Chapter Sixteen: When did I ever say this was my weapon?

The Black Tower space station, on the road leading to the platform.

The sound of hurried footsteps echoed in the passageway. The red-haired woman who was waiting at the entrance stopped, turned around, and looked with slight surprise at March 7, Hoshi, and Alan, the members of the defense department, who were walking towards her from a distance.

"March 7th? We've finally found you! We were so worried about you." Himeko smiled immediately upon seeing the girl. "No matter what, it's good that you're back."

"Sister Himeko!"

Upon seeing the red-haired woman, March Seven's face immediately lit up with a smile. He excitedly ran over and hugged Himeko tightly.

Himeko affectionately patted March 7th's head and said with a smile:

"You're still as troublesome as ever, even falling off the train while taking pictures..."

"I……"

Faced with Himeko's reprimand, March Seven was too embarrassed to speak.

To cover her embarrassment, she immediately pulled out Xing beside her and said, "This is my spoils of war. I snatched it from the Star Core Hunter with that pet doctor!"

"A veterinarian?" The young man named Dan Heng, who was walking from a distance, looked puzzled.

"Star Core Hunter?" Himeko keenly noticed the dangerous term. "Little March, you encountered a Star Core Hunter? Are you alright?"

"It's nothing, those Star Core Hunters ran away when they saw us, hehe." March 7th said with a smile, completely unaware of what he had just encountered.

Himeko sighed helplessly:

"You child, it seems you've forgotten again. Didn't I tell you before that the Star Core Hunters are terrorists who have committed countless heinous crimes throughout the entire Star Sea? Their strength is extremely terrifying. If it weren't for your Uncle Yang accompanying you, you probably wouldn't have been able to handle them."

"That terrifying?" March 7th's eyes widened. "Are those Star Core Hunters as frightening as the Star God's messengers?"

“No, not at all.” Himeko shook her head. “The Star God’s messengers are the Star God’s representatives in the universe. They often have the terrifying ability to destroy a star system. In our train crew, only your Uncle Yang has met such a terrifying being… The others probably don’t even have the right to speak with the messengers.”

"So that's it."

March 7th nodded, having roughly understood what the Star Core Hunters were.

But she still didn't care much, after all, Kafka and Silver Wolf hadn't stopped when they saw them, showing no signs of being strong at all.

Next, March 7th introduced the general to Himeko and Danheng, and also explained about the pet doctor, Ron.

With her embellishments, Himeko and Danheng quickly came to know a veterinarian with an extremely wicked personality, a wide range of methods, and even great strength. They eventually concluded that March 7th was just making things up.

"You...you don't believe me?"

“According to my recollection, you have referred to ordinary small animals as rift monsters eighteen times, asteroids encountered on the train as black holes twenty-eight times, and politicians encountered on the road as world-destroying villains thirty-nine times…” Dan Heng said calmly, “Now that things have come to this, I think everyone should have some doubts about whether your words in March can be used as evidence.”

"Woooooooo..."

Faced with the fact that he had no credibility within the train crew, March 7th burst into tears.

Xing came over to comfort her, saying, "Don't cry, March. I'll go find Dr. Ron later and have him comfort you."

"I don't want to see that jerk!"

March 7th spoke angrily, then instinctively looked at Xing's hands.

Because she recalled how he had held onto Ron's hand tightly before... how to put it, it inexplicably made her feel a little uncomfortable...

"!!!"

As soon as the thought flashed through her mind, March 7's face suddenly turned as red as a boiled duck.

"Am I crazy? I'm not a masochist! How could I think about something like this?!"

Unable to believe his own thoughts, March 7th immediately rammed his head against the iron railing next to him.

"boom!"

He was immediately knocked unconscious and attracted the attention of everyone present.

"This child..."

Himeko sighed helplessly upon seeing this. She had originally wanted to go to the containment station to observe the traces left by the Star Core Hunter and see if the Star Core Hunter had left any clues.

But now she has no choice but to give up and prioritize taking care of her silly little girl.

……

Containment module.

"You said you want me to disappear from this starry sky completely? Why?" Ron looked at Kafka, a member of the so-called cosmic-level criminal organization, Star Core Hunter.

By now, he had gained some understanding of the Star Core Hunters organization, knowing that they were a group of terrorists targeting star cores.

They will not be afraid of anything, even a powerful force covering the entire galaxy, as long as it is what their goal requires. They will stop at nothing to achieve their objectives.

"Because you are the butterfly that broke Elio's script!" Kafka revealed a cold smile, walking towards them with the same arrogance as if he were looking at prey, completely unconcerned about being countered or ambushed. "To be honest, I originally thought it would be some kind of being, but I didn't expect it to be a pet doctor like you... Could that black hole that suddenly appeared before also be related to you?"

"What are you talking about?" Ron asked calmly, revealing no trace of his true feelings.

