I caught a cold, had a stuffy nose and a headache. I didn't hold back a word after sitting for an hour. It was considered a rest, and I won't make up for it later.

In the past few days, I was sweating when I went out. I went into the air-conditioned room dripping with sweat, and finally broke myself.

Alas, this flesh is no longer young.
