Chapter 225 Cambrian soldiers are truly not human!

Chapter 225 Cambrian soldiers are truly not human!
"Brothers, charge with me! Don't be afraid, we've cornered that wizard!"

"Quickly, everyone attack together and capture that wizard alive!"

When they saw the opposing wizard trapped in the alley, seemingly injured and leaning against the wall in a dejected state, the Altera soldiers were all excited.

They didn't understand how important capturing a wizard was to the country, but they knew that every wizard was a very valuable and important person.

If they catch this guy, everyone in their squad will probably get promoted!
But just then, they suddenly noticed a burst of pale blue electricity erupting from the wizard's body, and faintly, blue-purple flames suddenly ignited on his body.

"Sir, what's going on?"

Seeing the wizard suddenly burst into flames, an Alteranian soldier frowned and asked in bewilderment.

"I don't understand magic either. This thing is too mysterious. I suspect he might be giving himself some kind of blessing!"

The officer frowned slightly, then lightly kicked the soldier in front of him and said:
"You, go up and see what's going on, and bring this guy here!"

"When we get back to you, I'll apply for a Warrior's Medal for you!"

Damn it! He shouldn't have asked!
The soldier who had been kicked looked miserable, wishing he could go back ten seconds and slap himself twice.

If he hadn't asked so many questions, he wouldn't have attracted the attention of his superiors and been used as cannon fodder to scout ahead.

But there's nothing he can do; lower-ranking soldiers have no human rights. What else can he do but scout ahead?

He cautiously approached, holding his rifle with the bayonet already inserted, ready to launch an attack at any moment.

If he senses anything is amiss, he'll risk punishment to stab the guy to death with his bayonet!

What if this guy suddenly throws a huge ball of fire at me and burns me alive?
Compared to the reward, he felt that his life was more important.

But just as he approached, the crackling lightning and flames on the wizard seemed to be drawn by something and instantly rushed to the soldier.

"Ah! Help! Help me!"

The intense pain and burning sensation made the soldier cry out in surprise, especially the excruciating pain that went straight to his soul, which gave him a feeling of having a splitting headache but not knowing what to do.

But no one paid attention to the soldier being burned by psionic flames; all attention was focused on the wizard.

Before everyone's eyes, the wizard's head exploded with a bang, and a huge vortex of psionic flames and lightning instantly converged, opening a portal.

"where is this place?"

Looking at the magnificent blue landscape on the other side of the portal, one soldier's eyes lit up with a sense of fascination, and he instinctively wanted to walk in.

This was the first time he had ever seen such a beautiful and magnificent landscape. Faced with such a sight, he was at a loss for words. He felt as if he were seeing dreamlike colors, and there was a special attraction that wanted him to go inside.

But just as he stepped one foot into the portal, misfortune struck.

Chaotic energy, which seemed to have invaded from an unknown source, caused an astonishing mutation in his flesh and blood, causing him to expand at an alarming rate.

Tear!

His military uniform was torn apart on the spot by the excessively swollen flesh and blood. The body, which could barely be identified as a human, was now unrecognizable.

The enormous tumor that had grown out covered every inch of his skin, making him look like a walking meatball. At the same time, his body seemed to grow randomly, with countless extra limbs that did not belong to him.

Finally, the terrible mutation that had occurred to the soldier came to an end.

When this mutation ended, his body had transformed into a terrifying monster that was 3 meters tall, with a width and height that were almost the same, and had a gaping maw on its chest, abdomen, and head, as well as nine different arms.

Without a doubt, this unfortunate soldier has completely mutated into a Chaos Egg!

In the Warhammer universe, not all mortals are able to receive the blessings of the Chaos Gods.

Some mortals lack sufficient talent to control the excess chaotic energy within their bodies. This chaotic energy causes severe mutations in their flesh and blood, eventually transforming them into an indescribable monster.

In a sense, a chaotic egg is like a mutated cancer cell, only a chaotic version of a mutated cancer cell.

"Help! Don't come any closer, Mom!"

"Damn it, what kind of monster is this?"

"Shoot! Shoot him now! Take him down!"

The surrounding Altera soldiers watched as their comrades inexplicably mutated into this indescribable, hellish creature, and instantly suffered mental breakdowns.

