Am I being simulated by their love affair.

Chapter 124 The Earthbound Spirit by the Window

Chapter 124 The Earthbound Spirit by the Window
Jun Matsueda walked out of the bathroom holding Haruka Mochizuki.

There was a broken table, a smashed TV, broken glass all over the living room, and even the chandelier hanging from the ceiling had fallen to the ground.

He walked to the center of the room and looked around at the pitted walls.

"You're not completely useless." Matsueda Jun said to the girl in his arms, "At least you're quite destructive."

Mochizuki Haruka shrank her neck and avoided his sight.

"Your house is uninhabitable. You'll have to sleep next door tonight."

The girl didn't object, and Matsueda Jun held her and walked around the living room.

"Where's the key?"

Mochizuki Haruka shook her head. "I don't know where it went. The spare key is in the shoe cabinet at the entrance."

The girl was placed on the shoe cabinet. She looked down at Jun Matsueda as he opened the shoe cabinet and took out the spare key.

"Remember to contact your men to repair the room." He handed the key to the girl.

Hearing the footsteps of Jun Matsueda entering the room, Kurusu Yoshi turned around and said, "What's happening next door..." She was stunned in the middle of her words.

In Matsueda Jun's arms, Mochizuki Haruka's two little feet wrapped in gauze were swinging in the air.

"Why are you here?" she asked the girl lying in the boy's arms, but Mochizuki Haruka ignored her.

"Why is she here?" Kurusu Yoshi asked Matsueda Jun again.

"She smashed her own house to pieces and is sleeping with us tonight."

"Huh?" Kurusu Yoshi stood up from the sofa. "She's sleeping with me?"

As soon as the words fell, the two little feet shook violently, as if mocking the girl's foolish dreaming.

"Sleeping with you?" Kurusu Yoshi rushed in front of Matsueda Jun, "That's even more impossible!"

Matsueda Jun walked around the angry girl and put Mochizuki Haruka on his bed. "I'll sleep on the sofa tonight."

Wangyue Yao was lying on the bed, with her left cheek pressed against the bed. She stared motionlessly at the light of the street lamp outside the window.

Jun Matsueda opened the bedroom door and asked, "Want to have dinner?"

The girl didn't answer.

"Shall I carry you there?" He walked towards the bed.

"No." She finally said, "I don't want to eat anything."

"Shall I turn on the light in your room?"

"No."

The bedroom door closed again.

When Jun Matsueda walked into the room again two hours later, the girl's posture had not changed.

"Are you going to sleep like this?"

The girl didn't answer.

"Don't you want to wash up?"

The brightness of the street lights did not change.

"At least cover yourself with the quilt."

He walked over to cover Mochizuki Haruka with the quilt and left the room.

Jun Matsueda clearly felt the fatigue and depression of the girl. Even the energy that drove the doll in the hospital had disappeared.

The blood and destruction next door witnessed her final revival.

He had no good solution for this situation and could only choose to spend the night safely.

Jun Matsueda woke up again in the middle of the night because he heard the sofa springs screaming due to the added weight.

Mochizuki Haruka sat on the edge of the sofa and looked at him.

“I can’t sleep,” the girl said. Jun Matsueda got up and drew back the curtains on the balcony.

The moonlight shone on the girl's body, and the gauze on her feet glowed scarlet.

He picked up Mochizuki Haruka and took her to the bathroom to change the gauze.

"Didn't I tell you your leg injury is very troublesome? If you can't sleep, just lie in bed."

The girl lowered her head and said nothing, like a child who had made a mistake.

After changing the gauze, Jun Matsueda carried her to the bedroom.

"I want to sleep on the sofa too." Mochizuki Haruka said suddenly.

"Okay, you sleep on the sofa and I'll sleep in the bedroom."

The girl patted his arm gently.

Matsueda Jun threw the girl onto the bed and took out a quilt and mattress from the closet. These were left by the landlady. Although he had never used them, he would wash them regularly.

He spread the quilt beside the bed. "Is this okay?"

The girl turned over in bed and stuck her head out to look at him under the bed.

Jun Matsueda closed his eyes and went to sleep. His bed was not suspended in the air, so he didn't have to worry about any bugs or dirt crawling onto his face in the middle of the night.

The only sounds in the room were the breathing of the two people.

"I miss my aunt." The girl on the bed suddenly said.

What she was thinking about was not the aunt sleeping in the bed, but the aunt who would smile in front of her and read fairy tales to her tirelessly.

She recalled the last time she saw her aunt, which was the night when the typhoon hit in late October.

They slept late that day and sat together at the round table on the balcony chatting. The woman was excited; she always liked these unusual weather conditions.

In the end, both of them were speechless and just sat quietly, looking at the dark night with a raging storm outside the window. The warm yellow light in the room and the aroma of black tea were soothing.

When Wangyue Yao turned her head, the woman had already leaned back in her chair and closed her eyes. At first, the girl thought that her aunt was sleepy late at night, but a few minutes later she found that her illness had relapsed.

The memories can no longer continue. The rain outside the mansion on the typhoon night in late October only now fell into Mochizuki Haruka's dry tear glands.

Never seen again.

The sound of a girl sobbing was heard on the bed. Jun Matsueda opened his eyes and looked at the dark ceiling.

The first night after the bad news passed like this.

The next morning, when Jun Matsueda woke up, next to his face was a snow-white arm hanging from the bed.

He sat up and saw Mochizuki Haruka sleeping soundly on the side of the bed, her face facing Matsueda Jun, her left hand resting on the quilt under the bed.

The girl seemed to have watched him fall asleep last night.

Jun Matsueda didn't know when he fell asleep again last night, nor did he know when Mochizuki Haruka stopped crying.

He had to go to school as usual today. After going to the bathroom to wash up, he took out a few slices of toast from the refrigerator, heated them on a frying pan, and placed them on the head of Mochizuki Haruka's bed together with the milk.

When going downstairs, Jun Matsueda sent a text message to the man in black, reminding him to bring people to clean the room next door today.

After leaving the apartment building, he sent a message to the head maid of the Mochizuki family, telling her that Mochizuki Haruka was at her house and needed someone to take care of her.

Mochizuki Haruka sat at the desk by the window. She watched Matsueda Jun get on his bike, and his figure gradually went away until it disappeared at the end of the road.

The girl picked up the toast from the plate and bit a small hole in it. While chewing, she looked at the point on the road where Matsueda Jun disappeared.

When Kurusu Yoshi entered the room, she saw the girl's back like this. After asking a few tentative questions and getting no response, she took out her phone, sent a few messages, and walked out of the room.

Time began to pass, and the shadow of Wang Yueyao sitting at the desk changed from a long line to a short line, and then to a long line again, running from the closet to the head of the bed.

The woman in maid uniform came in several times, but Mochizuki Haruka did not move. Her only action was to go to the bathroom. After going back and forth several times, the gauze that was changed last night began to bleed again.

I just sat there, and sat there, until the end of the road, when Jun Matsueda appeared again on his bike.

A little light appeared in the girl's eyes.
