"Hey kid over there, the battle is over. Take your servant away and tell Saber to give it her all when you get back."

I promise not to take his life this time, but there won't be another chance. Defeat means death, and losing the right to continue fighting in this ritual.

"Don't let it end like this time, giving me the feeling of starting strong but ending weak, or I'll kill both of you."

Saber was indeed unconscious from the injuries she had just sustained. Manju picked Saber up, sheathed the Kusanagi Sword behind her, and beckoned Miyamoto Iori to come and take Saber away.

Although Miyamoto Iori seems to have some skill and talent, as a person of this era, he is indeed hard to find more interesting.

Even as a remnant of a sword saint, Yu's skill level is only considered decent if he can survive for five seconds in the hands of a servant.

8 Of course, the current Miyamoto Iori is not at this level. He should be able to hold his own against a regular Servant for a few rounds.

2. But that's all. Miyamoto Iori hasn't even fully mastered the secrets of Niten Ichi-ryu yet, since in this timeline Miyamoto Musashi died before teaching him the secrets of Niten Ichi-ryu.

It seems that Miyamoto Iori could only hone her swordsmanship by studying the Five Rings Book left behind by Miyamoto Musashi, pondering it in secret.

③ "Hmm? Kid, you have the heart of a warrior. That look might be favored by that dark sun, but unfortunately you've come at the wrong time, so you probably won't have much of a chance."

3. Nevertheless, when Manju saw the look in Miyamoto Iori's eyes as he handed Saber over, he was still somewhat surprised.

0 This guy doesn't look like an ordinary person. At first glance, he looks ordinary, but upon closer inspection, he has a rather strong killing intent. However, it is still a bit messy, so he looks somewhat ordinary at first glance.

Even if he saw that scene again, which was like a natural disaster, would this guy still dare to swing his knife at him?

However, he hadn't heard of this guy's name much, so he figured he probably wouldn't see him actually capable of wielding a sword against him. Therefore, Manshu was only surprised for a moment before turning around, mounting Busifaras, and leaving Asakusa.

"No, it's not too late. It's never too late for a warrior."

Not long after Manju left, Miyamoto Iori, who was carrying Saber away, heard an empty murmur in his ear.

But no one could hear the sound; it lingered like ethereal smoke, as if it were a mirage.

……

After visiting Asakusa, there didn't seem to be any other places to have fun, so there was no need to rule out visiting A-Zhou in Kanagawa Port.

Manju has basically determined the intensity of this Holy Grail War. Now, only Musou and Arjuna are still worth considering. If another one is eliminated, the final fun will probably be lost.

Therefore, Manju did not go south, but planned to return to Ueno, waiting for his business to be completed before finally ending the ceremony.

The ceremony was ridiculously boring, with only a handful of heroes in sight.

Continuing to follow the routine like this is incredibly boring, so you have to create your own fun.

After today, most people should be able to understand the situation. If not, then go on another tour of Edo.

Anyone who can ride lightning and flames across the skies of Edo should be able to understand the current situation, even the most obtuse person. (5)

Manju returned to Ueno without facing any harassment, as the harassment had already ceased and could not be carried out. (Seven)

The ground was littered with the corpses of the shikigami summoned by the Onmyoji: a fox spirit named Kutsugata, a large bat, and a nue with a monkey's head, a tiger's body, and a snake's tail. (Six)

This should have been the force sent by Tsuchimikado, but they were all slaughtered by Sekhmet who left them here. There were also some unidentifiable corpses on the ground, seemingly crushed into a pulp. (Six)

"Are they still not going to send any fools straight in, but only some cannon fodder to scout ahead? That's really disgraceful."

Manjushri scoffed, waving his hand to clear away the corpses, burning everything to ashes to nourish the earth. IV

It seems Tsuchimikado doesn't have many other options, so he's not worth mentioning and doesn't need to be paid much attention to.

The temple in this wilderness is roughly complete. While Sekhmet is indeed a destructive god, many gods also manifest this destructive lion image.

Even Hathor, the goddess of love, and Best, the protector of family, can transform into a destructive lion.

Of course, these gods are often confused together; Sekhmet is often depicted alongside Hathor, Best, Vajit, and Tefnut.

Therefore, she is still able to shoulder the responsibility of the building. Just like before, the magnificent palace has been erected, waiting for Manju to enter and sit on his seat.

