 Talk about physical examination

 Long Ling went for a physical examination yesterday. I told everyone about this before.

  The day before the physical examination, sugar intake was not allowed, so Long Ling did not drink any drinks that day (Long Ling drank every day before).

As a result, Long Ling felt uncomfortable on the day of the physical examination and was in a very uncomfortable state. Later, we found out what had probably happened.

 The day after the physical examination, that is, today, the physical examination center called me and told me that my blood sugar was extremely high and I probably had diabetes.

 Then I roughly understood the reason for the discomfort on the day of the physical examination: it was probably because of unstable blood sugar, which I was not used to, so I felt uncomfortable.

Hmm, this is probably the reason why I felt uncomfortable and asked for leave yesterday.

 Then, let’s talk about Long Ling’s own state.

Long Ling is almost 40 years old and is not in good health. Most of this is due to irregular work and rest and unhealthy eating. I also have inflammation in my fingers, which hurt when it’s windy or rainy, and I have a lot of things at home...