"Heh, to remain calm at a time like this, you seem to be quite something." Kafka blinked. "Your features make you look like an ordinary veterinarian, but your medical kit contains some strange medicines, and those two pistols hanging on your waist are quite unusual, they seem to be some kind of powerful weapon... Are you really the veterinarian of this space station?"

"Of course I'm a veterinarian. Do you need me to give you a rabies vaccine as proof?"

When Ron saw Kafka approach him, he was not flustered at all. Instead, he showed the calm attitude of someone on a blind date and sat down on the white plastic chair next to him.

“Interesting…you are very interesting.” Kafka spoke slowly. “If it weren’t for the fact that you disrupted Elio’s script, I would have been very interested in having a deep conversation with you until dawn.”

"Hehe, it's not too late now."

Ron waved his hand.

"No, it's too late. Elio's script cannot be destroyed, otherwise the entire universe will be plunged into a storm of nothingness in the future."

"Oh? You mean, if I stay here, it will cause the destruction of the universe?"

"That's it."

Are you trying to morally blackmail me?

“You can think that way,” Kafka said calmly. “But I’m not just using moral blackmail; if necessary, I can also blackmail you as a person.”

"You can try it."

Ron smiled and pulled the blood-steaming gun from his pocket with his right hand.

Kafka witnessed this scene, but she showed no emotion, calmly stating, "Are you sure you can fight me with your strength? No matter how special your weapon is, the difference in strength between us is irreversible!"

"When did I say this was my weapon?"

Ron spoke slowly and deliberately, looking at Kafka's bewildered face.

"Steam blood!"

"Mist match!"

In the blink of an eye, as Ron pulled the trigger of his pistol, a chaotic fog enveloped his body and transformed it into a form that would have astonished Kafka.

"Super Transformation - Salvation!"

Chapter Seventeen: Sending him to a planet light-years away to see giant dinosaurs baring their teeth!

“You are…”

The moment Kafka saw Ron use the Blood Steamer, he immediately became wary, thinking that the other party had used some kind of dangerous energy weapon.

After all, when Silver Wolf was recording his infiltration of the space station, he had seen Ron using the Judgment of Heavenly Fire, and thus leaked the information to Kafka in advance.

Kafka therefore instinctively believed that Ron was attacking him with a similar weapon.

However, Kafka quickly realized the error of this judgment.

As the smoke spread, her intuition didn't detect any dangerous energy; instead, it was the aura emanating from Ron, the veterinarian, that made her wary.

Soon, as the smoke dissipated, Ron's figure slowly appeared before Kafka's eyes.

At this moment, his entire body was covered in strange scales, his original black hair had turned into long white hair, and he had a pair of cold, azure eyes.

This bizarre posture would instinctively cause confusion for anyone who saw it. Even a well-informed Star Core Hunter had never seen such a peculiar ability before and was momentarily stunned.

"Your body?" Kafka paused for a moment, then immediately realized, "You're using some kind of human modification device? Are you a follower of the Venerable Sirius?"

The moment Kafka's voice faded, Ron emerged from the smoke.

"A follower of the Venerable Mahāsthāgata? Why do you think so?"

Ron couldn't help but ask out of curiosity.

He knew that the "Erudite Venerable" referred to the Star God of the [Intellectual] Destiny, the founder of the Genius Club, and the most intelligent being in the entire star sea.

Why would someone who uses a blood-steaming gun that can modify human genes be associated with the concept of Bo Shi Zun?

“Because only the most extreme followers of the erudite believe in the concept of ‘flesh and blood suffering’… What they pursue is the transformation of the human body, turning the human flesh into a higher level of life, thereby gaining eternal rationality.” Kafka looked at Ron warily. “This is manifested in the fact that almost every member of the Genius Club possesses a body other than the human body, and the fragile human body is completely a burden in their eyes.”

“A very good idea.” Ron nodded. “It seems I can try to make contact with that legendary wise man in the future.”

"..."

Kafka narrowed her eyes, unsure whether Ron genuinely didn't know about the Erudite and the Erudite Society, or was simply using a smokescreen to deceive her.

But she soon realized that it was all pointless.

For her, the only thing to do is to completely eliminate this uncertain factor that affects the course of her destiny!

"It seems you're determined to fight me." Kafka's gaze was cold. "Honestly, perhaps you're confident enough in your abilities, but never forget one thing: never underestimate a Star Core Hunter!"

The moment Kafka finished speaking, the space around Ron twisted out of thin air, and some kind of data-driven reality forcibly transformed Ron's environment into the cosmos!

This is forced teleportation!

As Ron realized this, Kafka in front of him was waving his hand with a cold smile.

"Bye-Bye!"

The woman's smile was radiant; she was confident that Silver Wolf's move was flawless and that almost no one could react to it.

Yes, Kafka was just pretending to talk to Ron, but in reality he was having his companion Silver Wolf prepare his long-distance teleportation ability.