Chapter Twenty-Nine: The Road

Yokosuka

This harbor, located in the south of Kanagawa, appears to have been affected by the Kanagawa Port Disaster, and the area looks quite sparsely populated.

However, the buildings in this generation look only slightly more civilized; instead of a continuous stretch of wooden houses, they are a cluster of Western-style buildings constructed of red bricks.

The owner who occupies this place will naturally be able to perceive what is happening on this land.

On the Western ship docked in the harbor, a woman dressed in gorgeous clothes could not hide the sorrow on her face beneath her wide hat.

Her name is Dorothea Koyette, the daughter of the Swedish nobleman Frederick Koyek, a magician belonging to the Clock Tower, and the Master of the Assassin participating in this Moon Ritual.

As a legitimate magician, she has already turned Yokosuka into her territory, building a magical stronghold for magicians.

And she keeps extending her hand outwards. At first, she was heading towards Kanagawa Port, but unfortunately she encountered Manshu and was thus blocked. So now she is marching towards Shinagawa.

Shinagawa is a port town built along the Tokaido, a major east-west thoroughfare in Japan. After taking it, going uphill, the entire western part of Edo, the port area, can be said to fall entirely into her hands.

But just as Dorothea was methodically advancing her territory and steadily trying to win the ceremony, the massive flow of magic surging across the land reminded her of unpleasant memories from before.

"What exactly is going on with this ritual? How can a fake ritual set up in such a remote place create such a powerful Heroic Spirit?"

Dorothea couldn't understand it, but her feelings and the familiars wandering the city couldn't be wrong.

Although Yokosuka is not far from Asakusa, she could still clearly feel the swirling atmosphere of Asakusa.

What incredible power it was! It made people tremble and feel defeated, even from a distance, and their skin would tingle and their hair would stand on end.

Was it the organizers of this ritual who were up to something? Otherwise, it's hard to believe that this situation could happen normally. Or rather, if you don't comfort yourself with this thought, you'll probably just lose the confidence to continue participating in this ritual.

"This is... Ah, among the two forces that are fighting, there is the aura of Ibuki Daimyojin... No... It's as if it really is the god himself, as if the absurd soul of the moon god has resided in someone's body and appeared on this earth. That terrifying power is undoubtedly the god."

The man standing behind Dorothea, dressed as a monk and wearing a helmet made of woven wooden strips, suddenly let out a strange groan.

Standing there was none other than Assassin Koga Saburo. The monk's attire in front of him was his disguise. Even if the Servant got close, he wouldn't be able to detect his identity and would only mistake him for an ordinary person like a butler.

"You mean a god was summoned? Someone summoned Ibuki Daimyojin during this ritual. Are the magicians here really capable of doing that?"

Upon hearing her servant's words, Dorothea's expression only grew more unpleasant.

Dorothea certainly wouldn't doubt the truth of what her servants said, after all, the servants she summoned, A and Saburo, were the result of her careful selection.

Therefore, Dorothea was well aware of Koga Saburo's identity and his abilities, and there was absolutely no mistake in confirming the power of Ibuki Daimyojin.

"After all, we are fighting on unfamiliar land, and we are at a complete disadvantage in terms of intelligence. There are Servants everywhere, and the unknown territory is everywhere..."

Dorothea couldn't help but sigh, and thus uttered a sigh of emotion.

This country was indeed unfamiliar to her; she lacked sufficient intelligence and definite connections, and could only rely on the crew she had brought with her.

"We must quickly find out exactly what's happening over there. Such a terrible situation will definitely affect the outcome of this ceremony."

Dorothea said with considerable certainty, and went to her subordinates to change the focus and reissue orders.

However, this time the recipient of the order was not Assassin, but Dorothea's real butler, an old man named Giovanni.

……

"The ownerless Rider! All the problems stemmed from him. All the changes happened here. If it weren't for him, victory in this ritual would already be mine!"

Inside Kan'ei-ji Temple, all Tsuchimikado Yasuhiro could see was utter rage. He now only regretted not bringing the Moonlit Ceremony with him, since his younger brother really couldn't have stopped a Servant.

He was well aware of Tsuchimikado Takatoshi's level. Although they were brothers, Tsuchimikado's talent and ability were far inferior to his own; he could only be considered an excellent Onmyoji.

"Without the Cup of the Full Moon, my plan has been completely ruined. If we can't rely on the Cup of the Full Moon to communicate with the ley lines and manipulate the Servants through the ritual, we have no way to deal with Rider."