A burst of gunfire rang out, and bullet after bullet pierced his body, but these bullets were not enough to inflict a fatal wound on the Chaos Egg.

The Chaos Egg has extremely strong vitality. Even if it is cut into pieces, it may not necessarily die, let alone be killed by just a few bullets.

The wounds on the Chaos Egg were healing rapidly, almost at a speed visible to the naked eye, as the attacks from the surrounding soldiers caused its mind to unconsciously descend into a frenzy.

The Chaos Egg has little independent consciousness and acts almost entirely on instinct.

Therefore, from the perspective of this chaotic egg, the souls of the surrounding soldiers are all highly nourishing, and since they have attacked it on their own initiative, how could it possibly let these guys go?
puff!

With a sharp crack, a soldier looked down in disbelief at his pierced chest.

From the gaping maw that split open in the abdomen of the chaotic egg, a tongue five meters long was unleashed, piercing through the soldier's body like a sharp sword.

At the same time, the two thickest arms of the Chaos Egg suddenly extended several tentacles, grabbed two soldiers next to it, pulled them over roughly, and then stuffed them whole into the two mouths in front of and behind it.

Gaba Gaba!

Hearing the horrifying chewing sounds, the Altrianian soldiers completely broke down.

God, is this terrible witchcraft?
They didn't know where this Chaos Egg came from. They thought that the wizard, knowing he had no hope of escape, used some forbidden method to sacrifice himself and create this demon.

Without any hesitation, the soldiers fled in all directions, momentarily forgetting that they were on the battlefield.

Meanwhile, in the Chaos Demon Realm, the labyrinth guardian, Ejik, stared speechlessly at the Chaos Gate that had suddenly opened before him.

"What the hell? Why are there so many subspace portals opening lately? What is the Lord of Changes up to?"

Aijik strongly suspected that the subspace portals that appeared intermittently before him were some of the work of the Lord of Change.

Unfortunately, after trying it, he discovered that the subspace passage's carrying capacity was not very strong, and he, the ever-changing Demon Lord, definitely could not walk out of the subspace passage in front of him.

Since that's the case, and we've got nothing better to do, let's throw out a few cannon fodder to scout ahead!
As Ejik thought this, he rang a bell beside him. A pink fright monster that had just been spawned was grabbed by one of its hind legs and thrown out with a whoosh.

Pink Fear Demon: Damn it!
In this dog-eat-dog world of the subspace, these little devils truly have no one... Demonic power!

I'm shivering with cold. When will the demons at the bottom of society have a chance to stand up?

Before the Pink Fear Demon, which had just arrived in the real universe, could even figure out what was going on, the subspace gate behind it had already been closed.

After glancing at the surroundings, He roughly judged that it must have been a psychic with faith in Tzeentch who had lost control, which caused a small warp portal to suddenly appear. This was not an organized sacrifice.

But is there a war going on here right now?
He could already hear the sounds of gunfire in the distance!

The sudden appearance of the Chaos Egg in the distance startled the Alteran army that was rushing over.

This was the first time they had ever seen such a hideous and twisted monster, and they were deeply shocked.

"Major Linde, what is that? Is it some kind of specially modified monster developed by the Cambrian Empire?"

He stood in a clock tower with several of his men, observing the battlefield before him.

One of the captains, upon seeing the Chaos Egg wreaking havoc in the distance, wore an expression of extreme horror.

Following the direction his subordinate pointed, Major Linde adjusted his binoculars, only to be startled by their menacing appearance.

Damn it! In all his life, he had never seen anything so uniquely ugly!

All he could say was that this thing was somewhat beyond his imagination.

"I'm not entirely sure, but this thing is definitely not good. Get the snipers ready and see if they can take it out!"

As soon as he finished speaking, a large owl took flight from below the clock tower, instantly soaring to the top and transforming into a sniper dressed in a ghillie suit.

A bullet was fired with a bang, hitting the Chaos Egg in the distance, but the bullet seemed to have no effect.

Not to mention this bullet, the Altranians who were besieging Chaos had already poured countless bullets into this monster. There was even a heavy machine gun squad that was brought over and was firing at it relentlessly with their heavy machine guns.

