"What?!" Everyone was shocked. Upon hearing this, they felt their worldview crumble!

Especially just now, people around those world leaders said that this figure in the golden light, even if he is not a Buddha, should be a Bodhisattva!
Their guesses weren't too far off; this person was actually Mahakasyapa, the Buddha's close attendant, the first of the eighteen Arhats, the founder of Zen Buddhism, and a half-Buddha.

Their confident guesses were certainly correct, but they never expected that such an important figure would not suppress the Asura or pray for the world, but would greet someone instead.
The question, "Who is Kinnara?" has been asked all over the world.

"Kinnara, one of the Eight Heavenly Dragons, is a god of song, and also an incarnation of some kind of bodhisattva!" someone quickly replied, "He is neither human nor non-human, and also the meaning of True Dharani!"

After saying this, the monk suddenly realized something. "Hiss... wait, the high monk who appeared in the city earlier was named Zhenluo. Zhenluo means 'to remove the 'tuo' meaning. If we add that, wouldn't it just be... Kinnara?"

"So, Kinnara is the monk who appeared in the city and did something?" Many people suddenly realized that, of course, how could such a monk really be a monk?
Now, listening to Venerable Kasyapa's words, they realized that this was actually a Bodhisattva!
"A Bodhisattva is one who awakens sentient beings! One who seeks supreme enlightenment with wisdom, guides sentient beings with compassion, cultivates the Paramitas, and strives to attain Buddhahood in the future. Those who courageously seek enlightenment are all called Bodhisattvas!" Before the high-ranking officials of these countries even asked, someone had already begun explaining.

"This is the fruition above Arhat, and it is also the fruition that can only be attained in Mahayana Buddhism. It can even be said that it is the necessary status for all sentient beings to attain Buddhahood. If one is a Bodhisattva, it means that he has already embarked on the path to Buddhahood!"

Through the conversations of the crowd, many people learned the definition of a Bodhisattva, and then felt an even more intense bitterness in their hearts!

A monk came, then a bhikkhu left, then an arhat, and then an arhat beside the Buddha. Now, there's a bodhisattva too?

India is truly a bustling place!

Amidst everyone's sighs, space seemed to be torn apart, a peculiar crack appeared, and then a white-robed figure familiar to many naturally appeared before their eyes.

"It really is him, the monk Zhenluo, whose true form is the incarnation of the Bodhisattva Kinnara!"

At this moment, everyone's hearts were connected. No wonder a monk could have a golden body, no wonder he could make the whole city dream. After all, he was a Bodhisattva, a Bodhisattva who could be called the supreme Buddha in Buddhism!

However, some people who are good at reading between the lines have already sensed that something is wrong. If a Bodhisattva has already appeared here, then why would Venerable Kasyapa, the foremost person before the Buddha, send someone down to the mortal realm alone?

Then they heard Zhenluo's voice: "I never expected that Shakyamuni would actually send you out, Kasyapa!"

"Did he ever imagine that the city he once preached in would turn out like this? Buried with karma, filled with earth-shattering hatred?"

Venerable Kasyapa chanted the Buddha's name: "Amitabha! Bodhisattva, you are attached to appearances! There is no appearance of self, no appearance of others, no appearance of sentient beings, no appearance of life span! The World-Honored One can see this scene, and the World-Honored One will naturally take action!"

"The Buddha's actions? Like Dipankara Buddha, seeking only temporary peace and not the true self?" Zhenluo mocked loudly, "That really suits his nature!"

"At the foot of Mount Ling, in Lion Camel Ridge, there are no places to bury the dead. But compared to this city, Lion Camel Ridge is a good place. What? Did he send you here today to stop me?"

“Indeed!” Kasyapa said, “Bodhisattva Kinnara, your actions are too extreme. There should be virtuous people left in this city! Moreover, what you have done is not in accordance with the true meaning of Buddhism; it is the work of demons!”

"The sea of suffering is boundless; please, Bodhisattva, turn back to the shore!"

"Turn back? Turn back what? Do you want me to forgive them? Or are you planning to come down here personally and reform them?" Zhenluo said disdainfully, "Chaos requires severe punishment, and chaotic times call for heavy penalties! Without such deterrence, how can we truly make the people here turn to the path of self-discipline?"

