Mr. Rat of the Steam World

Chapter 69 Remarks on the launch

Chapter 69 Remarks on the launch
This week it was uploaded to Sanjiang, and unsurprisingly, the editor notified me that it was time to put it on the shelves.

This is the first time it's been published on the Three Rivers website, and it's also the first time it's been officially released. Many comments in the comment section are pure nonsense, talking about extraterrestrial demons and impure rebirth.

I'm the kind of newcomer who gets stuck on signing a contract and figuring out how to start. I tried writing a fantasy novel before, but it flopped. Then I came up with an idea, changed the genre, and it actually took off. I was quite surprised myself.

This idea initially stemmed from a desire to follow the trend of Mushroom's non-human novel, which also had a sword and magic setting. I wanted to write a dungeon mouse story? Or a fantasy mouse story?
However, after I came up with this idea, I showed the draft to a few familiar authors. Finally, with the suggestion of my friend, I changed it to the current steam age. They also gave me a lot of additional suggestions afterward, for which I am very grateful.

Many authors also helped me, including TCW, Drink Water, This, Arctic, Fool, Frost River... I'm sure you won't recognize their names, haha, but I must thank them for letting them see this and for their tireless review of my manuscript and suggestions.

I'll update a little more frequently, and I'll try to add more as much as possible if I have extra time later. However, my typing speed is limited, so I'll definitely prioritize ensuring the basic update volume to avoid missing out on the full attendance bonus.
I'm not that fast with my hands; I'm at work during the day, so I'm usually quite slow. Thanks for understanding.

Then it doesn't turn into a human, it's not a family story, there's no mother rat, no offspring... that's it.

Finally, I'm asking for a first-day subscription. The reading experience has been quite volatile lately, and I can only read what's available for 24 hours. I don't know if I'm just letting the book mature or if the plot has fallen apart, which is making me very anxious. We'll only know how it performs once it's officially released.

Next comes the sacrifice.

Thanks to the guy who recommended my chapter of "Under One Person: Too Many Debuffs!", a book of over 200,000 words.

Then there are "I'm Really Not a Connection Person in the Entertainment Industry" and "The Great Tang Dynasty: Starting from Mawei Post Station," which I mentioned earlier. These two books were just released. I recommended them earlier because I wanted to say that the contract status hasn't changed yet, so you can invest in them to earn some Qidian coins (if you earn some coins, please subscribe to me!). In short, they're not very long, so if you're interested, you can give them a try.

(The previous book I recommended was criticized for its title, so I changed it. It's a book that readers who were drawn to read it gave it positive reviews.)

Since the first VIP chapter doesn't seem to have a set time, and to avoid any unexpected issues, I'll post it manually so it won't clash with the normal update schedule. I'll probably finish posting the day's chapters in one go around midnight, which is Wednesday, instead of splitting it into two sessions. Of course, things will return to normal later.

thanks for your support!