Even so, despite firing so many rounds, they still couldn't inflict any effective damage on the thing.

"Quick! Molotov cocktails!"

No sooner had he finished speaking than several Molotov cocktails struck the Chaos Egg simultaneously, instantly igniting the monster in a raging inferno.

The sudden fire attack caused the Chaos Egg to let out a painful roar; it seemed that this monster was particularly vulnerable to fire damage.

"Good job, buddy! Bring a few more Molotov cocktails, these things are afraid of fire!"

A soldier shouted excitedly, but just then, a dark shadow suddenly flew over from a distance and knocked him down.

After rampaging for so long, the Chaos Egg had already destroyed countless houses and torn several soldiers to pieces in the process.

Hearing the commotion in the distance, the monster, in pain, picked up a piece of broken wall weighing several dozen kilograms without thinking and slammed it hard into the distance.

With a loud bang, the soldier who had stood up was instantly smashed, his brains splattered, and he was dead beyond any doubt.

Several soldiers approached again with Molotov cocktails, but the monster seemed to know the power of the Molotov cocktails and went berserk upon seeing the small bottles!
I don't know the principle, but even though the Chaos Egg has no rationality, it seems to be able to sense the danger of this thing. Perhaps it is some kind of special danger premonition.
Such an ability is indeed quite in line with the characteristics of the Tzeentch faction, as many Tzeentch demons possess the ability to foresee danger.

The raging Chaos Egg charged forward like a tank.

The two soldiers blocking the way plunged their bayonets into the Chaos Egg's belly, but were instantly crushed by the monster.

Even with two bayonets stuck in its stomach, the monster's momentum did not diminish, and it charged straight toward the heavy machine gun that was pouring fire toward them from a distance.

The soldiers at the machine gun position panicked and fled in all directions.

The next moment, the monster stomped on and crushed the heavy machine gun on the position, but even so, the monster was still not satisfied.

This monster is left with only the most basic instinctual desire, that is, the desire for a soul, so now it only has the most basic bloodlust.

These Altrian soldiers running around everywhere are all excellent targets for hunting, and He will never let these guys go.

"Aaaaah! Die, you monster!"

A cavalry mech suddenly appeared out of nowhere and stood at the street corner, firing a 37mm shell at the monster.

Compared to the previous firepower, the 37mm shells clearly damaged this thing, leaving a huge hole that pierced through the monster's front and back.

However, the Chaos Egg's astonishing vitality allowed the monster to almost ignore such a large penetrating wound.

Facing the mech in the distance, the Chaos Egg seemed to be stimulated by something and suddenly charged towards the metal lump.

"Come on! You've come at the perfect time!"

The Altrian armored soldier inside the mech grinned maliciously and steered his mech straight toward the thing.

Meanwhile, the 37mm cannons and machine guns located below the mech continued to fire, riddling the monster's chest with holes.

boom!
A loud crash was heard as the flesh-and-blood monster collided with the steel behemoth. Surprisingly, it was the seemingly sturdy steel behemoth that fell in the end.

Although the Hunter Knight mech is not a heavy mech, with an overall weight of only about four tons, most soldiers thought that this thing should be able to easily crush flesh and blood monsters!

After being hit by the Hunter Mech, the Chaos Egg only swayed slightly before returning to normal.

Faced with the strange mecha, the monster actually shook its fat rear end and then sat down abruptly.

Seeing the straight 37mm cannon barrel inserted into the monster's rear end, many Altera soldiers showed extremely horrified expressions.

"What the heck is this? Is this something I can even look at?"

Players who were hiding in the shadows and watching the spectacle witnessed this scene and couldn't help but exclaim in surprise.

No, he needs to slow down!
The scene before me was truly bizarre!
He felt that if this scene were posted on the dark web, it might not even pass censorship, and if it were posted on Sun Xiaochuan's forum, it would surely incur public outrage!
"I say, does anyone know what the pattern is behind the psychic's loss of control over their psychic powers?"

"Last time, the psionicists created only a Blue Fear Demon, how come this time it turned into a Chaos Egg?"

