The next morning, John opened his eyes, sat up, shook his heavy head, and looked at the woman curled up beside him, a faint smile appearing on his face! There were clear tear tracks on that pure little face, her hands were tightly gripping the blanket, and her brows were slightly furrowed, clearly the madness of the previous night had left deep marks on her.

“Mr. Morita, I am very satisfied with Naoko. I plan to take her with me, and I’m afraid I’ll need to trouble you to look after her!” John said, immediately turning the conversation to Naoko.

"This is a small matter, you can rest assured, I will handle it. Since Legendary Records has a branch in Japan, I will arrange for someone to transfer Naoko's contract to Legendary Records, and no one in Japan will harass her!" Akio Morita replied with a serious expression.

"Small matters, will be handled well"—what does this mean? It naturally refers to Naoko's management contract. It's very difficult for an artist to terminate their contract with a company, but in Akio Morita's eyes, it's a trivial matter. John said very politely, "Thank you, Mr. Morita!"

The car stopped at the hotel where John was staying. Riko helped Naoko into the hotel and into John's room. Riko helped Naoko sit down and said, "Mr. John, now that you've arrived at the hotel, I won't disturb you any longer. I'll take my leave now!" Riko bowed and turned to leave.

"Thank you, Miss Riko!" Riko was Akio Morita's woman, so John couldn't stay any longer. He could only express his gratitude and watch her leave the room.

After Riko left, John turned around, looked at Naoko sitting by the bed, and smiled, "Are you feeling better?"

Naoko's face flushed red, and she said apologetically, "I'm much better. I'm sorry to have worried you!"

John felt a little embarrassed and sorry for Naoko. It was her first time, and he hadn't shown her any pity, only caring about his own pleasure. That was indeed wrong, but it was a normal man's reaction, and there was no way to change it. If he could change it, he wouldn't be a man!

Naoko wasn't worried about her 'career'. She knew Sony's strength. As a singer under Sony Music, with a big shot like Akio Morita backing her up, the management company wouldn't make things difficult for her, nor would they dare to!
