However, the number of crocodiles was quite large, and their strength was considerable. Musashi could not kill them with a single strike. After slaying more than a dozen more, she found that there were more and more crocodiles surrounding her, and it was becoming increasingly difficult for her to deal with them.

Furthermore, with her sharp eyes, she could see that new crocodiles seemed to be born in the distance, so it seemed she had to wipe out all the monsters in front of her in one go.

Musashi took a deep breath and used the power of the Five Wheels to sweep away the surrounding crocodiles. Then she adopted a two-sword style stance, and the image of Niou appeared behind her.

"Namo, O Great Self-Existent Deity—Hayagriva Avalokiteshvara, who cuts off all evil with wrath. The Great Celestial Phenomenon of Ishana!"

Chapter Thirty-Three: The Blazing Sun

The illusory Niou form had four arms, wielding four swords. As Miyamoto Musashi announced the true name of his Noble Phantasm, its arms unleashed four consecutive sword strikes. q

However, this was actually the sword pressure of Miyamoto Musashi's own mastery of the four sword techniques of earth, water, fire, and wind, released at his will, appearing as if Niou were launching an attack.

But the most important sword strike must be drawn by her own hand, connecting with the concept of emptiness beneath the phantom of Niou, the ultimate sword of the Niten Ichi-ryu school.

Miyamoto Musashi gripped the hilt with both hands, drawing the sword from the air to unleash the so-called Zero Sword, launching her ultimate slash.

This Noble Phantasm is classified as an anti-personnel Noble Phantasm, but its essence is a Noble Phantasm against causality. (2)

It is the Buddha's sword, capable of severing all non-karmic burdens, past karma, curses, and misfortunes with a single stroke. (Nine)

It is a kind of existence that remains even after being weakened to its ultimate state, beyond which it can no longer be weakened. It is called one of the ultimate states of non-duality, a zero position that lies even further. 4.

The sword wasn't aimed at the crocodiles; the pressure from the previous days' sword strikes would have been enough to sweep them away, but it couldn't prevent their regeneration and recurrence.

Only by following the connection of blessings preserved here can the Buddha's sword, which severs cause and effect, truly reveal its power.

When Niou's sword flashed and everything vanished, the surging lake water disappeared, the awakened crocodile transformed back into a mummy, and then turned into sand and disappeared.

At the far end of the room, a real crocodile mummy, adorned with elaborate jewelry, was displayed, cut in two. ⑤

Everything here originates from this place; normally, to see it, you have to break through the encirclement of those enormous crocodiles and reach the very end. (Six)

And this crocodile would then awaken, becoming a divine crocodile truly imbued with the power of Sobek, but it was destroyed beforehand, making the journey here extremely easy.

"There was only one so far. I've always found that strange. It seems to be something like an illusion."

Miyamoto Musashi also showed a knowing look, and her intuition told her to do so.

With her third eye, she naturally possesses the ability to find the most rational attack to achieve her goal.

"This looks bad, Rider. As a Heroic Spirit, you're emanating a smell like that of a dead person."

After confirming that there was not much danger here, Musashi simply placed a sword in front of him and then went to check on Rider's condition.

"I am fine. I was just caught off guard by the curse of the gods, but I will not die because of the blood of the gods flowing through my veins."

Rider sat up, waved her hand to indicate that she was alright, and a demonic aura swirled around her, seemingly healing the injuries she had sustained.

"Oh... I won't ask any more questions, but we're practically on the same side now, so be careful not to die."

"Rider, you're really in a sorry state. If you're no longer able to fight, you'd better leave as soon as possible. There's no one here who has the time to help you."

Martial Venerable also jumped up, the Heavenly Cloud Sword in his hand rippled with azure waves, and said without any politeness.

"Let's just charge in and kill it. No matter what the unclaimed Rider is up to, as long as we kill it, everything will be over."

As Wu Zun spoke, he swung his sword, drawing upon the power of the Heavenly Cloud Sword within.

With A-rank power and the power of the Ame-no-Murakumo, even a normal attack unleashed at full power should possess the power to rival a C-rank Noble Phantasm.

The surging waves were a terrifying combination of magic and sword energy, capable of cleaving the gate open in just a few strikes.

The door inside the room wasn't as sturdy as the first door outside; it wasn't something that could be easily broken open with too much effort.