Even now, players don't know that this Chaos Egg is a mutated enemy soldier; they still think it crawled out of the warp.

"I don't quite understand. Maybe it's some kind of random lottery?"

Another player guessed, and then showed a longing expression.

"If that's the case, that would be really fun. I wonder when we'll get to witness the Myriad Transformations Demon Lord descending into the real universe!"

"Alright, alright, then we'll summon Magnus again and let the one-eyed pony show off his amazing wisdom!"

Hearing this, the players next to him laughed.

"Whether the scene will be intelligent or not is unknown, but I believe it will definitely be earth-shattering!"

After exchanging a few words, the players focused their attention on the Chaos Egg—they really wanted to kill it!
While it was certainly entertaining to watch this thing wreak havoc among the enemy ranks, they discovered a troublesome problem: the enemy NPCs killed by this thing didn't grant them any merit points!
That's not good. They've been working so hard, but they haven't made any money at all. That won't do.
Moreover, from the players' perspective, this Chaos Egg is somewhat of a mini-boss, and defeating it should yield a lot of merit points, right?
Colonel Yurten studied the matter for a moment, gritted his teeth, and said:

"Two assault soldiers and one flamethrower soldier, come with me, let's see if we can take this thing down!"

"Oh, and also, have the tank hunters ready in the shadows. Let's see if we can snipe this thing directly with the tank hunters."

Upon hearing this, one player immediately redeemed a Tank Hunter and climbed to a high place to snipe at the enemy.

To be honest, not many players are willing to choose the Tank Hunter role in the current version of the game, mainly because the Tank Hunter isn't as powerful here.

The main advantages of the Tank Hunter are its high accuracy, long range, and good damage to tanks.

However, in many situations, players only need to use the AT rifle for anti-tank warfare. The Tank Hunter is not that important because the anti-tank rifle used by the Tank Hunter does not have a particularly significant armor-piercing bonus compared to the AT rifle.

Furthermore, the emergence of a new psionicist on Andrei's side provides a better alternative for close-range anti-armor operations, making the Tank Hunter's advantages increasingly less pronounced. Of course, if viewed as a sniper, the Tank Hunter is still a very strong unit.

And it's not just powerful; the feel of using an anti-tank rifle with the bolt is also excellent, very high-quality!

After roughly aiming at the location of the Chaos Egg in the distance, the Tank Hunter, hiding on high ground, fired a shot.

A large-caliber armor-piercing projectile struck the area around the head of the Chaos Egg, almost piercing through the entire massive monster.

But it was no use; the armor-piercing rounds fired by the tank hunter didn't explode and couldn't cause any further damage to the thing.

This means that even after being hit by an armor-piercing shell, this thing is still incredibly lively and resilient.

Since tank hunters are not suitable for dealing with this tough monster, let the assault soldiers handle it themselves!
With this in mind, Colonel Yurten immediately got himself a set of submachine gun sentries, and led a flamethrower soldier and two assault soldiers, and the four of them charged forward.

But halfway through the charge, Colonel Yurten suddenly signaled several players to stop and turn around to surround a hidden alley.

Through the wall, he made a gesture, indicating to the players to attack from both sides.

According to the minimap, a strange enemy is sneaking towards us from behind this wall.

Although the minimap didn't reveal exactly what the enemy was, he had a feeling it wasn't enemy infantry; the enemy wouldn't have a lone infantryman willingly approaching this direction.

Meanwhile, the Tzeentch Fear Demon next door also noticed the movements of the other players.

"This doesn't make sense. How did these humans see me?"

The pink-clad demon hiding next door sensed the players' movements and immediately realized that it was about to be surrounded by them!

He couldn't understand how he could have been exposed when there was a wall between them and he hadn't made any noise.

He was able to detect the human soldiers on the other side in advance because, being the most cunning demon, He could sense the flesh and soul of humans in the real universe.

But how could these human soldiers have discovered Him in advance? Surely these humans aren't followers of the state religion?
There's no time to think too much, strike first and you'll be in the best position!

Two assault players, who were preparing to flank from the other end, hadn't even had time to rush out of the intersection when the Tzeentch Pink Fear Demon suddenly appeared at the intersection and unleashed a burst of flames.

