Chapter 386 Concern
Chapter 386 Concern
Jun Matsue immediately pulled the girl in the rain back under the eaves.
Tomatsu Yuka's summer shirt was already wet, revealing a beautiful and alluring flesh color, and the girl's body trembled slightly in the sudden drop in temperature.
"Where's your coat?" the boy asked calmly.
The girl calmly took out her coat and thin vest from her schoolbag, tossed them into the wind, and the neat and tidy clothes were immediately hit by raindrops as soon as they floated outside.
The clothes on the ground lay motionless, like corpses at a crime scene, and the long-handled umbrella had lost its elegant shape, becoming twisted and deformed.
Matsueda Jun sighed helplessly, took his jacket out of his bag and handed it to the girl, "Don't throw it away."
This time, Tomatsu Yuka obediently put on her clothes, raised her sleeve, and unceremoniously wiped the rain off her face.
"So, is Tsunkun willing to take me home?"
"I didn't intend to bother my senior in the first place."
It's impossible for him to go to his senior's house under these circumstances.
The girl narrowed her eyes slightly. It seemed that Matsueda-san hadn't been to Yamami-senpai's house yet, which was good news.
The boy opened his umbrella and said, "My umbrella isn't very big, so please don't move it."
Tomatsu Yuka naturally walked under the umbrella and hugged the boy's arm. "Yamami Maki hugged you like this before, didn't she?"
Jun Matsue didn't speak, but led the girl into the rain. They passed the school uniform corpses being whipped by raindrops, and the boy stopped.
"The two pieces of clothing together cost more than 10,000 yen, so let's pick them up."
"If 10,000 yen can get Matsueda to take me home, I'd be willing to throw it away every day."
Even as she said this, the girl still took out a transparent bag from her purse and stuffed the two wet clothes back in.
The wind and rain on the road did not stop raging just because the two set off. When they walked out of the school gate, Tomatsu Yuka turned around and glanced at the corridor of the teaching building.
Mochizuki Haruka stood under the eaves on the first floor, coldly watching the two people sharing an umbrella.
They exchanged a glance, and the girl under the umbrella turned around and left without looking back.
Twenty minutes later, Jun Matsue and Yuka Tomatsu walked out of the platform at Hamadayama Station together.
This typhoon wasn't particularly strong; at least the trains weren't delayed. Compared to what Jun Matsuoka experienced last year, it was a minor incident.
After getting off the bus, he first sent a message to Yosuke Kuraki, saying that the girl was going to work as usual today and wouldn't be able to go home until the evening.
So he sent another message to Yamami Maki, but she was probably taking a nap and hadn't replied yet.
"Is Tsun-kun messaging his senior again?" Tomatsu Yuka, who was standing next to him, suddenly leaned over and saw the boy's chat interface.
"We chat every day." The girl's tone was filled with sorrow, drawing the attention of passersby.
The wind and rain outside the station were even fiercer than when they set off, forcing Jun Matsueda to walk forward with his umbrella. The weight on his arm grew stronger, and the boy initially thought Tomatsu Yuka was still angry about the chat history he had just glimpsed. However, when he turned his head, he realized that the girl's eyes were half-open and half-closed, and she seemed somewhat disoriented.
"Tomatsu?" Jun Matsueda stopped and touched the girl's forehead; it was somewhat cold.
Tomatsu Yuka mumbled a few responses, hugging him even tighter. The boy had no choice but to quicken his pace and head towards the upscale apartment building by the Zenpukuji River.
When the girl regained consciousness, the sound of wind and rain had subsided considerably. She opened her eyes and saw the familiar front door of her apartment building.
Where did you put the key?
The boy's voice rang in Tomatsu's ears, and she realized that she was leaning against Matsueda Jun's shoulder as he rummaged through her schoolbag.
The girl took out her key from the pocket of her school uniform skirt and opened the door. As expected, the door was empty. She walked in, her steps a little unsteady, and the boy behind her quickly supported her.