Tsuchimikado Yasuhiro was at a loss for a moment. What he relied on was the various loopholes he had planted in the ritual as the creator of it.

Holding the Cup of the Full Moon, he is like the administrator of this ceremony, and thus he can use the Cup of the Full Moon in his hand to connect with the spiritual veins of Edo Castle, thereby influencing all the summoned Servants.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, once the ritual he prepared is activated, he will essentially control all the Servants. Even if one or two manage to escape, he can simply rely on the large number of controlled Servants to kill them.

So was already imagining how simple this ritual would be; this ritual, which he had glimpsed from the future and called the Holy Grail War, was utterly effortless.

But the situation has completely changed. Now he can only rely on the Onmyoji who still obeys his orders and the Caster he summoned.

But that's not enough. Caster doesn't have much fighting power at all. He's just an ordinary scholar. He can only fight if he uses his Noble Phantasm.

(4) "With such arrogance as the ownerless Rider, it would not be difficult for him to take Yingyue back. As long as all the Masters and Servants work together to defeat him, and then take Yingyue back as the supervisor, everything can be put back on track."

The unclaimed Rider himself declared that we should announce this and accept the challenge from all Servants. But even if he's incredibly powerful, he can't possibly defeat all Servants single-handedly.

Caster said quietly from the side, although he had even considered giving up on his Master, it seemed that the other party was still someone he could rely on for the time being.

At least while the situation remains unclear, his Master still has a better chance of winning this Holy Grail War, as long as he can defeat the unmastered Rider who seems to possess godlike power.

3. Then the victory of this ceremony will be returned to the two of them. If that's the case, there's no need to think too much. They should just do their best to eliminate the biggest obstacle at this moment.

3. "Yes, since the unclaimed Rider is so arrogant and conceited, it will surely bring about its own destruction. I will send my Onmyoji to convey the information to each Master. I will also make more preparations to seal off the spiritual veins of Asakusa."

Even if Rider possesses the ability to move without relying on the magic of the spirit land, his own magic power will certainly be insufficient when facing a multi-person attack. If he tries to draw magic from the spirit land only to find it ineffective, defeat will likely be imminent.

5. Tsuchimikado Yasuhiro also regained his composure and returned to his calm and dignified appearance. In most cases, he was still able to maintain an elegant demeanor.

"That's right, the story of the Minamoto family has always served as a warning to the world, but even knowing this, there are still people who keep repeating the mistakes recorded in the history books of the past."

In this way, without learning from the past, the only fate that awaits them is death and failure.

Caster echoed, turning the pages of an ancient history book that recorded many stories of the country since the beginning of time.

Caster was the author of this book, the Kojiki, Japan's oldest historical record, which he personally compiled.

His name was Hieda no Rei. He possessed an exceptional memory and was chosen by Taiya no Maro, who made him repeatedly memorize numerous historical documents, eventually compiling them into the Kojiki.

He is a fairly standard writer-type Servant, but these types generally don't have much combat ability, which is why Tsuchimikado can't act rashly.

Otherwise, a martial arts-type Servant would have already stormed up and faced Sekhmet during the time when Manju was not in Ueno. However, given the level of summoning in this ritual, most martial arts-type Servants summoned would not have been able to get past Sekhmet.

"Let me sit here and watch the ownerless Rider bring about his own destruction. Whoever he is, he cannot stop the revival of the Tsuchimikado clan." — Jiu

Tsuchimikado Yasuhiro sat quietly on the ground, gradually becoming like an old monk in meditation, until a rune in his hand suddenly flashed with fire.

"This is... the fifteenth Servant has finally appeared. This direction... is it Asakusa? Is it with Saber? Well, we shouldn't act rashly before eliminating the unclaimed Rider."

What makes this ritual special is the presence of a fifteenth Servant besides Ruler; even if the Cup of the Full Moon gathers the souls of all Servants, it still cannot function effectively. (8)

Because the recovered magic was not colorless but filled with filth, the fifteenth Servant was chosen to be the key that allowed this complete creation to be summoned as a wish that would be granted.

By offering this final Servant as a sacrifice before granting the wish, the Moon Cup can be activated as a wish-granting device. 2

... (9)

"Okay, let's try it out." Ling

Gazing at the night sky, Miyamoto took a deep breath, looking at his hands and the katana at his waist, silently reflecting on everything he had witnessed that day.

He kept recalling what he had seen, trying to replicate the scene with the sword in his hand.