The blazing psionic flames instantly killed the two players, leaving them completely bewildered and utterly confused about what had just happened.

"Holy crap, is this Tzeentch really that intelligent? Or did he use some kind of divination ability to foresee it in advance?"

"This is unscientific! This guy must be using X-ray vision! I had just walked over and hadn't even had time to raise my gun when I was hit in the face with a burst of flame!"

The players were amazed by the demon's abilities, while the unfortunate Tzeentch Fearful Demon had no idea that after killing two players, he had become infamous among the player community.

He thought that after killing the two soldiers, he could quickly escape and leave the battlefield.

But what He didn't know was that the other players, as if they had discovered some rare Easter egg, had all gathered around after finding out that there was a brand new Tzeentch Demon here.

Players who had never played Warhammer before asked their companions, while the majority of Warhammer veterans in the group excitedly explained the identity of this demon.

In general, this demon is nothing special; he's just one of Tzeentch's most insignificant cannon fodder, and he even has some strange variants.

But that's not important. What's important is that this demon actually spawns in this game! That's what makes it interesting for players!

They used to fight Chaos creatures as Space Marines or as the first four Dark Tide Lords, but this was the first time they had faced Chaos Demons as veterans of the battlefield!
And so the unlucky Tzeentch fan, fearing demons, suddenly found himself surrounded by players!
A psionicist used the Blood Boiling spell on the Pink Fear Demon from across the street, only to be killed by the demon's own spell when he turned around.

Unfortunately, while the Blood Boiling spell is very effective against humans, demons don't respond to it.

The Pink Giant Monster does not have blood in the traditional sense, nor does it rely on blood to survive, so such magic cannot bring any killing effect to this demon.

On the contrary, the Fearful Demon beckoned with his finger and caused the player's crisis value to drop drastically, falling to -100% in just a few seconds!

Before the player could figure out what was happening, everything went black and they died.

"Holy crap, the system's bugged! How did my crisis level turn negative?"

"I'm not sure. Is it possible that some kind of demon drained your psionic energy?"

"Wow! This little devil is so good at extracting magic power, I love it! Tonight's side dishes are decided!"

Despite their driving skills, the players quickly cornered the demon thanks to their superior numbers.

Without any hesitation, the player launched a ferocious bayonet charge at the demon before him!

The Fearful Demon was utterly shocked and completely baffled as to what had happened to these human soldiers, as if it had dug up their ancestral graves!
He unleashed a series of fire spells, burning two players who charged at him to death, but a bayonet stab from behind took his life.

"Damn it, just you wait, I'll be back!"

Before dissipating as a psionic flame, the Tzeentch Fearful Demon shouted menacingly at the player, but the player didn't care at all.

Good thing they're back! They're back just in time to spawn as monsters, so let them kill them again!
Surprisingly, killing a demon is quite valuable; this one demon is worth as much as destroying an enemy armored vehicle.

Located on the other side of the Chaos Egg, this terrifying monster has been chasing the Alteran soldiers all the way to the bridge.

The Altrians had set up machine guns on the bridge beforehand, and even laid an anti-aircraft gun flat, in an attempt to stop the Chaos Egg from rushing over.

The problem is that many soldiers being chased are blocking the Chaos Egg, making it difficult for them to unleash their firepower for the time being!

In such a situation, although reason told them they should open fire immediately, no one dared to fire indiscriminately.

If they were to kill their comrades along with this demon in one fell swoop, who knows if they would be rewarded or court-martialed?

Just then, they suddenly saw Cambrian soldiers running towards the bridge in the distance, their aura extremely ferocious.

"Damn it! Those despicable bastards, they actually released this kind of modified monster!"

"Stop them! Don't let those despicable Cambrian people get near the bridge!"

The Altera soldiers on the bridge screamed and pointed their machine guns at the players in the distance.

They didn't know what these Cambrian soldiers were doing rushing out for, and they strongly suspected that these guys might be working with the monster to take over their bridge!

A sudden burst of machine gun fire killed one player instantly, but the player was not to be trifled with.

Immediately, players found the large potted plants by the bridge, hid behind them, and set up guns to exchange fire. A machine gun sentry strode over, set up a water-cooled machine gun, and began firing at the opposite bank.

