“Yes!” Hermione sighed, “but it’s already quite remarkable for a third-year wizard to have achieved this much; at least there won’t be any unexpected incidents in the Quidditch matches.”

"Harry is one thing, but what about Ron?"

Asking him to do your homework is a bit of a stretch, but he can certainly check it, right?

“Don’t mention him to me,” Hermione said indignantly. “His rat, Scabbers, has disappeared.”

“That’s great!” Aaron said without hesitation, but noticing Hermione’s slightly red eyes, he decisively put Abbey on the desk. “Uh… Abbey wanted to kill Scabbers the first time he saw them.”

Abe nodded affirmatively; it certainly didn't like the mouse.

Hermione's mood improved slightly upon seeing this, and she continued, "His suspicion that Crookshanks ate its rats is utterly absurd."

“After all, Crookshanks is a cat,” Aaron said with a smile. “It’s perfectly normal for a cat to catch a mouse.”

"You also think it's Crook Hill?" Hermione's eyes held a hint of hostility and the pain of being distrusted.

Gulu!

Aaron swallowed hard and immediately changed his tune, saying, "I have always abhorred this kind of wild speculation about suspects without any evidence."

Although Crookshan harbors considerable hostility towards Scabbers, since no one has witnessed it firsthand, it might not be him.

"Actually, we found a few orange cat hairs on the floor of Ron's dorm room," Hermione said timidly.

Aaron: ......

What's the difference between that and lying through your teeth?

“Well…you might not want to hear this, but if you have time, please prepare a new food ration for Crookshanks, no, I mean, buy Ron a new mouse.”

Hermione forced a smile, then lowered her head, looking aggrieved, to organize her homework.

"Fine, I guess I'm just unlucky." Aaron patted his forehead and took out Captain Jack's compass.

"what is this?"

“A magical compass that can point to what you think,” Aaron said seriously, then stared at the compass needle. The needle, which had been stationary, began to slowly rotate and showed no sign of stopping.

"This is?"

"This is good news," Aaron said with a smile. "Banban is still alive, and the compass is pointing to its location. Shall we go find it?"

Hermione hesitated for a moment, then shook her head coldly. "I'm not going. If nothing unexpected happens, Scabbers will run back. I'm waiting for Ron to apologize to me and Crookshanks."

Aaron blinked, wanting to laugh but unable to.

"Wait a minute." Hermione suddenly remembered something. "This compass should also be able to locate Sirius Black. If we can catch him..."

Snapped!

Without saying a word, Aaron immediately closed the compass lid and stuffed it into Abe's pocket.

"Aaron, am I wrong?" Hermione asked, puzzled.

"That's right, but I don't want to cause trouble."

"Trouble? How can this be trouble?"

“This is certainly troublesome.” Aaron sighed deeply. “Sirius is not important, but the person behind him is Voldemort. Although he is not fully resurrected now, it cannot be denied that he has a large number of loyal followers.”

I've thoroughly offended Voldemort, but he poses no threat to me now; however, his followers might.

"what do you mean?"

"If they knew I had sent Voldemort's loyal servants to Azkaban, they might seek revenge. There are plenty of desperados among them."

"What if we give the compass to Dumbledore..."

"Impossible, absolutely impossible." Aaron refused without even thinking.

Capturing Sirius Black would involve a slight risk for him, but with his current strength, that risk is negligible.

But handing the compass to Dumbledore would be extremely risky. He had never truly trusted the character of this wizard who had held the White Lord's throne for decades.

"Hopefully the Dementors will be up to par, otherwise Harry might have to stay in the castle for a very long time."

"But at least it's safe."

......

Saturday, 11:00 AM.

Quidditch pitch, Gryffindor vs. Ravenclaw.

Harry Potter made a grand entrance riding a Firebolt. To protect himself from Dementors, he hid his wand in his sleeve, making it easy to use the Patronus Charm at any time.

There was nothing that could be done about it; after all, the Dementors had left him with too much of a trauma, and even with Dumbledore present, he still felt somewhat uneasy.

Fire bolts are very fast, giving them a significant speed advantage in the game.

Commentator Jordan would occasionally interject with a brief introduction to the Firebolt, highlighting its speed, performance, and balance. If one didn't know Jordan's character, they might have suspected he was being paid to advertise for the Firebolt.

"Did Ravenclaw change their Seeker?" Aaron asked curiously, looking at the only girl on the Ravenclaw team.

“Her name is Cho Chang, and Wood said she’s an excellent Seeker,” Ron said. “But her broom is terrible; it’s nothing compared to the Comet series or the Firebolt.”

“Indeed, the fire bolts are much faster than my magic carpet,” Aaron said casually. “But that’s not what I wanted to say. Don’t you think Cho Chang is very beautiful?”

