"Well……"
Shaking her head, Kitagawa Kaimu sullenly put down the fabric in her hands, unsure of how to begin.
"What's wrong?"
"It's not that I can't make Shizuku's clothes, it's just... the clothes I make don't look like what I envision at all."
Even though I put my heart into making them every time, the results are always unsatisfactory, and you can imagine how frustrated I feel.
Sensing that Kitagawa Kaimu was in a bad mood, Kijima Yuta tried to comfort her, saying, "Perhaps... you've hit a bottleneck, which is preventing you from improving your skills."
"You don't need to comfort me anymore. I know my talent has reached its limit," Kitagawa Kaimu said dejectedly.
Seeing that her mood had not improved, Kijima Yuta said, "Some things are harder to improve if you rush them. Just put them aside for now and adjust your mood."
“There’s no other way now…” Kitagawa Kaimu lowered her head resignedly and murmured softly.
Seeing the pitiful little kitten in front of him, looking like it had been soaked in the rain, Yuta Kijima placed his hand on its head and stroked its fur. "Why didn't you ask a tailor for help?"
This matter is actually quite easy to resolve, but she just hasn't used this method, and Kijima Yuta doesn't know whether he should ask her.
Could it be an economic predicament?
Feeling the warmth of her palms above her head, Kitagawa Kaimu suddenly raised her head, her phoenix eyes widening slightly, and her cheeks quickly flushed red.
"Well...no, but only by giving your all to personally portray the character you're promoting can you truly express the ultimate form of love."
“If I rely entirely on others, I won’t feel the meaning of love at all, and I’ll feel like I’m letting Shizuku down.”
"Of course... my friends aren't good at sewing either, so no one is working with me..."
Kitagawa Kaimu's reason surprised him greatly. After regaining his senses, Kijima Yuta shook his head and said, "No, I can work hard with you."
"Really, really?"
Upon hearing this, Kitagawa Kaimu's face lit up with undisguised joy. None of her fellow enthusiasts shared the same vision, and she had been working hard alone until now. Now that she heard Kijima Yuta's approval, one can imagine how happy she was.
Yuta Kijima didn't avoid her gaze and said seriously, "Of course it's true. Didn't I tell you? I also really like cosplay."
"I used to enjoy watching other people cosplay, but now I feel it's quite nice to learn how to cosplay myself..."
Chapter 95: Only familiarity
Seeing Yuta Kijima's sincere yet somewhat serious face, Kaimu Kitagawa suddenly felt less upset, as if a seed had sprouted in her heart.
A slight smile played on her lips. She parted her pink lips and said, "Well... Yuta, I'll invite you to the next anime convention. I'll help you prepare your cosplay outfit, okay?"
Looking at Yuta Kijima's chiseled face, she had already imagined countless anime characters that would suit him perfectly.
Looking at Kitagawa Umume, Kijima Yuta smiled slightly.
"Of course, or rather, I'd really like to try cosplaying it once."
"Really? Yuta, you can't regret this."
Kitagawa Kaimu looked surprised, but her tone betrayed a hint of worry that he might be joking.
"Of course. Just let me know when there's a comic convention next time."
"Mmm!" She nodded vigorously.
She then stood up, walked to Yuta Kijima's computer desk, and asked, "Can I use your computer? I'll look for some roles that would suit Yuta..."
"Hehe, don't worry, I'll definitely find a role that brings out your personality."
Yuta Kijima was both amused and exasperated.
As long as I don't prepare a set of women's clothing for him, everything else is fine;
Seeing that Kitagawa Kaimu had regained her lively personality, he stopped paying attention to her.
I stepped out of the room and began preparing the ingredients for the afternoon.
Now that he has a dishwasher at home, he cooks more often.
Who understands the pain of loving to cook but hating to wash dishes?
Yuta Kijima firmly believes that a dishwasher is an essential tool for improving a family's happiness. After a meal, everyone wants to lie down and rest, and nobody wants to wash dishes.

