"Brother! I have a younger brother!"

As soon as Xiao An appeared, she shouted loudly, even louder than Ryan. She didn't care who was holding Aaron, and jumped up and rushed over, squeezing between the two.

"Brother, look, this is Omega, our little brother! I have a little brother now!"

Ryan was bewildered by the sudden shock and stopped moving, looking around at the large and small Angrons.

Omega remained as calm as ever, reverting to his original demeanor as a bald young man with features resembling Aaron's.

“Omega, youngest son, I salute you, my brother.”

"After Perturabo and Lorga altered the timeline of Angron, one legion in the Great Crusade lacked a Primarch leader. I, along with Alpharis, were twins and served as Primarchs for the Twentieth Legion. However, this was unknown to most, so my father ordered me to impersonate Angron."

"However, sometimes Alpha will stand in for me outside while I stay in the palace. Opportunities to openly play the role of a Primarch are few and far between, so we take turns."

Omega explained the whole story in a few words, calmly and deliberately. A family needs a younger brother who can speak well like that.

Dorn only said one thing: "Let's sit and eat and talk."

Aaron thought to himself, "That's exactly what I was thinking!" He was indeed hungry.

After everyone was seated, Aaron was placed in the main seat, which was even specially raised. There was an empty chair next to him, which was Katherine's seat.

She will arrive in some time; the Emperor has arranged many tasks for her, and so far no one dares to disobey.

After all, her calling the Emperor "father" might be an act of imperial mercy, but if she called Peturabo "brother," that brother would actually come and beat her up.

While Little Angron was being held in Omega's arms, Omega judged that if Ryan saw Little Angron being held in Aaron's arms, something unexpected might happen.

Even with such careful consideration, because he was also bald and his features resembled his brother's, Ryan couldn't help but feel a sense of déjà vu when he looked over.

I can't quite put my finger on what's wrong, and I don't want to get angry with a little kid.

And so, Aaron's left arm consisted of Dorn, Omega, and Angron.

On the right are Ryan and Adam.

Adam, having been led astray by Ryan, had become accustomed to eating at human tables and chairs. This allowed Ryan to get more food while the humans were hesitant to compete with the lions for it.

Chapter 253 Where Did the Old Man Go? (32K)

"Brother, how long can you stay this time? I remember when we were little, you helped me build a house and you could stay for several days."

Ryan asked the questions he cared about most, while pulling Adam along, telling it not to fight over so much food today, since everyone here was one of their own.

Adam sat obediently on the chair, his eyes meeting those of Angron in Omega's arms.

That little brat is making faces at me, pulling my teeth and blowing bubbles.

Sigh, little brat. The image of Ryan as a child slowly surfaced in Adam's bewildered lion-like eyes.

At that time, I was being pulled around like a pillow, and even my mane couldn't stay smooth.

It was only after Luther gave him that large parchment book that he was finally freed.

Adam couldn't help but feel pessimistic, thinking that he would probably be ridden and dragged around by Angron in a while.

Strangely enough, as a lion, this little brat actually responded to my gaze, showing an expression that said, "I understand your concerns."

Then he revealed a wicked smile.

"But I'm still going to ride on your neck and pull your fur later."

The child's eyes clearly revealed this threat.

No one cares about the relationship between the children and the lion for the time being; the Primarchs are all waiting for Aaron's answer.

The latter touched his scalp and sighed:

"I don't know either. It's mainly because the old folks over there are a bit of a headache, and there are still some troublesome things to deal with. But whenever I have some free time, I'll come over."

Ryan tried to appear mature so his older brother would know he'd grown up, stroking his chin and beard.

“I understand. For you, it’s only been a month or two, but the time intervals between your meetings with other brothers are not the same.”

Dorn frowned and said, "Didn't I already mention this in my reply? Why are you bringing up the conclusion I drew?"

This was not a competition for favor, but rather a genuine doubt from Dorn's heart.

Aaron hurriedly said, "Let's eat first, and then we can talk about how much we need to eat."

He pointed to the three whole roasted cows: "I'll keep one tonight to take back for the old man and Uncle Hades."

Dorn added to Lane, "In those days, Father had many immortal friends who, by seniority, were our uncles."

Ryan looked frustrated. He had tried to act mature, but Dorn thought he was a child who couldn't understand.

He started tearing the beef and dividing it among everyone.

Aaron took a bite and exclaimed, "This is... an Olympian bull? It tastes the same, even the seasoning is the same!"

Ryan looked distressed: "Brother, I really enjoyed all these things that Fourth Brother gave me. So he did whatever he wanted using my name."

Aaron breathed a sigh of relief and said, "Xiao Pei just has a bit of a quirky way of thinking, but she's still a good person. Just don't misunderstand."

With a piece of meat in his mouth, Anglong didn't forget to add, "This was made by Omega's brother. His is better than mine!"

Aaron blinked; this version didn't seem quite right.

