Then several ropes shot out from behind Nemus and wrapped around the three of them.

Poole led them to a secluded thicket, where they began to wait.

As the afterglow faded, a sliver of moonlight climbed onto the treetops.

Then an unnatural noise was heard, and Nems, who was not fully full, even smelled the aroma of meat.

The village guardian has appeared.

He wasn't carrying a torch, but rather a basket, and was walking towards the forest outside the village.

Nems didn't rush to make a move; they had already discussed their tactics beforehand.

The three of them followed behind the village guards, while Poole and Towns gradually flanked them from both sides.

If the village guard doesn't notice, then follow him to his destination.

Under the cover of night, the three of them gradually formed a pocket, surrounding the villager who was walking through the forest.

It was Towns who didn't have much experience in wilderness exploration.

However, things did not go as the village guards had predicted. The arrows hit their mark, but did not cause much damage.

A black aura swirled around Downs, and the power of the demon was taking effect.

At the same time, with a 'whoosh', the village guard's ears twitched slightly, and he fell to one side.

Seeing that Towns had been exposed, Poole on the other side also launched an attack directly.

Unfortunately, once the arrow was released, it had already broken free of the silence and was detected by the village guards.
