Editor-in-Chief JJ Jameson slammed his hand heavily on the table, puffing on a cigar.

"Superpowers? Fraudulent liars? Whatever it is, you haven't investigated it at all. You don't even know Spider-Man and Spider-Woman's zodiac signs."

He berated his men in a machine-gun-like tone, "These two Boy Scouts in their pajamas, while the Brooklyn Bridge incident was all the rage, you didn't find out anything!"

One employee defended themselves, saying, "Everyone was looking for these two Spider-Men before, but no one could succeed, and we were no exception."

Jameson looked at the employee who had spoken. "This is not an excuse for your incompetence. Think about it, if you paid for a newspaper every morning and read the stories while drinking coffee, what would you be interested in? The grotesque, the exciting, the eye-catching! Spider-Man is exactly that!"

Ben Ulrich, also a prominent editor at the Daily Bugle, stepped forward to explain to Jameson: "My job isn't in that area; I'm on Kingpin's side."

"Kingpin can wait for you for days with his big ass sticking out. If you don't make any progress, you can give up."

Jameson took two quick puffs of his cigar and said to him, "Now a new hot topic has emerged, it's no longer Spider-Man, but that vampire princess."

"I'll assign this task to you. We've arranged an exclusive interview with it. You're in charge, Ulrich!"

When Yulitch heard that his boss had assigned him the task of conducting the interview, he was taken aback.

"Are you telling the truth, boss?"

Jameson raised an eyebrow and exhaled a puff of smoke. "What? You can't accept being interviewed in front of sexy bikini-clad women?"

Yulic shook his head. "No, I was just wondering how you managed to schedule an interview with her?"

"I always have a way."

As Jameson was speaking, his subordinate suddenly pushed the door open and came in.

The meeting was interrupted, and he immediately yelled at his female assistant, "Damn it! Didn't I say I was in a meeting? I'm not seeing anyone unless I give a reasonable explanation, or Susan, your bonus for this month is gone!"

The female assistant was used to her boss's harshness and said helplessly, "Sir, our website has crashed again."

Jameson put down his cigar and said to his female assistant, "Then you can fix it, Susan."

"I can't do it, I'm not capable, I'm just an assistant editor."

"No, no way, I'm not a programmer, I can't do this damn web designer job."

Jameson picked up the cigar he had put down again. "But I paid you to teach me."

The female assistant retorted without hesitation, "That class only lasts one day. If I attend one Chinese class, does that mean I have to be able to translate fluently for you in Chinese tomorrow?"

"Damn it! You have to fix it, or you'll lose your bonus!"

"Fine, I quit too, I've had enough!"

With a loud bang, the female assistant slammed the door and left.

The newly hired reporters were stunned by this scene.

The long-term employees, on the other hand, were used to this and continued doing their jobs.

The vampire princess remained noncommittal.

Peter continued, “You can say it’s blood directly, I’m not surprised, and I believe the readers will believe it too.”

The vampire princess shook her head. "No one will believe me."

"Not always."

After Peter watched the butler leave, he said to her, "More bizarre things have happened here than you, and quite a few at that."

"So, may we officially begin the interview?"

Peter asked the other person.

"of course."

"My first question is, can you shoot videos or movies? Like Kraven the Hunter?"

Peter asked her the first question.

The vampire princess frowned and said, "What you see is not an act; I am fighting for my own life and the lives of my companions."

So you can't act anymore?

"will not."

"Very good, the next question."

Peter coughed and adjusted his glasses. "Can you tell me what happened on the spaceship that brought you here?"

He asked the question he most wanted to know.
