understand why their brethren were attacking them, they knew this battle was unavoidable. Without hesitation, they charged at the Templars. The powerful warriors clashed, their weapons meeting in a fierce exchange. While the Templars' weapons shimmered with psionic light, the Hunters' weapons were equally sturdy, refusing to break immediately. However, the psionic attacks did cause varying degrees of damage to the Hunters' weapons, affecting their functionality.

In the second round of combat, their battle halberds successfully destroyed the weapons of the deep-sea hunters, and the next strike cut the infected deep-sea hunters in half.

Seeing this, Yulis touched her chin and said, "Hmm...it seems a bit too much?" Yuhaka, who was standing next to her, also gave Yulis a "OwO?" look.

Volume 5 [Slice of Life + Arknights + Another World]: Chapter 1894 [An Unexpected Situation]

Located in a small town not far from Siesta, this town, far from the city, is a gathering place for various merchants. However, after Siesta held the Obsidian Music Festival, it became much quieter. After all, after the music festival, merchants flocked to Siesta like wolves smelling meat to conduct business. Some of the town's residents went to Siesta to shop, while others acted like merchants, selling their goods to Siesta. Now, Siesta is basically in short supply and accepts all comers.

In this small town, Herman, the mayor of Siesta, is staying at a private hotel. Several months ago, Herman went to look for a new development area to find a suitable location for Siesta. After all, Herman was well aware of the risks of building a city on the edge of a large volcano in a world prone to natural disasters. Although there were no signs of eruption on that volcano so far, it did not mean that it would not erupt in the future. In order to prevent such a sudden situation, Herman had been looking for the next development area for Siesta to guard against such a situation.

Of course, this trip wasn't just about finding new development areas for Siesta; it also included investigating his secretary, Kronin. Although Herman knew about the underhanded tactics Kronin used under his command, he turned a blind eye and tacitly approved of Kronin's actions. However, for some reason, Kronin's recent behavior had become a bit strange, which made Herman feel uneasy. Therefore, Herman used the excuse of finding new development areas to leave Siesta, while secretly monitoring Kronin to prevent any suspicious actions from him.

But this time, Kronin's actions struck Herman as somewhat unusual. Instead of engaging in any underhanded tactics, he began preparing a large-scale aquaculture project in Siesta. This gave Herman a look that seemed to say, "Subway, old man, cell phone jpg." After all, Herman didn't think Kronin had suddenly changed his ways and started doing good deeds; instead, he suspected him of some kind of conspiracy. Unfortunately, Herman couldn't find any relevant clues, which only fueled his suspicion that Kronin was up to something sinister.