"What a bunch of brutal and barbaric guys. They could have just pushed them away, but no one was willing to lift a finger. They just chose to destroy things."

"In that case, let's witness your fury. Such an impudent challenger deserves a far greater display of courage to quell my anger. Let me see just how reckless you are!"

As the gate was breached, Manshu naturally woke up, and he was not too satisfied with the performance of these guys.

But it doesn't really matter, since the final result is the same anyway, so let's just put in a little more effort to push this forward.

"Go forth, may Bahram's power pave the way for you, and may the sun rise once more in winter."

Possessing a thousand eyes and a thousand ears, ruling a vast territory, and powerful and mighty Meher.

Manju praised him, then unleashed the power he had already released, causing the Martial Venerable who had broken through the gate to be impacted once again.

As the gate was broken open, a gust of wind blew up. It was so powerful and strong that the Martial Venerable, caught off guard, was blown up and even the water ripples were scattered, causing him to fall heavily to the ground.

"Well……"

Musashi, being a little further away, still had time to react. He immediately drew his Wind Sword and used magic to break through the howling wind.

But the wind wasn't enough; the sound of powerful kicks striking the ground immediately rang out, and a strong bull charged out from its horns, its head gleaming with divine light.

Wow, are we going to have a bullfight?

Musashi was eager to try, but Rider took the initiative and used his demonic power to stop the bull.

He first swung a blow into the bull's belly, leaving a scar and attracting the bull's attention.

Next, use agile movements to entice the bull, causing it to expend energy, while simultaneously observing its temperament and behavior. (Zhong)

Rider continued to inflict wounds on the bull with his weapon, but this bull was no ordinary creature; it wouldn't succumb to weakness from constant bleeding.

Its strength showed no signs of diminishing, for the aura of the God of War shone brightly on the tip of its horn, making it incredibly powerful and infinitely potent.

Just as Wu Zun stood up, about to lend a hand, the sound of numerous wings flapping through the air came from behind him.

It was a remarkably swift sound; the moment it reached the Martial Venerable's ears, he saw a white figure rush straight towards him.

His instinctive reaction allowed him to slice the figure down with his sword. What fell to the ground was a white bird. Its upper body was sharp and small, appearing extremely aggressive and razor-sharp, while its lower body was rather large and quite thick. (Dove)

The Martial Venerable's sword slashed downwards, successfully cleaving the bird's upper body, but the lower body remained somewhat connected and not completely severed. ④

Before the Martial Venerable could sheathe his sword and take a closer look, a large number of white figures rushed over, accompanied by deafening, excited singing.

The song came from the beaks of birds, a prayer to Ahura Mazda and many other gods. 2

They prayed as they attacked the enemy ahead.

This bird possessed terrifying strength; the defenses of the three people before them were barely stronger than paper against its sharp beak. Rider, focused solely on dealing with the bull, was caught off guard and was directly rammed through two holes by the bird.

It was a real, bloody hole piercing through his body. If Rider hadn't been a manifestation of a demon, possessing a terrifying willpower that allowed him to ignore the pain, he would likely have been struck down by the bull and died right there. ③

"I never imagined I'd conspire with demons. Humph, after eliminating this far more dangerous monster that threatens the world, I will surely slay you to rid the world of evil."

A katana, bathed in the glow of the rising sun, slashed out from the gate. Kiso Yoshinaka, clad in magnificent armor, had recovered and immediately caught up.

He glanced at Rider and let out a cold snort, but he was aware of the situation and did not attack her. Instead, he swung his knife at the flock of birds in front of him.

"Let me pave the way for you. I don't have much magic left, and I'm afraid I won't be able to fight to the end. I might as well make full use of it now and save you energy."

Kiso Yoshinaka said that as a servant without a master, he was able to fight so freely here only by relying on the highest level of solo action.

Unlike other unmastered Servants, who would likely burn their Spirit Origin to ashes with a single Noble Phantasm, he can maintain his fighting state without relying too much on Spirit Veins.

"Let's end it here, cut it in two, and forge ahead—Kurikara Pass!"

This Noble Phantasm is from the Battle of Kurikara, the most famous battle in Kiso Yoshinaka's life.

According to the book "Genpei Seisuiki", Kiso Yoshinaka imitated the fire ox formation of Tian Dan, a famous general of the ancient Qi state, and released hundreds of oxen with torches tied to their horns to charge into the enemy's formation, thus breaking the Taira army.

