Chapter 110 I will never sell weapons to America
The daytime awards ceremony led many to believe that America had risen from the ashes of that terrible "divine fire"!
That evening, Logan, the first recipient of the Presidential Citizen Medal and a man with the lofty belief of making greater contributions to America, donned the disguise of "Jason Statham" and secretly met with an "old friend"—arms dealer Walter McKenna—who was supposedly in Washington for the ceremony.

This meeting stemmed from the growing anxiety of Black leader Hughes.

The fires caused by the fire tornadoes gradually died down, but the flames of hatred in the American South were far from extinguished.

On the one hand, Hughie benefited greatly from the fire tornado that spanned four states.

The panic caused by the fire led to a surge in demand for alcohol in nearby states, turning his bootlegging business into a money-printing machine.

More importantly, many Black people believed that the "fire of divine retribution" was summoned by Hughes to punish the white people, and his "myth of Wakanda, the holy city of the Blacks" began to circulate among the Black community, expanding the scale of the Black awakening movement to an unprecedented level.

On the other hand, Hughie was keenly aware of the turbulent undercurrents beneath the surface.

Ku Klux Klan membership surged in the South; even amidst the "save the cat, save the country" atmosphere of "unity," the Oklahoma official who falsely accused a Black man of summoning a fire tornado not only escaped punishment but was promoted.

Even more disturbing is the emergence of “self-defense forces” in some southern towns, these white-led “self-defense forces” are buying more weapons.

The object of their "self-defense" is self-evident.

Although the armed forces of Black people were also expanding, the white population was larger, more financially well-off, and better equipped.

So, feeling like he was sitting on pins and needles, Hughie called for help from Han Solo before the fire tornado had even dissipated.

Hearing his concerns, Han Solo's eyes became extremely deep. "Child of Darkness, your concerns are valid."

"But don't panic, have faith in Wakanda, have faith in the dark side of the Force!"

After responding to Hughie's request for help in this way, Logan turned to Walter and placed a new, large arms order.

Walter McKenna originally didn't want to talk to "Jason Statham".

That son of a bitch, the American-made weapons I sold him last time have actually ended up in the hands of Chicago gangsters and are being used against the US military!
When military intelligence traced him back to him, he felt as if he had been struck by lightning.

He was investigated for three whole months! If it weren't for the powerful family behind him, he would be locked up somewhere somewhere right now!
He's already showing professional ethics by not reporting "Guo Da Statham," so to do business with him is... well, you know.

However, it's true that the arms trade is tough these days. After the European wars, the weapons market was oversupplied, and British and French arms dealers were fiercely competing for business!

Moreover, this guy even agreed to raise the purchase price!

Let's meet then.

As soon as they met, Walter complained, "Dude, you've really put me in a lot of trouble!"

"How could you sell that batch of weapons back to the United States last time?"

"Jason Statham" remained completely unfazed, instead turning the tables and saying, "Last time I sold it to the Mexican mafia, who would have thought it would end up in your America?"

"To be honest, your domestic controls in the United States are like a sieve. You didn't even notice such a large influx of weapons. Can you blame me for that?"

Ok……

Walter tilted his head and thought for a moment, then accepted the explanation.

To be fair, the fact that Chicago gangs were able to smuggle so many weapons in without anyone noticing speaks volumes about America's domestic control!
You can't blame the seller for this!
"Let me take a look at the weapons you're planning to purchase this time!"

“……还是500支汤普森冲锋枪,然后是2000支M-1903式春田步枪、2000支M1911手枪、200挺M1918勃朗宁轻机枪、50挺M1917重机枪、500具M1型枪榴弹发射器、手雷、手榴弹,还有配套弹药……”

"Hmm, there are fewer mortars than last time, but more pistols and more grenade launchers. The quantity of ammunition is also greater, and the purchase price is $100 million!"

Walter licked his lips. This business is worth doing!

But before finalizing the deal, he said seriously, "I need a guarantee that there will be absolutely no mistakes this time, and that no weapons from inside will be allowed to enter the United States!"

"Guo Da Statham" said, "How could it possibly flow back to America? And isn't America peaceful and prosperous right now? I saw in the newspapers that you faced the fire without fear, and everyone was rushing to save small animals. I don't understand it, but I am deeply moved!"

Unexpectedly, these words seemed to open the floodgates of Walter's emotions.

He seemed to have found a kindred spirit and began to pour out his grievances: "Shit, I don't understand it either, and I'm also deeply shocked!"

"Can saving a cat save a country? Can you believe it?"

"There are too many madmen and fools in this country, and too few clear-headed people like me!"

"Look at Logan from The Sun, he's clearly an idiot, how could he be nominated as president? I think this country is doomed!"

"Guo Da Statham" twitched his lips: ...

Very well, you are truly insightful!
Walter ranted about everything from the president to the cats and dogs before finally letting out a sigh of relief. "Honestly, this country is like a giant circus right now. Everyone's watching the animal trainers and dogs jump through hoops of fire, but nobody's noticing that the tents are already on fire."

"Guo Da Statham" said expressionlessly, "Perhaps it's precisely because the tent is on fire that everyone needs to see the puppy jump through the fire hoop even more."

Walter paused for a moment, then smiled wryly. "You're right. That's why this country needs clear-headed people like me to help keep things in check."

He then reiterated, "Under no circumstances should we allow weapons to enter the United States this time. I don't want to be investigated again."

Every tone of Jason Statham's voice seemed to exude reliability: "I swear on my integrity! I will never sell weapons to America!"

Walter doubted whether an arms dealer had any integrity, but then thought that there wasn't a "war" in the United States right now that required so many weapons!

You can doubt the integrity of arms dealers, but you can't doubt that arms dealers would do business at a loss.

"OK! I trust your character! Deal. Delivery will still be made in Nassau, Bahamas, right?"

"Correct!"

Walter successfully made another big deal and was so pleased with himself that the magical realism of America no longer affected his mood.

As it turns out, you can't believe something that doesn't exist.

A week later, a significant portion of the weapons were brought to Hughie by "Guo Da Statham".

"I sense the guidance of the Dark Force. You need a large number of weapons?"

Hughie stared in disbelief at the newly appeared "Master," who then unleashed a whole cave full of weapons and ammunition upon him with a wave of his hand!
A dazzling array of rifles, light machine guns, heavy machine guns, and even two mortars (leftovers from the previous batch)...

The "venerable one" also generously stated, "These two mortars are a gift from me, for you to use in practice. Once you've mastered them, feel free to order more from me!"

Black soldiers in World War I were mostly used as cannon fodder; there were really no artillerymen.

But you can practice if you don't know how. Once you've mastered it, you can have anything!

Hughie was utterly shocked!

A warehouse full of light and heavy weapons were delivered right to his door. He finally understood why the Chicago gangs could be so brave!
Even if you're brave, you won't be able to empty this warehouse of weapons and ammunition!