"Venerable Kasyapa, will you return by yourself, or shall I escort you back?"

These words, bordering on a threat, caused Kasyapa's enormous body to pause slightly before he slowly shook his head. "Since that's the case, then let's pretend I was never here! But Kinnara Bodhisattva, all phenomena are without form, like a dream, like lightning; all phenomena are empty in nature, neither arising nor ceasing, neither defiled nor pure, neither increasing nor decreasing..."

"You have fallen into the demonic path!"

"What demonic path? Who said that? Shakyamuni?" Zhenlu waved his hand, seemingly not thinking it was a particularly big problem. "If that's the case, then let him come here. Otherwise, I will continue on my own path!"

Their conversation ended, and the enormous phantom dissipated, seemingly indicating that Venerable Kasyapa indeed had no intention of challenging Kinnara. However, this greatly displeased the observers outside, especially the old immortal!

"What do you mean? Huh? Our kingdom is just being abandoned like this? Isn't Buddha our god? Why would he abandon us?"

During the parliamentary session, an opposition member spoke up quietly: "Perhaps it's because we were the first to abandon Buddhism?"

Everyone remained silent, unsure of what to say, and could only watch as the old immortal continued his powerless rage!
And Zhenluo, walking slowly, came to Ashura's side.

This Asura, after experiencing the Brahma chant, had long lost his self-awareness. His soul had actually been suppressed, turning him into a walking corpse.

Zhenluo didn't care about that. Instead, he waved his hand, causing the Shura body, which had become a ferocious monster, to transform back into a great demon behind him, becoming a guardian under his command.

"From this day forward, you are the gatekeeper of this city. Anyone who can get past you will be allowed to pass through the city!"

As soon as the words fell, Asura was awakened. As he slowly lowered his head, he had already swept his gaze over the city. Then he flew into the sky, soaring above the void, and became the city's "protector".

Now, the thoughts of all those who still wanted to cause trouble in this city were extinguished.

Having such an extraordinary being above us is like the Sword of Damocles hanging over everyone's head!

At this moment, Zhenluo had already arrived in front of Suer, and speaking softly to the man before him.

"Because of your kindness, I will release the one-third of the people in this city whose sins are least serious. They will all be a result of your good deeds! Thus, you may enter my monastic community and become a Dharma protector."

Upon hearing this, Su'er was somewhat taken aback, then shook his head, "Venerable One, entering the sect is not my wish. I only wish that my son's passing would not be so painful..."

Suer also saw the conversation between Zhenluo and the giant monk phantom, and guessed that this was probably the monks' "god", which calmed his mind a little.

But this kind of kindness that asks for nothing in return is more in line with the definition of Shinra!

"Of course, this is your reward!"

Zhenluo said, lightly tapping his finger, and the illusory soul transformed into a real body, appearing beside Suer. "You have seven days. I'll give you seven days! Come back and answer my question after seven days!"

"Thank you!" Suer knelt down and kowtowed to Zhenluo, then took his son's hand and walked away.

In front of countless cameras and drones, Jinra slowly sat down cross-legged and began his actions.

He took out his wooden fish and began to strike it!
"One-third will be forgiven, and so they awaken!"

"Thump!" The sound of the wooden fish rang out, and a third of the people in the city opened their eyes in terror, as if they had just woken up from a nightmare!
"Two-thirds of them will be forever imprisoned in the plague of Lion Camel Ridge until they develop a kind heart!"

"Dong!" The sound of the wooden fish rang out again, and two-thirds of the people opened their eyes, but they did not have any expression. Instead, after looking at each other, they slowly walked out.

"Your hearts suffer the torment of the gods, and your bodies are toiled in labor. Let your bodies build some temples, ancestral halls, and Buddha statues outside the city! This will be your way of repaying your sins!"

So, to the sound of the wooden fish, countless people came out, like walking corpses, and came outside the city, becoming the final scene of this battle!
Off-screen, everyone was pale and their pupils constricted. "Is this... the power of Buddhism?"

This fear of controlling the body and soul is enough to keep everyone awake at night!
P.S.: The monk's approach may be strange, but at least it's better than India's! After seeing how those Indians operate—more like humans than anthropomorphic—I suddenly felt relieved...

PS2: Still four updates every eight days, I'll try my best to keep it up, but still no drafts saved up for a day, *cries*!
