The divine thunder is the agent of Heaven, acting on behalf of Heaven. If those below are disloyal, unfilial, unkind, unjust, or burdened with grievances, the Supreme God will command the divine thunder to strike them down, with thunder and lightning shaking the earth and slaying them...

Simply put, Heavenly Thunder governs the order of Heaven, governs the four seasons, brings forth all things, protects against calamities, vanquishes Heavenly Demons, eradicates plagues, captures all incurable evil spirits, and heals great ailments.

When lightning strikes, it often signifies a calamity or a new cycle of misfortune.

The divine thunder is the master of killing and destruction, and its despotism stirs up trouble and demons. It destroys mountains and temples, and attacks gods, spirits, and monsters that do not follow proper rituals!

Dragon Thunder is the master of thunder, which brings rain, relieves drought, ensures favorable weather, generates all things, and nourishes the five grains.

The Water Thunder Lord is responsible for slaying water demons, stirring up wind and clouds, rewarding merit and punishing transgressions. He is on par with the Dragon Palace's Dragon Thunder Lord and also serves as a check on the Dragon Palace.

There are loyal and righteous people who serve their country, and brave and fierce people who die in battle to serve their sovereign. Their heroic spirits resonate with the heavens and the people, and they gather into this thunder, which can bring fortune or misfortune to a region.
