Who would study psychology if they didn't have some kind of problem?
Chapter 83, the conclusion of the first case study, and some chapters.
Chapter 83: Summary of the first case study's conclusion, and some remarks.
It's been a month and a half since the book was published. Normally, a new book would have already gone through four rounds of recommendations and was ready to be put on the shelves.
However, the book's subject matter may have been too niche, so it didn't perform very well.
There are two paths to getting your book published: 1) Reading the book until the requirements are met.
It's difficult to disclose the exact number of readers needed to complete the book, but in short, the book is currently less than halfway through.
Therefore, the first path was destined to be blocked, and the only option was the second path—to publish the book after 20 words.
To those who have been urging for the product to be released in the comments section, I'd like to clarify something here. Even in the earliest possible scenario, it won't be available until early to mid-December.
This progress and achievement, when presented in a new book, can be described as a disastrous start.
However, I was inexplicably happy.
Although my grades aren't good, I seem to have rediscovered the joy I had when I first started writing books.
I use words to create characters and conceive plots.
In my story, I am able to make up for some of the regrets I have as a psychologist in real life.
So I am very happy.
I'm so glad that fellow book lovers can also enjoy reading.
Although few people have seen it, I dare say that this might be considered a kind of confidant?
I hope everyone will enjoy the story that follows, and that it will bring me joy.
Judging from the comments, we've also found many colleagues, classmates, and book lovers interested in or needing to learn about psychology. Here, we'd like to reiterate the disclaimer from the beginning of this book:
1. Most of the cases used in this book are fictional and should not be taken literally.
2. Some of the case studies in this book are based on real-life prototypes, but they have all been artistically processed, and all related information complies with the confidentiality requirements for counselors.
3. Due to the relatively late development of counseling psychology in China, there are currently no authoritative reference books. Therefore, when citing relevant knowledge, the author integrates various textbooks and papers from both domestic and international sources, along with personal understanding, striving to use plain language to facilitate reader comprehension. If any fellow readers find the content of this book different from their existing references—you are definitely correct.
4. This book is a fictional work by the author, who is also an uneducated person. Readers should not take it personally.
5. If you find yourself experiencing subjective psychological discomfort, please do not seek help online, but go to the psychiatric department of a physical hospital in a timely manner.
6. My latest thought—please do not imitate any actions taken by the protagonist of this book, Nan Zhuren.
7. I'll think of something else later.
that's all.
Party A: The Panda's Big Wooden House, i.e., the author himself.
