"I activate the effect of [Rapid Raptor - Mighty Owl]! Once per turn, remove 1 Xyz Material from this card and add 1 Level 4 Winged Beast ? DARK ? monster from your Deck to your hand!"

Falcon tapped its finger on the duel disk, and a cry rang out from [Rapid Raptor - Martial Forest Owl], instantly dissipating one of the two dark purple orbs surrounding it.

The card that popped out of the duel disk was also displayed to everyone by Hayabusa:

"What I've added to my hand is [Rapid Raptor - Singing Shrike]. This card can be Special Summoned from my hand when you control an Xyz Monster!"

As the card was snapped down between the falcon's fingers, a round, tiny metal bird, flapping its pitiful little wings, flew up beside the [Rapid Raptor - Powerful Wood Owl].

"Then, I activate the effect of [Raid Raptor - Simulated Shrike], which was just sent to the Graveyard as Xyz Material! During the Main Phase of the turn this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can banish this card and add one other [Raid Raptor] card from your Deck to your hand!"

Falcon tapped his finger again, and a card popped out of the Duel Disk and into his hand. This time, the monster in his hand was named [Rapid Raptor - Painful Shrike].

The next second, this card was also slammed onto the Duel Disk by Falcon:

"[Rapid Raptor - Painful Shrike], I can Special Summon it from my hand if I take damage from a [Rapid Raptor] monster on the field that is lesser than its ATK or DEF!"
