Am I being simulated by their love affair.

Chapter 485 Things We Didn't Know

Chapter 485 Things We Didn't Know
After dinner, Jun Matsueda was washing dishes alone in the kitchen, while the sound of girls talking on the sofa came from behind the open glass door.

"So how has Sister Yangshi spent the past few months?"

The bright, girlish voice was full of curiosity; it belonged to Aya Miyamura, who was sitting in the center of the sofa.

"How else can we live? It's just a cycle of touring, resting, and traveling!"

Yosei Kurusu's voice was somewhat muffled as she ate strawberries placed on the coffee table.

"It's the same as not saying it."

The cool yet sweet voice undoubtedly belongs to Mochizuki Haruka.

"I'm not saying this to you!" Yosei Kurusu's voice was a little louder.

Although Matsueda Jun, who had his back to the living room, couldn't see the girls' faces, he guessed that Kurusu must have glared at someone again.

Someone snorted dismissively, followed by the sound of slippers approaching the boy standing in the kitchen.

Jun Matsue didn't look up, pretending not to hear anything, until a slender finger poked his waist.

He turned around, and Mochizuki Haruka, dressed in a casual gray cardigan, still poked him with her right hand, her dark pupils as lively as a cat's.

"Do you need any help?" She withdrew her right hand.

The boy shook his head. "I'm almost done washing. You can just sit in the living room."

The girl pursed her lips and crossed her arms over her chest. "I don't want to hear Kurusu bragging about her tour experience."

Jun Matsueda blinked, then suddenly asked curiously, "Do you actually like her quite a bit?"

"Huh?" Mochizuki Haruka's expression was like a cat with its fur standing on end, a mixture of surprise and wariness. "Are you out of your mind?"

The boy placed the last plate under the tap, and the cool, clear water slid over his fingertips.

"You like fashion and trends, right? Kurusu should be quite to your liking."

Just like Mochizuki's relationship with those hot girls at school, isn't it pretty good?
"..." Mochizuki Haruka crossed her arms and turned her face away, ignoring the girl's laughter coming from the living room. "That guy looks pretty good on stage."

"But that's all!" she said, turning around.

“The person on and off the stage in Kurusu really doesn’t seem like the same person.” Jun Matsueda put the plate in the cupboard and then walked out of the kitchen, with the girl following closely behind him.

"I think I heard someone talking bad about me?" Yosei Kurusu turned around, clinging to the back of the sofa, and looked at the two people approaching.

“We’re saying you have great stage presence.” Jun Matsueda sat down on the small sofa near the balcony and popped a strawberry into his mouth.

As Mochizuki Haruka walked around to the sofa from the other side and was about to sit down, Miyamura Aya suddenly stood up and grabbed her arm.

"Sister Yao, I want to play with Jinzhi!"

"Jinzhi?" The girl remembered her cat next door. "Then I'll bring it to you."

"Uh," Aya-chan's expression was a little flustered, "Um, I still want to play PS5 with you!"

Mochizuki Haruka blinked. The PS5 was her own game console next door, which she couldn't play on the 507—she understood what Aya-chan wanted to do.

However, the girl was not going to give in easily. She looked at Yosei Kurusu sitting to the side.

Are you staying here tonight?

"Of course!" The girl, eating strawberries, sat up straight. "This is my home, where else would I sleep if not here?"

"Alright then." Mochizuki Haruka took Miyamura Aya's hand and turned to walk towards the entrance. Since they were going to stay here tonight, and if the two wanted to spend time together, she couldn't stop them even if she wanted to.

"Same as always, Songzhi, remember to wake me up tomorrow."

Yosuke Kurusu turned his head and watched the girls close the door to 507. Two footsteps disappeared into the corridor next door.

She turned to look at Jun Matsueda on the sofa, a triumphant smile on her face.

"I won!"

The boy nodded. "You did eat more tonight."

"What are you talking about! It's because I didn't eat properly because I was rushing to get back to Tokyo from Kumamoto!"

The girl shifted her position and angrily slapped the sofa next to her, "There are fewer people now, Songzhi, come sit over here!"

Jun Matsue stared at her for a few seconds, then finally obediently sat down on the large sofa.

Yosei Kurusu immediately lay down on the other side, pressing her soft soles against the boy's thigh and rubbing them vigorously.

"A familiar feeling~" she groaned happily, switching the TV screen to her favorite show, "Monday Late Show".

"So this is what you miss?" Jun Matsue slapped away the girl's bare feet that were placed beside him.

“Yes,” Yosei Kurusu said with a grin. “When I’m running around outside, working myself to the bone, what I miss most is the time when the two of us sit on the sofa together watching TV.”

The boy nodded slightly, looking at the plump female host on the TV screen, "It sounds like it's not easy for her."

"That's incredibly difficult!" The girl jumped up from the sofa. "She performed over twenty shows in less than four months! And she also had to shoot commercials and attend promotional events along the way!"

"Many times, I was even eating while the stylist was doing my hair from behind!"

"You've worked hard~" Jun Matsue placed the strawberries from the coffee table in front of her.

"But it's really satisfying!" Yosei Kurusu turned down the TV volume and excitedly moved closer to the boy.

"When I performed for the first time in Nagoya, the venue wasn't very big, with only one or two thousand people, and the tickets weren't sold out. But when I added more shows in Kumamoto, the venue had a capacity of 2,500 people, and I performed four shows in total, and all the tickets were sold out!"

"Many people even watched four shows in a row!!"

The girl spoke with her chest puffed out proudly, her cheeks flushed. She knelt on the sofa, exuding an air of confidence that made her seem like she was standing at an awards ceremony.

Jun Matsueda smiled. "It's not surprising at all—Kurusu has always been amazing."

"Right!" Yosuke Kurusu's face practically floated up to the ceiling. "Of course I'm amazing, but it's also thanks to the company team! Everyone's been running around with me, and many of them didn't even go home for the New Year."

From what she saw on the plane and in the car before departure, to the remoteness of the performance venue, and the strange and unusual foods she tasted during her rest, the girl talked about whatever came to mind, her incessant chatter like a wild rabbit running across a spring lawn, leaping around in the space where there were only two of them.

Jun Matsue wasn't annoyed at all; he listened intently until the girl finally got tired, got up, and poured herself a glass of water from her own special cup.

She picked up the kettle in the kitchen. "How did Songzhi manage these past few months while I was gone?"

The boy in the living room was silent for a moment, then said, "I didn't do anything meaningful."

"And because of my emotions, I started another relationship."

"What did you say?" Kurusu Yosei's hand holding the kettle trembled violently with surprise.

The overflowing water spilled from the cup and flowed erratically across the table.
