This tornado was created by Zoro after he got separated from the group. He thought, "It's just up there, right?" and then he cleaved the middle of it all the way to the roof with one stroke. Yeah, very Zoro-like.

Nami and Chopper were right on his head, and the slash brought them up with him as well.

Then, Sanji kicked the floorboards and landed perfectly on the roof.

"Without a doubt, I will be the first one to get to the rooftop."

Sanji was very confident, and then he turned around and saw Zoro.

"Algae?!?"

Just as Sanji was puzzled and resentful that Zoro was faster than him.

Usopp also flew straight up from below; the giant had thrown him up, but he didn't stop even after flying over the roof.
