Chapter 421, page 419: Preparations

After their Transfiguration class, Hermione and Justin headed to the school hospital.

For more than a week, the lawn outside the school hospital window became their base.

From that spot, Sheen could hear their discussion downstairs.

And today, their plan is about to officially begin.

As the two discussed the details, they lowered their heads and waited for Mrs. Pomfrey to open the door for them. The moment the door opened, they quickly noticed two red-haired figures.

Water, or pumpkin juice?

Fred was carrying a tray of water glasses.

"Water is fine... or pumpkin juice, please."

Sheen rubbed his temples, looking somewhat helpless.

"Watch out, Fred, the great Green is injured!"

George, holding onto the divider on the hospital bed, made a strange noise.

"Of course, George! Just between you and me, have you ever seen the great Green injured?"

Fred put down the plate, seemingly asking George a question, but his gaze never left Sheehan.

"Of course—no, strange things, the strangest things that have happened at Hogwarts in recent years."

George blinked and looked at Sheehan.

"But he wouldn't say it no matter what."

Fred used a quirky, sarcastic tone.

"His loyal followers don't even know who to hold accountable."

George immediately chimed in.

"I swear, if I ever see that cursed villain..."

Fred picked up a telescope, his large eyeballs filling the lens.

"I'm going to stuff constipation pills into his whole mouth and nose!"

George said loudly.

"Aha!"

The two put their palms together.

"what do you think?"

Two heads sandwiched Sheen between them, one on the left and one on the right.

"I need to think about it..."

Sheen said slowly.

Stuff Voldemort's nose with a constipated man's saliva.

That's difficult.

After all, Voldemort was the only wizard who could never be led by the nose.

"Disappointing!"

Fred slipped away before Mrs. Pomfrey could chase them away.

"tedious!"

George bowed and ran off in a flash.

Mrs. Pomfrey chased after them in a fit of rage:
"You two little brats! If you make a scene in the school clinic again, you're never coming in again!"

From afar, the echoes of two people could be heard:
"I'm sorry, Mrs. Pomfrey! Oh, please don't be angry, we'll be back!"

"Two little rascals."

Mrs. Pomfrey spat out another remark.

Then, she looked down and saw two second-year wizards staring blankly at her.

"Oh, darling, I wasn't talking about the two of you."

Hurry up and go inside. The Weasley brothers always manage to cause a big commotion, especially…”

Mrs. Pomfrey glanced at the young wizard looking in their direction and shook her head, somewhat puzzled.

Little Green doesn't look like the mischievous Weasley brothers at all, so how did he become their... leader?

Justin and Hermione then cautiously peeked inside.

They looked ahead, and Sheen was only a few meters away from them.

He lay on a hospital bed covered with clean white linen sheets, with a mountain of candy piled up on the table next to him, as if half a candy store had been moved there.

"Justin, Hermione."

He said with a smile.

“Sheen, are you... okay? You know our plan can be postponed…”

Hermione scrutinized him closely.

“I hope you know that, more importantly, we need you.” Justin looked at Sheehan, wanting to know if he was really alright.

"Mrs. Pomfrey has allowed me to be discharged, but I need to be observed for a few days as a precaution."

Sheen said.

As Mrs. Pomfrey, who was cleaning the school hospital, looked up, she saw the two little wizards looking at her with pitiful, questioning eyes.

"Go ahead, take the patients out for a walk, children."

Mrs. Pomfrey, having tempered her fiery temper, said...

……

As we moved from February to March, the weather remained largely unchanged, except for increased humidity and wind.

The three young wizards walked side by side down the corridor, their lips moving, yet no sound could be heard.

Only by getting close can you hear their astonishing plot.

"Okay, let's go over the whole plan again to make sure there's nothing wrong."

Hermione said seriously,

"First, I went to Professor Lockhart for his autograph, told him we were setting up a support group for him, and then led him to that storage room you mentioned, Sheen."

Then, Justin, you lie in ambush inside, use your newly learned spells to disarm him, and then use the Dancing Charm to render him incapable of resistance.

Finally, Justin, are you sure you can disarm the moment the door opens?

Justin nodded calmly and sincerely.

"If he realizes what's happening, I'll immediately join forces with you."

Hermione nodded.

"So, the most important thing is, Sheen, you'll always be here, right?"

she asked.

Sheen nodded.

“Excellent! I believe every step I arranged is correct, but the key point is still that we need to be able to adapt to unexpected situations…”

Now, I'm checking the effectiveness of the truth serum one last time..."

Hermione said, taking out a crystal bottle, and nervously went to read the stained page in "Powerful Potions."
“It looks just like the book says… After Lockhart drinks it, we have a whole hour to ask him questions.”

"Hermione, listen to me, this is the sixteenth time you've confirmed it."

There might be unexpected events, but if they do, we'll solve them together.

"Relax, okay?"

Justin reassured her.

Hermione glared at him, then looked at Sheehan seriously.

"The plan is perfect, there won't be any problems."

Hermione relaxed a little when Sheehan's voice came through.

"Okay, let's split up. See you tonight."

Hermione picked up the crystal bottle and strode away; she was looking for something to test the effects of the Truth Potion.

See you tonight, Sheen.

Justin is going to find Neville to train him in spells.

And so, Sheen found peace.

He sat in the central courtyard of the Hogwarts Castle tower, directing a vine to serve as his chair.

Then, he quietly began to read.

He has many books, including the Book of Ghosts, Dumbledore's Transfiguration Notebook, and recently, he's also acquired some old books from Ravenclaw's workshop.

He should have had plenty of time at the hospital, since the school hospital should be quiet.

However, Fred and George spent the whole day running inside, and occasionally some little wizards would bring them candy.

Hannah cautiously asked him a few specific questions.

“Mr. Green, oh, I heard you’ve been having dreams. You dreamt of a lucky black cat, didn’t you?”

Hannah asked sincerely.

Sheen held the book, unsure how to respond.

"I think I understand. Congratulations on having your lucky dream come true!"