"Hmm...maybe!" Hermione said, blushing slightly, her voice trembling.

"Hmph!" Ron snorted. "At least he's much better looking than someone else."

"Ron, stop being so sarcastic."

"Did I say something wrong?"

“You two,” Aaron interrupted, “don’t misunderstand me, I meant Harry Potter thinks she’s beautiful.”

Didn't you guys notice? Harry was overtaken by Cho Chang several times in a row. His Firebolt is much faster than a comet, and he was repeatedly stopped while chasing the Golden Snitch.

Upon hearing this, the two quickly turned their gaze to the Quidditch pitch and found that it was indeed the case.

Gryffindor and Ravenclaw fought back and forth, with Gryffindor gaining a slight advantage, but their trump card, the Firebolt, was repeatedly overtaken by the Comet Broom, and even forced to change direction.

"Could the fire bolts really be cursed?" Hermione asked uneasily.

“Harry has test-flown it many times without any problems,” Ron said, but his expression turned somewhat unnatural. “That’s despicable. Ravenclaw knew they couldn’t outrun the Firebolts, so they sent out a brilliant Seeker.”

We need to remind him that Wood is still there, otherwise Gryffindor might lose.

"Idiot." Aaron rolled his eyes. He just meant that Harry might be interested in that girl, but how did Ron turn it into a honey trap?

"How arrogant!" Hermione looked at him with some disdain. "Harry would never be so clueless!"

Ron was about to say something when he heard Mrs. Hooch whistling, followed by Jordan's commentary: Harry Potter has caught the Golden Snitch, Gryffindor wins.

Chapter 315 Peter Pettigrew is not dead?

"Congratulations," Aaron said, looking at the excited Harry. "But next, you'll be facing Slytherin, so you'd better be mentally prepared."

Harry paused for a moment, his joy of victory somewhat dampened. "You're not going to go back to being the Seeker, are you?"

"No, I'm not that free," Aaron shrugged. "This is just a simple reminder."

"That's good."

Harry breathed a sigh of relief. He was 80% confident he could get the Golden Snitch if his opponent was Draco, but if it was Aaron, he was only 50% sure even with the Firebolt.

This is the last game of the Quidditch season, and also their graduation gift to captain Wood; it's a game they absolutely cannot afford to lose.

“Harry, if I may ask, do you have a thing for sure?” Ron coughed, “are you interested in Ravenclaw’s Seeker?”

Upon hearing this, Harry's face immediately turned red.

"I am not, I am not, don't talk nonsense."

Seeing his face turn completely red, Ron immediately understood the answer: "Don't be shy, I promise I won't tell anyone."

“No,” Harry said awkwardly. “Wood and the others are preparing for the party in the common room, so I’m leaving now.”

"Is it really necessary?" Ron laughed, watching Harry's retreating figure.

"What do you think?"

"Sigh!" Ron sighed, looking somewhat troubled. "What do you think? Should I tell Ginny that Harry has someone he likes?"

“My past experience tells me not to meddle in other people’s business.” Aaron shrugged and left with Abe.

“I think so too.” Hermione rolled her eyes at him and went to the library with a pile of books in her arms.

......

The following day, Hogwarts was placed under martial law again, with enhanced security measures implemented throughout the facility.

Aaron looked at Harry and his two companions in the Great Hall and asked somewhat speechlessly, "I heard something happened in your common room again."

“It’s a big deal, a really big deal.” Ron raised his chin with a hint of pride. “Last night when I was sleeping, I saw Sirius Black holding a knife to me.”

"You?" Aaron was somewhat skeptical. "Sirius took a knife and instead of killing Harry Potter, he went after Ron Weasley. That's absolutely ridiculous."

“But it’s true,” Harry said. “He must have mistaken me for someone else. And thankfully Ron woke up in time, otherwise I, no, and maybe not just me, several of us in the dorm might have died.”

Ron said smugly, "I just screamed once, and he ran away."

"Wait a minute, something's not right!"

Just as Aaron was about to say something, an owl flew into the hall and landed steadily in front of Neville Longbottom.

A red envelope, a roaring letter.

Neville reacted to it like Scabbers saw Crookshanks, unleashing an astonishing speed to escape.

Before he could even run out of the auditorium, his grandmother's roar came from the letter. Her voice was extremely exaggerated, screaming and blaming, which broke Neville's fragile heart.

"What did he do?"

“He leaked the Gryffindor passwords,” Hermione said helplessly. “He was worried he wouldn’t remember them, so he wrote them all down on a piece of paper, and then that piece of paper…”

"Lost?" Aaron's eye twitched slightly. "And by sheer coincidence, it fell into Sirius Black's hands?"

The three of them looked at each other and nodded in unison.

"Beautiful, only he could do something like that."

"But why didn't he kill you?" Aaron asked, somewhat puzzled.