"I'm so tired. My head is spinning."
"You didn't sleep at all last night, did you?" Jun Matsue frowned. "You need to change out of your wet clothes, take a shower, and get some rest."
After making contact, he found that the girl's body temperature was still normal. It was likely that her emotional fluctuations, coupled with insomnia and being caught in the rain, had led to physical and mental exhaustion.
However, Tomatsu Yuka just lay on the sofa without making any move. Matsueda Jun looked at the curled-up and trembling girl and sighed again.
"What a foolish thing to do." A few minutes later, he carried the girl into the bathroom. The bathtub was full of hot water, which was emitting steam. Perhaps feeling the warmth, Tomatsu Yuka opened her eyes.
"Matsueda-san?"
Her coat had been removed, leaving her only in a soaking wet, clinging short-sleeved shirt and school uniform skirt. Jun Matsue placed the girl on a chair by the bathtub.
"Now that you're awake, could you take off your clothes and get into the bathtub yourself?"
Tomatsu Yuka nodded and began unbuttoning her shirt. The boy left the bathroom; he was going to the kitchen to make some sugar water.
However, after waiting for a while, there was no movement in the bathroom. Matsueda Jun hurriedly opened the frosted glass door and saw a naked girl sitting in a chair.
Tomatsu Yuka turned slightly to his side, the water droplets on her skin glistening under the light, her fair and slender arms unable to conceal her beautiful breasts, and her lower body revealing only a fleeting glimpse of alluring curves.
Only after the boy barged in did she stand up, hold onto the edge of the bathtub, and sit down with some difficulty.
"Am I ahead of the senior students now?" she asked, turning her head.
Jun Matsuoka had already closed the door, leaving only one comment.
"Fool."
Unfortunately, she really didn't have any strength left. The girl, who had regained some energy, soaked in the bathtub and thought regretfully.
When the girl walked into the living room wrapped in a bath towel, the sweet aroma of red bean soup wafted from the kitchen.
"I only had red beans in the fridge, so I made this for you. If you're still hungry after you finish this, you can order takeout."
Jun Matsue stood at the apartment door, preparing to leave.
Tomatsu's apartment is quite large, and the distance from the living room to the entrance is obviously too far for Tomatsu Yuka to keep up with in her current physical condition, so she had no choice but to call out.
"Matsueda-san!"
The boy looked at her without saying anything.
"Is it only at times like this that you show me a little concern?" the girl asked softly.
Jun Matsueda gave her one last look before closing the apartment door.
Tomatsu Yuka sighed. She went back to her room to change into her pajamas, then took out the bowl of red bean soup from the kitchen and sipped it slowly.
Halfway through her drink, the phone on the sofa rang. The girl put down her spoon and answered the call.
"Yuhua, are you alright? Do you need your mother to come home and take care of you?" It was a woman's concerned voice on the phone.
"It's nothing, I just didn't sleep well last night and got caught in the rain today."
Tomatsu Yuka hadn't even eaten breakfast, but the girl didn't want her mother to worry. After answering the woman's question, she realized something.
How did Mom find out about these things?
"A boy just called me and asked for our house number."
"Is it that Songzhi classmate you like?" The woman's tone was somewhat complicated.
The girl then realized that Jun Matsueda hadn't asked her about the route from the station to the apartment, or even her current phone number.
Tomatsu Yuka stared at the soft, shapeless red beans in the bowl. This was not the way boys preferred to cook them, but rather the flavor she liked.
That's why, when I made sakura mochi for the first time, another girl pointed out that the red bean filling inside was too delicate.
She hung up the phone with a strange feeling, and at the same time, the doorbell rang in the entryway.
Tomatsu Yuka didn't seem surprised. She drank two more spoonfuls of red bean soup before leisurely walking to the entrance and opening the front door.
Mochizuki Haruka appeared before her, holding a magnificent long-handled umbrella. The girl walked into the house, turned around, and glanced at her.
"It seems he cares about you quite a bit."
