The two remained silent until someone was about to pass by, at which point Dolly had to enter the carriage to avoid them.

Just when Dolly thought the awkward silence would continue, Cho Chang pulled her hand, made her sit down, and then leaned his face closer.

Dolly thought Cho Chang was about to kiss her because of their intimate manner.

In fact, Cho Chang really wanted to give Dolly a greeting kiss, or even a French kiss.

But students pass by outside every second, so Qiu Zhang would never do such a thing.

She no longer wanted to hide or suppress her feelings for Dolly.

She's been alone at home these past two days, and almost every minute of it has been agonizing.

That night did not release her emotions; instead, it made Cho Chang miss Dolly even more, wishing she could stay by Dolly's side every minute and every second, never to be separated from her.

Even without doing anything overtly intimate, just holding Dolly's hand would be enough for Akio.

Of course, Qiu Zhang now understands that her thinking back then was too naive.

Now that she had Dolly's hand, she wanted to get even closer, like kissing Dolly.

If she actually kisses him, she'll definitely ask for more.

She was completely captivated by the girl in front of her.

However, Qiu Zhang ultimately decided not to rush things, since her workload this academic year was much lighter, giving her plenty of time to slowly cultivate her relationship with Dolly.

When Cho Chang felt that Dolly couldn't live without her, that was the time for her to confess her feelings.

"How are you feeling? Are you still feeling unwell?"

"Don't do drug trials again next time. If you do, you must ask me to come along, understand?"

Dolly breathed a sigh of relief at Qiu Zhang's concerned tone.

As long as that day isn't mentioned, everything is still considered normal.

Dolly repeatedly assured him that she would not experiment with drugs again. If it weren't for Miss Men's promise and Dolly's desire to learn the Patronus Spirits, Dolly would not have done such a thing.

The two then started chatting and laughing. When Dolly mentioned that she had successfully learned the Patronus Charm, Cho Chang was even happier than Dolly.

It was as if she herself had been affirmed.

The joyful and intimate atmosphere was only slightly interrupted when Hermione arrived.

"Good morning, Dolly. Cho, you... um?"

Hermione looked at Dolly in surprise, then put down the book in her hand, leaned over, touched Dolly's face with both hands, and then examined Dolly's skin inch by inch, almost to the point of kissing her.

Hermione exclaimed in astonishment, "Dolly, what skincare potion did you use? Why is your skin so much better?!"

Hermione didn't usually care about such things, but Dolly's change was too obvious.

Of course, this applies to Hermione.

After all, she knew exactly what Dolly looked like, and even where her skin had any blemishes.

But Dolly now seems to have been reborn.

"This is a long story..."

Dolly didn't intend to completely hide the matter of the Blue Philosopher's Stone.

Dolly has already uncovered some of its secrets and even plans to share this power with her friends.

After all, even Snow and the Puffy have received this power, so there's no reason for Dolly's friends not to share it.

However, this wasn't the place to talk, so Dolly made a few excuses before Hermione quieted down.

A little while later, Luna arrived as well.

Luna held a newspaper, a tired but happy smile on her face. It turned out to be the inaugural issue of the new newspaper.

The new newspaper was called The Storyteller, or the storyteller.

Because the newspaper is currently in the stage of increasing subscriptions by serializing novels and other works, Dolly requested that the newspaper's image not be shown. This can be done later when the newspaper is more famous.

The four girls were excitedly chatting about everything in the newspaper, not even noticing the shabby figure walking past the window.

This figure is none other than Lu Ping.

Lupin, full name Remus Lupin.

When Lupin was four years old, his father offended the werewolf Fenrir Greyback.

Out of revenge, the werewolf broke into the bedroom through the window and bit Lupin, who then became a werewolf. His parents tried everything to save him, but to no avail.

He and his parents thought he couldn't go to Hogwarts because other parents wouldn't want their children to be near a werewolf. But after Albus Dumbledore became headmaster, he came up with a way to get Lupin to Hogwarts.

To get Lupin to attend school, Dumbledore ordered a Whomping Willow to be planted on the school grounds.

It was used to conceal the passageway to the Shrieking Shack in Hogsmeade, where Lupin would transform on the night of the full moon, to ensure the safety of the other students and Lupin himself.

After his transformation, he became extremely brutal. The villagers, hearing the noise and screams, mistook them for the sounds of some ferocious ghost. Dumbledore encouraged people to spread these rumors so that people would stay away from the Screaming Shack and ensure everyone's safety.

