Tooth, whose entire body was almost entirely covered in dragon-shaped armor, nodded. It was a very intelligent dog and knew that it was time for it to contribute its strength.

And so, just as Professor McGonagall was tense, a strange-looking dragon rushed out of the darkness, its eyes even glowing with eerie flames—lit by Dolly with a fire-starting charm.

Even Professor McGonagall's mind went blank for a moment, and Malfoy's smile froze instantly.

The child's instincts took over instantly, and the next second he let out a scream like an infant and turned to run away.

Professor McGonagall quickly cast a knockback spell on the dragon, but the dragon's head was deformed and its neck was broken.

The monstrous dragon still charged toward Malfoy, opened its blood-red maw, and gently bit Malfoy's heel—Although Tooth was obedient and huge, it didn't have the guts to actually bite the little wizard.

This still terrified Malfoy, who felt as if he had been bitten and rolled around on the ground clutching his heel.

This made Professor McGonagall's face turn even paler. Just as she was about to punish the monster, she saw the dog's face pop out of the dragon-shaped armor.

That dog's face... it's so familiar...

In an instant, Professor McGonagall understood half of it.

Seeing that Tooth was running away, Professor McGonagall finally gave up on chasing after him and instead went to check on the situation in Malfoy.

When Malfoy shakily took off his shoes and socks, revealing his ankle with only four teeth marks, he immediately felt that he had failed again, and failed inexplicably.

Professor McGonagall stared at Malfoy with a calm but indifferent gaze. Malfoy wanted to continue talking about Harry and the dragon, but looking at his ankle, he didn't dare to say another word.

“Very good, Mr. Malfoy.”

"Your behavior confirms to me that you really didn't intend to lie to me; you're just a poor soul who was deceived by someone else."

“But I will still deduct 20 points from your score as punishment for spreading rumors at school.”

"Go back to sleep now, Mr. Malfoy."

Malfoy dejectedly put on his shoes and socks and slunk away.

Once Professor McGonagall was sure Malfoy was far away, she said, "I know you're here, Mr. Potter."

"Come out now, and I'll only deduct ten points from your score; otherwise..."

Harry and his two companions looked at each other, and in the end, Harry resisted the urge to come out from under the cloak, because it was too crowded under the cloak.

The three of them are squatting on the ground carrying the box. If they come out, there will inevitably be chaos, and even Norbert might be discovered.

Professor McGonagall was trembling with anger, but she did not insist.

Harry can avoid her now, but if she waits for him in the Great Hall tomorrow, he'll have nowhere to go.

With that thought, Professor McGonagall turned and left.

Once Dolly was sure the person had left, she said to the three of them, "Come out, there's no one here."

"We're fucked!"

Harry had just removed the Invisibility Cloak when Neville, his face pale, uttered these words.

Ron looked even more bitter; not only had he been bitten, but he had also lost points.

Dolly crossed her arms and laughed, saying, "This is what you call not being discovered by anyone?"

"We never expected Malfoy to have someone follow us!"

Harry was somewhat discouraged, but Dolly put away her smile and said, "Harry, you need to understand that your enemy is never just one person."

"They also travel in groups and set traps."

"Without me, Gryffindor would have had fewer Gryffindor points this time."

Harry scratched his head, looked at Dolly somewhat bewildered, and said, "So, should I thank you, sister?"

Seeing this, Ron and Neville seemed to want to thank Dolly as well.

Dolly chuckled and said, "Alright, consider it payment for Ron for helping me with the dragon skin business."

"Remember to go see Mrs. Pomfrey when you get up tomorrow morning, Ron."

"Also, I suspect Professor McGonagall won't give up so easily. Good luck to you all tomorrow."

"Whether you confess the truth or make up some excuse is up to you."

After saying that, Dolly took the lead and headed to the top of the tower.

Harry and his two companions exchanged a glance and continued carrying the wooden box forward.

Finally, the four of them reached the top floor.

The weather is getting warmer. Although it's still chilly on the rooftop, looking at the brilliant starry sky, Dolly thinks it's nice to come here occasionally to enjoy the view.

Right, she could totally do that!

Just then, four brooms and four male witches descended from the sky; they had been waiting there for a while.

Charlie and Ron hugged and Charlie said, "I thought you weren't coming. I wouldn't be able to explain that to my friends."