The sudden burst of firepower from the players was somewhat unexpected by the Altrians.

In an instant, the two machine gun positions on the bridge were suppressed, and only the anti-aircraft gun, relying on its gun shield, continued to bombard this area indiscriminately.

The next moment, the player fired a mortar shell that destroyed the anti-aircraft gun, fully demonstrating the advantage of indirect fire.

"No, they're charging too fast, our bridge is about to fall!"

"We need armored support. Please send more armored vehicles here... Wait, what are they doing?"

The Altera defenders on the bridge looked utterly hopeless; they thought their bridge was about to fall.

But then they suddenly noticed that infighting seemed to have broken out within the Cambrian army!

No, to be precise, this shouldn't be called infighting.

They initially thought the Chaos Egg was a biological weapon developed by the Cambrian Empire, but when they saw Cambrian soldiers also concentrating their firepower on the monster, they overturned their previous assumptions.

They didn't think the Cambrian people would kill this thing just because it was ugly, especially since they were dealing with the monster right in front of them.

After much thought, it's possible that this monster wasn't released by the Cambrian people. To the Cambrian soldiers, this monster is also their enemy!
Immediately afterward, before the Altrian soldiers could even recover from the previous scene, they were shocked by the Cambrian soldiers' reckless fighting style.

One of the assault soldiers rushed forward and fired a burst of bullets at the Chaos Egg.

As the tentacles of Chaos swept across, he rolled on the ground and successfully rolled under the Chaos Egg, then rammed his submachine gun into it, firing a burst of bullets!

All the Altrian soldiers who witnessed this scene couldn't help but cover their backs, feeling a chill run down their spines.

The thought of these Cambrian people shoving their red-hot gun barrels into them and then firing a burst of bullets into them made them feel utterly hopeless.

The Chaos Egg went berserk, constantly attacking or attempting to trample the players with its tentacles.

However, this assault soldier player's movements were extremely skillful, rolling one after another, easily dodging the enemy's attacks.

Even after rolling to a considerable distance, the player threw a cluster grenade, which exploded right at the monster's feet.

"Wow, the Dark Souls players really live up to their reputation!"

Seeing this familiar fighting style, some players immediately recognized the composition of their teammates. The more they watched, the more familiar they became with this kind of rolling back and forth and the groin-targeting attack!

But the Altrians on the other side were amazed by this flexible tactic.

They found it hard to believe that these guys were really Cambrian soldiers.
In their minds, Cambrian soldiers should be a bunch of numb, gray animals who have not received any proper military training and will only rush forward blindly when their superior blows a whistle.

But what they were seeing shattered their preconceived notions about Cambrian soldiers, and at the same time, left them bewildered:

The Cambrian soldiers were so highly skilled, yet they were still beaten so badly by the Black Hawk Empire. Just how abnormal must the Black Hawk Empire's military strength be?
Having taken a cluster grenade and so many bullets in succession, the Chaos Egg seemed to have suffered some damage, and its movements became sluggish.

Immediately afterwards, flamethrowers rushed in from the side and sprayed a large amount of flames onto the monster, plunging it into a raging inferno.

But after unleashing a burst of fire, the flamethrower player didn't immediately retreat; instead, he suddenly switched weapons.

After switching to the shotgun, he fired two shots at the monster's mouth from behind with the double-barreled shotgun, but then he switched back to the stick.

"What the hell? What would a flamethrower soldier need a stick for? What are you going to do?"

Seeing this, his companions felt that this guy seemed to be up to some dirty tricks!

Theoretically speaking, the flamethrower soldier's melee stick is really not very useful. Instead of slowly hitting people with that stick, he might as well just stick it on his face and spray the enemy with fire!
"Hehehe, don't call it a stick. This thing should have a more elegant and meaningful name—the Spirit Injection Stick!"

Taking advantage of the Chaos Egg's distraction, the flamethrower rushed forward with a stick, explaining as he lashed out at the Chaos Egg's rear end.

"Stand still!"

"If you can't even stand properly, how are you going to become a demon in the warp?"

With a crisp snap, the Chaos Egg seemed to produce some strange reaction after the stick struck it.

