Chapter 2 My dear child, Daddy's here to see you!
As the 21 offspring created by the Emperor's ruthless craftsmanship, each of the Primarchs possesses a powerful and robust physique, and their fighting spirit and endurance are astonishing.
For example, Mordred possesses a physical strength that can be described as mystical, and a terrifying vitality like a bio-monster. As long as there is an energy supply, he can regenerate rapidly even if half of his body is smashed. He can even survive by eating dirt, which highlights his unreasonable nature.
However, this is only the physical panel; each Primarch has their own unique skills, and Mordred is no exception.
Through various self-tests, Mordred discovered that she possessed an alluring ability beyond the normal range, just like a humanoid succubus, capable of randomly generating brainwashed fans around her.
The mechanism of this ability is rather mysterious. Even after more than a decade, Mordred still couldn't figure it out. He believed that his ability seemed to be related to the brain, and that simpler beings were less affected, such as the mentally challenged Eugrim and the dog-man who was good at slacking off.
This is why, after gaining self-control over her abilities, Mordred only enjoys hanging out with Oglin and the dog-men. As for her other abilities, Mordred has yet to discover them.
But what good are special abilities? At this point in time, 30K, Imperial Truth reigns supreme. Even if it's not the absolute cesspool it was in 40K, Mordred, as the Primarch, is still just a high-ranking pawn in a galaxy with a starry backdrop.
Unless Mordred can transform into a magnetic field god of war, crushing a piece of trash with a single punch and shattering the entire Great Dao, he should just go somewhere cool and stay put! He might as well wait for the yellow weasel's return gift package.
"So, boss, is this why you always make us do the work while you slack off?"
Rambo, having acquired its new weapon, sighed and plopped down on the sofa, thinking to itself how blind it had been to choose such an owner. This owner was always either unclogging toilets or acting as its handyman, making it seem like Rambo was the master.
"Boss, don't you want revenge?"
"Nonsense, haven't I already developed new weapons? Do you expect me to fight those monsters one-on-one? It's not that I don't want to, it's that I can't win."
Upon hearing this, even Rambo couldn't help but sigh, patted his dog ear which was now only half intact, and slumped completely into the sofa.
As two plumes of smoke rose, the master and servant remained silent, both recalling the crushing defeat they had suffered a year ago.
As a once ambitious young man who could be executed for pontificating in the dormitory after lights out and whose conversations could be leaked, Mordred did try to do great things after arriving in this world; he did, but he died prematurely.
After taking over the chieftainship, Mordred led the dogmen to conquer all sides. With the help of the dogmen and the powerful army of Oglin, he directly unified the various tribes of the grasslands and learned the location of another continent from the humans on the edge of the grasslands.
But just as he was having a guide lead him across the grasslands and through the primeval jungle to conquer the other half of the continent, an accident occurred.
In that dense primeval jungle, the Atlas Expeditionary Force encountered all sorts of bizarre creatures: swarms of bloodthirsty mosquitoes the size of roosters; toads that looked adorable but could blast half a hill apart; and even giant mushroom-men ten meters tall, their bodies crackling with golden lightning, capable of crushing a main battle tank with a single punch.
But this was only the beginning of the nightmare. After suffering heavy losses and breaking out of the jungle, the expeditionary force finally reached its goal.
As far as the eye can see, there are all kinds of abandoned steel wreckage. Half of the continental plate has been completely torn apart, as if a brutal war had taken place here before. The giant nest in the distance has been destroyed and is now covered with green plants.
Only one of the pink castles remained relatively intact, standing alone in front of the ruins, blocking the only entrance.
To find out what had happened, Mordred led a group of soldiers and guides to investigate.
But when everyone circled around the castle and approached the only entrance, Mordred saw two huge buttons, one red and one green. After a brief moment of thought, Mordred decided not to press either one and instead climbed over the wall!
But it was too late. Accompanied by a piercing red alarm, swarms of battered robots poured out of the entrance, attacking indiscriminately. After hacking down an enemy, Mordred finally understood what was happening in this cursed place: this was the ancient battlefield where the Iron Man Rebellion had once erupted.
Even so, with their heavy plate armor and over-caliber gunpowder weapons, the group was not without a chance to fight back against the dilapidated machines that were now covered in grass. They fought and retreated, managing to break through, and then the most unfortunate thing happened.
Just when the expeditionary force thought they had escaped, the castle next to them suddenly stood up, only to find that it wasn't a castle at all, but a Titan with half its body buried in the ground!
Whenever Mordred thinks back to this, he feels like he's lost his mind. Why did he have such a rash decision to go and fight a Titan that was 60 meters away?
In the very end, Mordred, with half of her body melted, was carried out by Rambo. The vanguard was wiped out, and the few remaining troops were chased like dogs under artillery fire, forced to slink away and escort their leader to retreat.
"So it's not that I'm giving up, it's just that I can't beat them! I'd be happy with any other knight, but you're asking me to take on a Titan one-on-one right off the bat? Are you kidding me?"
Hearing his boss admit that he couldn't beat him, Rambo felt discouraged, and his tail drooped.
"Is there really no other way? Use your amazing wisdom! Boss, you promised old Thomas that you would make the dogmen great again."
Mordred flicked away his cigarette butt and waved his hand, signaling his trusted lieutenant to come over and show him something good.
Following Mordred into the workshop, what comes into view is a huge ship cabin assembled from scrap materials. On top of the cabin is a cigar-shaped airbag covered in patches, with a crooked smiley face painted on top, giving it an indescribable comical appearance.
"what is this?"
“Good question. I love your naive and innocent look. This thing is our secret weapon that can help us redeem ourselves. I call it the Kirov Airship.”
Don't ask what an airship is; just know that we can use this thing to airdrop into that Titan.
Through the previous failure, I realized that something was very wrong with those robots. They had no independent consciousness whatsoever; perhaps those Iron Men were on the verge of collapse, mechanically executing past commands.
"Boss, what do you mean?" Mordred nodded and continued to explain:
"While you were cleaning toilets for others for the past six months, I already sent people to scout with a small airship. As long as no attack is made, the alarm will not be triggered. We can carry out a boarding operation and solve this problem from the inside."
As for the others, with my newly developed knock-off explosive weapons, we can slowly wipe out those Abomination Intelligences. The advantage is on my side!
So, do you know what you're supposed to do now? Hurry up and call all the dog-people over to work. Do you expect me to make weapons for the entire tribe all by myself?
"Should we summon Eugrim?"
As soon as he said it, Rambo shut his mouth. Before Mordred could start ranting, he quickly ran out. After all, it was better to pray that Oglin would fix the toilet himself than to let him operate the machine tool.
Meanwhile, at the edge of the star sector where the Tranquil World is located, a human fleet is leaping out of Mandeville Point. In the lead golden behemoth, a large golden man is frowning as he looks at the holographic image in front of him. He hates making choices the most.
Two planets were highlighted, one of which would have its own offspring. After a brief moment of thought, the golden giant decided not to choose either one and to start searching the jungle world next door.
"Katachan, what a great name!"