Ron gave a brief introduction to Harry and Neville, and then it was Dolly's turn.

“Miss Dolly Dursley must be you. Ron said in his letter that you are one of the most powerful little witches, so I’m curious, what do you need the dragon skin for?”

Charlie had a smile on his face and looked very kind, but his attitude was very serious.

After all, selling so many dragon skins to Dolly, who wasn't qualified, was a risky business, and he needed to get a reasonable answer.

"If I said I wanted to pursue research in this area, would you believe me, Mr. Weasley?"

"I want to know why dragon skin can resist magic, and whether it can be used for something better."

"For example, making some dragon skin armor or something like that."

"Wow."

Charlie was taken aback and re-evaluated Dolly, this time truly thinking more highly of her.

"Ron, you're both first-years, I bet you're still losing sleep over Quidditch, right?"

Ron, who was already red-faced from Charlie's revelation of his letters, now blushed even more and said, "Shut up, Charlie. You were way crazier than me when you played Quidditch back in the day."

"Who told me that I was just as talented as Harry back then?"

Charlie shrugged indifferently and continued, "Miss Dursley, your reasoning convinces me. But I must also remind you not to resell anything."

"As long as these things don't appear on the secondhand market, we won't get into trouble with the Ministry of Magic."

"Of course, if you do get into trouble, you'll be the one who gets fined."

Charlie gave his final warning in a joking tone, then handed the box they had brought to Dolly.

"Is it too big for you to take back? Do you want them to help you?"

Dolly smiled slightly and summoned Dot, placing Dot's hand on the box.

Dolly placed her hand on Dot's shoulder and said, "No need, I can handle it myself."

"If there's nothing else, I'll leave first."

After saying that, Dolly, seeing that no one objected, simply disappeared.

As for the money to buy the dragon skin, Dolly had already transferred the money to Charlie through Gringotts.

Charlie was even more surprised now. He turned to Ron and asked, "If I remember correctly, you said she was a wizard from a Muggle family?"

"So why does she have a loyal house-elf, while we don't?"

"Could it be a family heirloom of yours, Potter?"

Harry could only manage a wry smile and say, "No, that's my sister's...partner. I can only say my sister is amazing."

When Harry said those words, his tone was actually somewhat disappointed.

But when he heard Charlie repeat those words, he subconsciously straightened his chest.

Who can blame him when his sister is so amazing!

Monday Summary

Although it's embarrassing, let me summarize it anyway.

Half a month has passed since January 19th. In 14 days, I have updated 18 times, with a total of about 1 words, averaging 6 words per day.

Although it's about average for Hedgehog Cat, it's far from what I promised, and it has broken its promise time and time again.

It's not that I don't want to write, but I'm really having some issues.

I bought melatonin yesterday, and I'm starting to force myself to adjust my sleep schedule today. I really can't keep going like this.

As for the number of updates, since some of these 18 updates are 4 words long, they are not considered make-up updates.

Continuing with the data from the 19th, I've already made up for 5 out of the 50 chapters I owed. Let's start a new week from today.

Finally, I apologize again to everyone, and thank you to all my friends who have continued to support me.

123 A Humiliating Standoff

Dolly, meanwhile, had already arrived at the House of Requirement with the dragon skin.

Dolly breathed a sigh of relief after stuffing all the dragon skins into the Room of Requirement.

He then opened the box and took out a thick, heavy piece of dragon skin, which even had scales on it.

These dragon skins had already been cut up by humans. The piece in Dolly's hand was almost bigger than her, but it was still impossible to tell which part it was.

It's clear that this dragon is an enormous old dragon, and only Charlie and his group could obtain items of this caliber; normally, such items would be prohibited from sale.

Of course, the dragon's cause of death was most likely natural.

Charlie's love for dragons is a fact; he's not the kind of person who outwardly expresses love but secretly profits from animals. That's why Dolly chose to do business with him.

Dolly wouldn't want anything that came from an illegitimate source.

Otherwise, she might end up in the same predicament as Hagrid, being held accountable for acquiring animals or items of dubious origin. In that case, Dumbledore might not necessarily protect her as much as he protected Hagrid.

Dolly examined the dragon skin carefully, but unfortunately, she didn't see any properties that increased magic resistance.

This is not surprising, because there are very few items that are born with anti-magic properties; at least Dolly has not seen any yet.
