I became light in American comics

"Go up to the maximum speed and run it around. My device will record all the necessary readings you need while you're running."
“Okay, if you insist,” Barry scratched his head, “but let me make this clear first, you'd better have a warranty card. Because if you break it, I can't afford to pay for it. You know how little I earn. I haven't even paid my rent this month yet.”
"It's okay, let's give it a try. I'm starting it up now." Shen You interrupted him before he could steer the conversation any further.
With three seconds left, the system activated. Power was supplied, the tracks began to rotate, and a glint of electricity flashed in Barry's eyes as he sped off.
In an instant, it quickly became a blurry afterimage.
Three seconds.
This was the treadmill's limit. Barry's speed exceeded its capacity in about 1.3 seconds, and the lightning radiated by the Speed Force burned its circuitry in about 2.6 seconds.
The engine was damaged, sparks flew, metal parts melted with a mournful sound, the outer casing shattered and cracked, and black smoke billowed out.
Barry stopped in his tracks, standing amidst a pile of metal rubble. The energy field released by the nearby mobile armor prevented the explosion from spreading, and the freezing energy suppressed the high temperature.
"See, I told you so." Barry shrugged helplessly, indicating that it was none of my business.
Shen You, resting his chin on his hand, said, "This treadmill is priceless by current human technology, and you just broke it. Since you don't have the financial means to compensate me, it seems you'll have to compensate me with yourself."
"Okay, then I guess that's the only way," Barry sighed. "My requirements aren't high, just three dishes and a soup for each meal. Oh, and the coffee should be less sugary."
After exchanging a few jokes, he suddenly appeared behind Shen You's screen.
"Alright, we'll talk about the sale later. How's the situation?"
"It only lasted for less than three seconds, but it has already given us enough research data," Shen You said. "This was originally just a prototype. I plan to build an even more powerful one that can help you freely control the ability to travel through time and space."
"Really?" Barry still found it sounded unbelievable.
"Of course. But besides upgrading the design, it also requires deeper research into the Speed Force. Let's see the results of this test first."
Shen You zoomed in on one of the interfaces in the series.
"This is a comparison of your brain scan with the total amount of Speed Force energy radiated by your body when it is moving at high speed."
"Uh, it seems a bit weak?" Barry frowned.
"Because that's true. When you enter the Speed Force state, your brain is already much faster than a normal person's, but it's still too slow compared to your own body. If you could use your brain to enter the Speed Force..."
“I can think very quickly,” Barry said knowingly.
“Not only that,” Shen You turned to him and said, “it can also ‘expand cognition,’ allowing you to think about many things at the same time, and enabling your attention to more comprehensively analyze any information received by all your senses. It can even allow you to simulate the possible outcomes of thousands of different actions in an instant.”
And this mental acceleration, in turn, accelerates your control over your body and your use of the Speed Force. Mastering this technique consumes the same level of Speed Force as before, but you can become faster than ever before.
“I can be even faster.” Barry’s eyes lit up. “That’s incredible. But how did you—I mean, you just glanced at the scan results and immediately came up with this theory? Really.”
Shen You smiled but remained silent.
What else could he say?
This is based on experience. He had received similar training in accelerating thinking and expanding perception long ago. He could do this too, but not through the Speed Force, but simply through his racial talent.
By helping Barry become faster, Shen You can also learn more, which in turn helps him become faster. And the longer-term goal is to create a cosmic treadmill and try to break through the world's barriers using the Speed Force.
Although Shen You's progress seemed rapid, helping the rookie Flash quickly master the speed and skills that would normally take him years to achieve, he still felt it was too slow.
As expected, interns do have their limits. Shen You thought to himself that if it had been their Science and Technology Bureau's Director Blue Skin who came here in person, they would probably have already finished speedrunning with the help of the Seven Elders of the Justice League and gone back for tea.
You know what, it's actually not impossible.
The Land of Light today is far more technologically advanced than it was during the Showa era. Back then, the Land of Light's weapon design was still based on the idea that "Ultraman used a state-of-the-art bracelet to defeat the supposedly invincible Bemstar."
Now, everything has changed. The Earth's technological advancements in Ultraman have all been stolen, while the Land of Light's have all been borrowed. Hikari, the blue-skinned head of the Technology Bureau, has been creating a ton of little gadgets over the years, borrowing Ultraman's power, then aliens' power, and even taking advantage of monsters' debts.
So if Director Guang were to come here, within a month he would definitely be adopting a "Superman, Flash, lend me your power" attitude, leaving Darkseid completely bewildered and unable to recognize his style.
Currently, Shen You's main research subjects are domesticated Kryptonians and Barry, the speed volunteer. The newbie on the other side is still relatively new and lacks advanced technology; otherwise, he might be able to borrow some of their ideas.
The sources of power for Justice League members are generally quite mysterious, and the underlying laws and origins are often far more profound than they usually show. Even if we don't talk about borrowing power, the abilities of each elder are at least worthy of study.