At the very least, the Chaos Egg suddenly focused its attention back on the flamethrower, and its large tentacles reached out once more.

But just then, a Krieg cavalryman suddenly charged over!

He gripped the lightning bolt tightly and galloped forward at top speed. Before the Chaos Egg could react, the lightning bolt was slammed into the gaping maw behind it.

With a loud bang, a large hole was blasted open behind the Chaos Egg. Before it could turn around and retaliate, the cavalryman had already ridden away, replaced by a spear, and then fiercely thrust it forward again.

At the same time, several other players also launched a fearless charge, wielding spiked grenades!
Amidst a frenzied shout of "Q Barbie cow!", the Chaos Egg was ultimately blasted into a mangled mess by the player, utterly unable to rise again.

"Wow, is this thing really that valuable? One Chaos Egg is worth the price of ten enemy armored vehicles!"

After the players who participated in this hunt roughly tallied up their total merits in the chat area, they were shocked by the price of the Chaos Egg.

Well, they have to admit that this thing is indeed very difficult to deal with, and its vitality is incredibly strong.

However, with good teamwork, it doesn't seem like it's that difficult to wear this thing down.

Suddenly, a player came up with a brilliant idea and started recruiting psionic players from among the others.

"Fellow psykers, it is time to offer your hearts! Open a warp portal for the Lord of Change!"

"By sacrificing just one of you, we can gain all sorts of demon and chaos egg resources. This will not only further enrich the variety of enemies, but also allow us to earn a lot of extra merit points. It's practically a score-farming artifact!"

"We only need to sacrifice one psyker to reap unimaginable resources. If we sacrifice a batch of more psykers, in no more than three hours, everyone of us will be able to drive a T34!"

Although these words may sound a bit rough, the truth is very real.

The psionicists in the group were instantly targeted by the players. Many players looked at them with the eyes of hungry wolves, as if they were ready to tie them up and burn them at the slightest provocation, to be sacrificed to the Chaos Gods, and then go farm demons!

Faced with such undisguised malevolence, the psionicist trembled.

Damn it, psionicists have human rights too! Even the psionicists in the 40k Imperial Guard don't suffer this much!

Just then, a player suddenly searched around for a while and actually found a hidden catapult!
"Gentlemen, I've got a brilliant new idea! Let's find a psionicist, tie him to a throwing machine, and throw him to the other side!"

"When the time comes, we'll unleash a wave of psionic overload, creating demons and chaos eggs in the enemy ranks. Then we can take advantage of the chaos to rush in and wipe them all out. Wouldn't that be a huge profit?"

Psionic player: Holy crap! Poet Mei Yige!

Surprisingly, some psychics actually volunteered to step onto the catapult. After standing on it, they addressed their companions:

"Quick, throw me out! Let me stand shoulder to shoulder with the sun!"

"From now on, I am the Angry Bird!"

The Altrians also noticed the Cambrian soldiers' actions.

"I said, what are they doing? Where did that catapult come from?"

An Altera soldier asked curiously.

"I don't know, maybe it's some old relic from a war memorial? Are they going to dump people here?"

"It seems so. I've heard that Cambrian soldiers execute traitors in extremely barbaric ways. Could it be that they're going to tie up traitors and deserters and use them as ammunition to bombard our positions?"

The thought of this possibility sent chills down the spines of many Altera soldiers, who then began to complain about the Cambrian Empire's barbarity and brutality.

In the Altranian army, no matter where you come from, as long as you are willing to smear the Cambrian Empire, you can immediately gain a large following.

Just as these Altrianian soldiers were still accusing the Cambrian Empire of barbarity and brutality, they suddenly saw that the Cambrian soldier standing on the catapult was actually being thrown over!
The soldiers were dumbfounded as they watched helplessly as the man was hung on a catapult and then tossed over like a swing.

No, buddy?
Are you guys serious?!
They were just joking when they said the Cambrian people were extremely cruel in executing traitors and deserters!
Could it be that the Cambrian Empire really had such a tradition?
What kind of bizarre operation is it to capture soldiers who are not performing well on the battlefield, tie them all to catapults, and throw them onto the opposite position like cannonballs?