Lupin initially thought he wouldn't have any friends, but as is well known, he later became a member of the Marauders and befriended James Potter, Sirius Black, and Peter Pettigrew.

Lupin was afraid that his friends would abandon him if they found out he was a werewolf, so he kept it a secret from them. To prevent his friends from discovering his secret, Lupin would tell them that he was going back to visit his sick mother or make up other reasons.

Despite his best efforts to conceal it, his friends figured out the truth, and they even went to learn Animagus so they could stay with Lupin after he transformed.

This is why all the Raiders are Animagus, and it's a miracle, since Animagus is dangerous and difficult to learn.

Influenced by his friends, he became less cruel than a wolf, and they even went on adventures together in Hogsmeade.

James Potter and Sirius Black's transformations into large animals were enough to intimidate the werewolves, which made it easier for them to safely travel to Hogsmeade on the night of the full moon.

Without a doubt, it was a happy and joyful memory for Lupin.

This is why, despite their seemingly incompatible personalities, Lupin and the rest of the Raiders remained comrades-in-arms.

However, happy times are always short-lived.

After graduation, Lupin maintained contact with his friends and even joined the Order of the Phoenix to fight against Voldemort.

But after Harry's parents were murdered, only Lupin remained of the former raiders who were still able to function normally.

As a werewolf, Lupin's life was destined to be anything but good.

Last year, Dolores Umbridge drafted an anti-werewolf law, making it nearly impossible for werewolves to find work.

Werewolves are already discriminated against by wizards, and in order to live a normal life, they must take expensive wolf venom potions. Now, werewolves can hardly find any jobs.

So all that awaits the werewolves is a life like that of savages.

Lupin struggled to stay afloat in this state, and eventually had no choice but to accept Dumbledore's invitation, or rather, temptation, to become the Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher.

This was the highest-paying job Lupin could find, and Lupin's circumstances were the reason he looked so poor.

Of course, the other young wizards didn't know this.

They were simply curious why such a poor wizard would be on the Hogwarts Express.

The answer was obvious: everyone guessed he would become the new professor, and there was only one professorship available.

The train slowly started moving, but the familiar journey did not distract the young wizards, who continued chatting amongst themselves.

The Hogwarts Express traveled north, and the scenery outside the window became increasingly desolate. As the clouds thickened, the sky darkened.

Around three or four o'clock in the afternoon, it started to rain, and the undulating mountains outside the window became blurred.

The train continued its northward journey at breakneck speed. The rain intensified, turning the windows a watery gray and gradually fading into darkness.

Suddenly, all the lights in the aisle and on the luggage racks came on at once, and the train began to slow down.

The young wizards were getting ready to pack their bags when they realized something was wrong.

They don't seem to have arrived at Hogwarts yet.

Chapter 236 Dementors.

Hogwarts was built almost entirely in the middle of nowhere.

There's only one village, Hogsmeade, in the area, and there's practically nowhere else to go.

This means that if the group is not in Hogsmeade or Hogwarts, then they are in the wilderness.

An eerie atmosphere began to spread through the silent ranks of the young wizards, and panic began to creep in as everyone wondered what had happened.

The prefects realized what was happening and tried to maintain order, but to little avail.

The prefects could only maintain order, because they couldn't solve the problems.

At this point, it is still necessary for adults to step forward so that the young wizards can feel the greatest sense of security.

Instead of the adult wizard they expected appearing, strange phenomena occurred first.

A series of clattering sounds came from afar; luggage must have fallen from the rack.

Then, without any explanation, all the lights went out, plunging them into complete darkness.

The fact that the train was stopped in the middle of nowhere was shocking enough, but now all the lights on the train were out.

The young wizards were completely thrown into panic.

It's unclear who started screaming first; it's likely that the first-year students accidentally bumped into each other.

The screams quickly spread throughout the train, and even Dolly could feel herself and the girls around her getting nervous.

"In the end what happened?"

"Should we do something?"

"No, I think we should stay here and wait for rescue..."

"Dolly, what do you think?"

The three of them took turns talking, using this method to dispel their panic.

Dolly said, seemingly calmly, "Wait a little longer."

According to Dolly's memory, this plot was just the Dementors' first appearance.

There is not much danger in essence, after all, Lupin is still on the train.