If we could have a few more veterans, it would certainly help us to further understand some of DC's unique rules.
“Sir, we have a special visitor who wants to see you,” Pal reminded him.
"Who?"
Shen You's helmet displayed the store's surveillance footage.
Then I saw Diana Prince, dressed casually, standing in front of the counter.
"Excuse me, but I'd like to ask if Mr. Shen is here?"
The heavy curtains blocked out the sunlight, completely enveloping the room in deep darkness.
Huge murals hang on the walls, depicting the gods in the clouds. The sacred Mount Olympus stands in the center of the painting, and the gods, dressed in magnificent robes, are vivid and mysterious, their faces sculpted with lifelike detail.
Lex Luther and his secretary, Moxie, walked among countless exhibits and disturbing statues.
“I don’t understand, boss,” Moxie said. “Are we here to see a new ally?”
“Pretty much,” Lex Luthor said calmly. “I thought Poison Ivy from Gotham would be a valuable asset, but she turns out to be just a second-rate character. Gotham City is full of incomprehensible lunatics, talented but unusable by me.”
“Then what we’re looking for this time must be very special,” Moxi said.
"Oh, of course."
Lex Luthor gave a mysterious smile.
"This time, we're looking for a true sorceress. She possesses magic far more profound than the gods described in mythology; in fact, if you ask me, she's far more terrifying than any of them."
A woman's laughter echoed in the darkness.
The two stopped.
"You're smart and have good judgment, bald guy."
A woman appeared before them, looking down at them with her hands on her hips and an air of arrogance.
“You’re right, men. You are facing the most powerful wielder of dark magic. All men will bow before me and chant my name—”
—Cersei!

Chapter 163 What did I do last night?
"I apologize for not giving prior notice before visiting, but finding you was already quite an achievement. Besides, I really couldn't find your contact information; in fact, I don't even know if you use a mobile phone."
Lex Luthor stood with his hands behind his back, speaking calmly with a slight smile.
"But it doesn't seem to matter anymore. You still noticed we were here."
"It's hard not to notice men."
The woman smoothed her striking red hair and glanced with a light laugh at Luther's bald head, which resembled the gleaming glass curtain wall of the Metropolis.
"Your head is like a streetlamp in the dark. You're definitely not good at stealth in the dark."
The smile on Luther's face vanished.
“Show some respect to my boss, witch.”
The female secretary, Mo Xi, stepped forward and said.
"You're facing the smartest person in the world! Ahh!"
Moxi cried out in surprise, suddenly being lifted up by the hand. Magical tentacles, seemingly appearing out of nowhere in the darkness, climbed up her long, black-stockinged legs and onto her body.
They tied her up in a turtle shell binder.
"Oh, please, not again!"
Moxi struggled desperately, but only felt the tentacles tighten their grip, making her face flush even more.
This situation felt strangely familiar, as if we had only recently encountered it.
No, how come all the crazy women the boss hires are a bit perverted?
Luther glanced sideways at his secretary, who was suspended in mid-air in an inappropriately bound position, then expressionlessly turned his gaze to the witch in front of him.
“I know about you, Cersei. You, and that Amazonian known as ‘Wonder Woman,’ and your numerous entanglements over the past century.”
“Ha, I’ve experienced far more than you can imagine, far more than just a hundred years,” Cersei chuckled.
As one of Wonder Woman's earliest and most prominent villains, she was born in 1200 BC. She is immortal and eternally youthful, and her magic rivals that of the gods—for many years she has been an enemy of the gods.
She had fought the Amazons in ancient times and believed they had been wiped out. So when Wonder Woman—a demigod Amazon—appeared, Circe learned that the Amazons were not extinct and immediately targeted Diana as her primary objective.
"However, as a mortal, you do know quite a lot. It's amazing you were able to find me."
“Not just any ordinary mortal, but Lex Luthor, the greatest mind on Earth.” Luthor chuckled proudly. “I’ve built a file on all the superpowered people on Earth, and I’ve collected all sorts of information over the years.”
Aliens, the product of a laboratory accident, magic. I know far more than most people can imagine.
"So, why did you come to find me?"
“For my allies, for power,” Luther said bitterly, clenching his fist, “for what I once had but have now lost so painfully.”
Cersei glanced at his shiny bald head again.
"hair?"
Luther's expression froze again.
"Ha, just kidding. Actually, I know you, Lex Luthor. You're one of the few men in this world I admire."
Cersei chuckled.
"You want power? That's perfect timing. I'm currently preparing something that might interest you. Have you heard of the 'Degenerate Realm'?"
“No,” Luther said, “but I’d like to hear more.”
"I knew you were an ambitious man."
Cersei stepped forward and deliberately snuggled into his arms, her eyes brimming with flirtatious glances.
"I know you're destined for great things. But the night is still long, would you like to come to my room and we can talk slowly?"
Luther grasped the witch's small hand, which appeared to be snow-white and delicate but was actually at least three thousand years old.
"My pleasure."
The two held hands and went into the room.