Although this story is generally considered to be a fabrication by later generations, the current Noble Phantasm is actually an evolution of this story.

As Yoshinaka Kiso swung his katana, hundreds of fire oxen appeared beside him.

At the same time, the sound of the conch shell was also blown here, matching the bellowing of the fierce bull whose horns were tied with pine branches, even causing the space to tremble and move.

This Noble Phantasm was created with the blessing of the god Hachiman. It is a natural barrier formed by recreating the battlefield of the past, and the charge launched by the fire bull makes the earth tremble.

This is to recreate the fate of the Taira army on the cliff of Kurikara Pass in the past, which was to fall into the deep valley and die in the procession and pushing.

The bull's charge and gallop turned the earth into a bottomless pit, and even the bull protected by divine power was crushed by the constant impact.

Even birds that soared high were set ablaze by the flames, losing their ability to fly and falling to the ground.

However, since these birds are merely manifestations of power, and they are the true divine birds Vareghna, their feathers would not be ignited by flames.

This bird is the king of birds. Its feathers can dispel the magic of enemies with a gentle touch. Even the strongest enemies cannot subdue or kill those who possess its feathers or bones.

The bird's feathers harbor the power of Ahura Mazda, and the former hero, King Faridon, used this power to defeat the powerful demon, the three-headed evil dragon Az Dahaka, created by Ahrisiman to destroy the world.

However, this story comes from the Book of Kings, where Riaz Dahaq is referred to as the Serpent King Zahaq, and the two can be considered essentially the same.

Having lost most of his power after unleashing his Noble Phantasm once again, and with his magic power depleted, he leaned against the wall, the radiance of the rising sun on his sword vanishing.

"Indeed, it is a tiny sun, a false sunlight. Even the refracted moonlight cannot compare to it, Saber."

Manshu, watching from afar, simply shook his head. The sunlight was indeed far too weak; even without Manshu himself, the sun that would soon reveal itself would be enough to burn him to ashes.

Boundless rosy light rose from the room, and a handsome man with no face appeared in a chariot. A white horse pulled the chariot of the sun, and a bow and arrow were held in the man's hand, which he drew back and shot.

He exerts his strength with his powerful arms, and with a heroic and bold spirit, he will defeat all villains and demonstrate his power with a thousand transformations.

Although it was just a ray of sunlight refracted, the brilliance it revealed was dazzling enough to be unbelievable.

The great Bahram was the vanguard of Mithras, and he was always ready to pounce on the treacherous and fulfill the great covenant.

(iv) Mithras was surrounded by many gods: Eriaman, the embodiment of friendship; Arshtat, the embodiment of justice; Hamvaretti, the embodiment of courage; and Slausha, the embodiment of piety.

Therefore, this power was unstoppable and unmatched. With just a simple tug of the bow, it shot down the Sun's Flame, and the scorching flames even melted the walls of the palace.

④The Martial Venerable then unleashed a torrent of waves to cut down the arrows. He used the raging torrent of the Eight-Headed Serpent to counter the sun's blazing flames.

3. Miyamoto Musashi and Rider, who still had some strength left, did not rest at all and attacked the carriage that had manifested divine power.

But Mithras, who was also a god of war, would not have been without extra weapons. On his chariot, there were not only bows, but also knives, swords, hammers, and even slings.

The faceless form of Luna, the embodiment of the sun, immediately multiplied, and countless eyes and ears grew on his face, then radiated light and heat.

The thousand-eyed, thousand-eared god is the most incomparable of the fire, and the sun gliding across the sky is watching over whether people keep their covenants.

The light emanating from his eyes is like a blazing fire; the way he draws his sword and slashes downwards is the power of judgment, a trial inflicted on the wicked.

"Why would such a great, dazzling, and incomparable being lend its power to villains who wish to destroy the nation and slaughter its people?"

Yoshinaka Kiso gazed at the dazzling light, oblivious to the tears streaming down his face, and simply sighed.

"Hmph... Gods are superhuman beings, and such a distorted world is unaware of the love of gods."

Rider said upon hearing this, but she was not feeling well under this radiance either. Although she had the blood of a god flowing through her body, she also had the blood of a demon flowing through her body.

If Rider didn't possess exceptional martial arts skills, losing a suitable weapon would undoubtedly be a fatal blow.

"This is indeed not a good sign."