"Huh? Where's Yuta?" Kitagawa Kaimu looked up and glanced around the room after mentally selecting a few characters she liked.
After scanning around and finding no one, she went to the living room and heard the sound of a spatula stirring in the kitchen.
Kitagawa Kaimu realized it was already dinnertime. She went to the kitchen to check on things and saw Kijima Yuta coming out with two plates.
"Yuta, are you done?" Kitagawa Kaimu watched Kijima Yuta's skillful operation and felt that his feminine charm was even stronger than hers.
"It's ready. I was just about to call you for dinner." Kijima Yuta was a little surprised. He was thinking of putting down the two dishes before calling her, but he didn't expect to come out on his own.
But since we've run into each other, I might as well lend a hand. "There are two more plates inside, could you help me bring them out?"
Kitagawa Kaimu was somewhat helpless. "I could accept that she's exceptionally talented in light novels and manga, but now she's completely overwhelming me in terms of female power. You're leaving no way for Japanese women to survive!"
Her eyes swept over the two dishes that Kijima Yuta was carrying. They were truly a feast for the eyes, nose, and palate. These dishes looked delicious, not to mention the aroma. The way she was quietly swallowing now was proof of Kijima Yuta's skill.
Who cares, let's eat first. Losing isn't a big deal. Yuta is so good, it's not shameful to lose to him.
Having already been whetted by the aroma wafting in the air, Kitagawa Kaimu couldn't care less about anything else and hurriedly went into the kitchen to bring out the remaining two dishes.
"This... did you make all of this, Yuta?" Kitagawa Haimu asked curiously, her mouth watering. The dishes in front of her looked very similar to those she had seen at a Chinese restaurant she had visited before.
“If there’s no one else in the kitchen, it should be me,” Yuta Kijima said with a smile. “I usually prefer Chinese cuisine.”
"Hmm... This is chili fish, hot and sour shredded potatoes, mapo tofu, and a bowl of three-delicacy soup."
"It looks delicious!"
……
Seeing Kitagawa Kaimu's impatient expression, he said, "Let's start eating now, the real feast is tomorrow."
Today, it was just him and Kitagawa Kaimu, so they prepared three dishes and a soup. Tomorrow, since they've invited more people over, they'll prepare a wider variety of ingredients.
Upon hearing that Yuta Kijima had given permission to eat, Kaimu Kitagawa said, "I'll start," and first picked out a piece of tender fish from the chili fish.
Mmm! This fish is better than any other fish she's ever had before. Although the whole fish is covered in chopped green peppers, it's not spicy at all. Instead, it's tender, juicy, and melts in your mouth. The freshness of the fish and the green peppers complement each other perfectly.
Kitagawa Kaimu looked thoroughly satisfied and said she would come to Yuta's house for meals from now on, as she couldn't live without Yuta's cooking.
She was determined to take on the job of a comic artist's assistant, all for the sake of cooking!
Upon hearing Yuta Kijima's description of tomorrow's grand feast, Kaimu Kitagawa couldn't help but ask him, "Yuta, is there anything you can't do?"
Yuta Kijima chuckled: "I can learn anything I don't know, but I don't know how to give birth."
"I know how to do this!" Upon hearing that Kijima Yuta had something he didn't know, Kitagawa Kaimu blurted it out without even thinking.
Having a baby is nothing, she can definitely do that!
After she finished speaking, the dining table suddenly fell silent.
Yuta Kijima's heart sank. He thought to himself, "I'm doomed. I was just joking and said it casually. Why did you respond like that?"
When he suddenly fell silent, Kitagawa Kaimu was startled and hurriedly waved her hands, "No... that's not what I meant..."
The reaction was so intense that it startled even Yuta Kijima.
He quickly reassured her, "I know that's not what you meant."
Kitagawa Kaimu's voice trembled slightly, "Yes! That's not what I meant, it just slipped out..."
"Mmm." Yuta Kijima nodded seriously. "Eat quickly, or the food will get cold and won't taste good."
"Um……"
A deep blush hung over her face, and she dared not look at Yuta Kijima across from her.
The conversation ended abruptly.

Kitagawa Kaimu leaned back in her chair, looking at Kijima Yuta with some embarrassment. How could she not control her mouth once she started eating Yuta's cooking? She had clearly decided to make a good impression on him.
All the dishes on the table were eaten clean. Although he already knew about Hai Meng's fighting strength, he was still a little surprised to see it again, but he didn't show it.
After eating and drinking their fill, the two sat quietly, slowly savoring the lingering aftertaste of the meal.
"Yuta, your cooking is amazing! How did you learn?"
Having recovered from the awkward conversation, Kitagawa Kaimu savored the delicious food and asked, puzzled.
No matter how much energy a person has, it's impossible to be proficient in everything. You're being too unfair.
When Yuta Kijima, who was also reclining in a chair, heard this question, he confidently replied, "Nothing special, just practice makes perfect."
Chapter 96 The First Person
"Practice makes perfect? Yuta, are you kidding me? If hard work were all it took, everyone would be a genius." Kitagawa Kaimu retorted helplessly.
Yuta Kijima didn't argue; the world is just unfair. He stood up to clear the dishes.
"Let me clean up. I already feel bad for taking the liberty of coming to your house as a guest," Kitagawa Kaimu quickly stopped him.
“It’s okay, I bought a dishwasher, so I don’t have to wash the dishes myself.”
After saying that, Yuta Kijima picked up the bowl and plate and went into the room.
Seeing him say that, Kitagawa Kaimu had nothing to say. Everything had already been arranged clearly by Kijima Yuta, so she could just relax and be a lazy bum.

After dinner, Kitagawa Kaimu and Kijima Yuta chatted while watching a popular anime in the living room. Since they were both from the anime/manga community, they could easily keep up with the conversation.
"Besides Megumi-chan, are there any other people coming to your house tomorrow?" Kitagawa Kaimu asked with a hint of curiosity after hearing Kijima Yuta mention that many people would be visiting the next day.
Although she hadn't known Yuta Kijima for long, during the time they spent together, Kitagawa Kaimu had a clear understanding of Yuta's character and his attraction to other girls.
Similarly, upon hearing that even more people would be visiting Yuta's house the next day, Kitagawa Kaimu's vigilance rose to another level.
I should have gone to Toyonosaki Private School. Anyway, it's similar to Sobu High School and not far away.
"Yes, they are all friends I met at school."
"If you meet them tomorrow, you'll definitely become good friends."
"Really?" Kitagawa Kaimu asked, puzzled.
