As Alfred spoke, he turned his head to examine Shen You's armor.

"But he didn't call himself the Ultimate Batman either."

He lit his last cigarette, reached into his pocket, and found the cigarette pack was empty.

"Okay, turn the light off. It'll burn out if this keeps going." Gordon gestured to the searchlight and turned to leave the rooftop.

His classic Batman-esque voice, tinged with throat cancer, is processed by a voice changer to sound deep, hoarse, cold, and strange.

"Alright, I won't ask where you went on vacation. I arranged for the best detectives to investigate the clues you gave us before, and you were right."

Alien weapons, a huge amount of weapons, were transported in through that route you mentioned, and they're all piling up in Gotham Harbor's warehouses.