The dinner mentioned by Dorn, Omega, and the Guardian was consistent, indicating that Pete had chosen emotional therapy to improve her relationship with Ryan, and had even managed to establish connections with all three parties.

Or is it just a beautiful coincidence?

Dorn reacted quickly, looking at Omega and asking:

"Did you leave the palace without permission? The Imperial Guards are very wary of Primarchs suddenly appearing in the palace without prior notice."

Omega didn't take it seriously:

“I disguised myself as four guards, two cooks, and even you, Dorn. Waldo may have seen through it, but the other guards are a bunch of good-for-nothings.”

Angron suddenly looked up, craning his neck to stare at Omega:

"Glutton! Glutton! My brother says Dad is the biggest glutton in the family, so Dad says I'm the smallest glutton!"

Omega couldn't resist pinching Angron's little face again:

“Riemann Russ is the biggest glutton in our family right now. You haven’t met him yet, but you’ll have a chance to meet him later.”

Aaron had heard the name "Ruth" from almost all of his brothers.

Based on the existing descriptions, Ruth should be an easy-going younger brother, as long as he has enough to eat.

While the others were busy talking, only Anglong ate a lot.

At this point, Katherine arrived late.

The guards escorted him outside the palace, obeying Waldo's orders, and did not enter.

Many of the messy things in the palace, if they pretend not to see them, then they've never existed!

Their imperial guards remained perfectly positioned, leaving no room for breach!

Katherine and Aaron looked completely different when they last met.

Her original Olympia-style long dress and long hair have been replaced with the pursuit of the Empire's efficient system (at least during the Great Rebellion), and she is dressed in a stand-up collar black leather trench coat, simple trousers, a rapier at her waist, and her hair is styled in a braid on the left side.

It looks much cleaner and neater, giving people the feeling that it can be armed and ready to fight at any time.

"Aaron, I could hardly believe it when I received the message from Dorn. How long has it been since we last saw each other?"

Katherine's eyes lit up with joy, and she rushed over to hug Aaron.

Ryan laughed loudly, "That's how it should be. Just hug when you meet. There's no need for all this fancy etiquette."

Dorn had already prepared the new cutlery and gestured for Adam to come over and hang Katherine's coat on the side while biting it.

Dorn noticed Adam's fear in front of Angron and sent the real lion to do something else.

When did he begin to be able to be considerate of other people's feelings?

It was probably after seeing his father from tens of thousands of years ago that he realized he couldn't truly solve problems if he didn't take the initiative to understand others.

If I continue to fail to understand the thoughts of my brothers and even my father, and only keep stating my own reasons, the conflicts will likely deepen.

Well, of course, the conclusions I draw from the information I already know are correct; it's just a matter of making sure others can understand them.

But what if someone else knew information they didn't know, even crucial information that could change the current conclusion, and they failed to understand it—

Dorn will not allow that to happen, not even to a lion.

Katherine and Aaron are true peers, and they have a lot to talk about.

Katherine recounted what she had seen and heard in Terra. The Emperor allowed her to choose any department of the Empire, which made it sound as if His Majesty didn't care about his Imperial system at all, treating what should be serious government functions as a mere greeting to a child.

This made Katherine uneasy, knowing that her tyrannical father held power firmly in his hands, even going so far as to cause conflict between his eldest son and Petit.

It wasn't until Dorn explained to her that His Majesty probably just needed an empire to carry out the Great Expedition.

I don't care about the political system or its functions.

Hearing this, Katherine understood a lot more, and her perception of the Emperor gradually became closer to the image of the "good-for-nothing" father that Aaron had described.

This emperor is essentially a lazy and indifferent person who doesn't care about most things and only works out of necessity.

"Alright, don't think about anything sad or stressful. Father said that life is most joyful when you're eating. So is God."

Aaron didn't know what Katherine was thinking, but their family's consistent rule was:

Whatever the problems that may cause concern, "since things have come to this, let's eat first."

Aaron cut the piece of meat in front of him and placed it on an empty plate. Every time he ate, he would subconsciously put the meat on the plate for his father.

Even though my father is not here today.

"By the way, where exactly is Father? At dinner tonight, all three of you gave the same answer, but I bet you all have different answers about where that old man went."

Dorn, being more honest, whispered, "According to the official itinerary, His Majesty is on Mars, maintaining close ties with the Cult of Mechanics. But in reality, a small group of key members of the Cult of Mechanics have already moved to the underground palace. Therefore, His Majesty should be right beneath our feet."

Angron's eyes followed the lion's movements, and he didn't forget to say:

“My brother Omega also said that Dad was under our feet. At first, I thought Dad was dead and that we had buried him.”

Aaron frowned: "The same answer all the time. This old man's way of doing things is really baffling. Never mind, someone go and call him up for dinner."

Although for his father at this moment, it may have been 30,000 years, and they had never met again.
