Chapter 629 Zero, you're going to hit the jackpot!

Battlefield on Mars.

Inside the command center, everyone was stunned by his superb driving skills.

"A genius... truly a genius..." the vice-captain murmured to himself.

However, just as Taiga was preparing to expand his gains, a sudden change occurred.

A colossal shadow loomed over the entire battlefield.

It was a massive metal disk, larger than any spacecraft I had ever seen before, that appeared silently in Mars' orbit, as if it had always been there.

A gap opened beneath the disc, and an irresistible gravitational force instantly sucked in all the Sphia spheres on the battlefield, along with Taiga Nozomi's Alpha fighter jet, which was showing off its skills.

"What?!" Taiga felt a tremendous force coming at him, and the fighter jet instantly went out of control, the scene before his eyes spinning around.

Inside the command center, everyone watched helplessly as Alpha's signal completely disappeared from the screen.

"Algebra has disappeared?"

"Is this... going to another dimension?"

Ryota Yumimura rushed to the communications station, grabbed the earpiece, and shouted at the top of her lungs, "Taiga? Taiga! Answer me!"

The only response she received was a dead silence and a busy signal.

Her hands fell limply to her sides, her eyes filled with shock and pain.

"So...it's the same ending as Asuka's?"

Fifteen years ago, she watched helplessly as Asuka Shin plunged into the black hole and disappeared into the end of the light.

Fifteen years later, a similar scene played out once again.

Earth.

A desolate parallel world.

In the city filled with skyscrapers, not a single person can be seen or a sound can be heard, as if the whole world has been put on pause.

A flash of light appeared, and Ultraman Zero appeared at the top of a skyscraper.

He looked around, sensing the faint call that lingered in this space; that familiar feeling had guided him here.

"Hello, is anyone there?"

Zero frowned. "What's going on? Where have all the Earthlings gone? Did they all move away?"

Before his doubts could be answered, the sky above him suddenly darkened.

The enormous metal disc that had been seen at the Land of Light conference silently hovered above the city.

"Oh?"

Zero looked up and pointed at the disc. "It seems you know something."

The disc seemed to have no intention of communicating with him. The hatch at the bottom opened, and hundreds of small mechanical aircraft poured out like locusts, launching a dense attack on Zero.

After releasing its attack units, the disc itself distorted the surrounding space and vanished from the world in an instant.

"Trying to run? Pshaw, deal with your little minions first!"

Zero snorted coldly, and with a flash, he transformed into a streak of light and rushed into the enemy formation.

……

Meanwhile, Daigo, who had been sucked into another dimension, awoke amidst a violent jolt.

He discovered that his Victory Eagle Alpha was trapped in a semi-transparent blue energy shield, floating above an unfamiliar city.

"This is where?"

Before he could figure out what was going on, he saw the "fireworks show" taking place not far away.

A giant in silver, blue, and red is soaring through thousands of enemy planes, each strike unleashing a series of spectacular explosions.

"Ultraman?"

A hint of surprise flashed in Taiga Nozomi's eyes, which then turned into a strong fighting spirit.

He pushed the control stick hard, and the Neomagus engine of Alpha roared, its powerful thrust instantly breaking free from the energy shield's restraints.

"Let me see what you're capable of, Giant of Light!"

Nozomi Taiga piloted his fighter jet and joined the battle.

Zero was easily dealing with these grunts when he suddenly sensed a powerful energy surge entering the battlefield. Looking back, he discovered it was a fighter jet he had never seen before.

"Hey! Where did you come from?" "Stop talking nonsense!"

Nozomi Taiga didn't answer. Instead, he performed a high-difficulty roll in front of Zero, while simultaneously firing a laser that accurately shot down several aircraft that were attacking Zero from a blind spot.

Zero paused for a moment, then laughed.

"An interesting guy."

With the addition of Taiho Wong as a "wingman," the speed of the clearing operation was greatly accelerated.

Soon, the last aircraft in the sky was hit by Zero's beam of energy, plummeting towards the ground amidst billowing smoke.

The battle is over.

Zero landed gracefully on the ground, striking what he thought was a very cool pose.

Nozomi Taiga opened a can of energy jelly, ready to celebrate, when he caught a glimpse of an astonishing scene out of the corner of his eye.

The wreckage of the shot-down aircraft was hurtling straight down toward a street corner below.

On that street corner, a little boy riding a bicycle fell to the ground in fear, staring blankly at the shadow of death looming overhead.

"puff--"

Dahe Wang almost spat out the jelly in his mouth.

"Hey! Get out of the way!" he shouted instinctively.

But it was too late.

Without the slightest hesitation, Taiga pulled the control stick sharply, piloting the Alpha to dive down and directly use the fighter jet's fuselage to intercept the huge piece of metal debris.

"Are you out of your mind!" Zero was also startled by his reckless behavior.

The fighter jet collided with the wreckage, causing a violent explosion.

At the critical moment, a golden, rhomboid shield appeared out of thin air and steadily blocked them and the child.

"boom--!"

The massive debris exploded on the shield, and the violent shockwave was completely absorbed.

Zero looked at the scene below and shook his head helplessly.

"Honestly, he's even more reckless than me."

He waved away the shield and was about to step forward to check on the reckless driver.

Given that level of overload, even if he didn't die, he was probably close to it. I might have to possess his body to save his life.

However, in the instant he turned around...

Without warning, the void behind him was torn apart by a brute force.

A colossal shadow, hundreds of times larger than the mysterious disc, burst forth from the dark crevice.

It was a magnificent black tower whose grandeur defied description. It seemed to have traversed countless ages and arrived in this world with an unparalleled aura.

then……

"Boom--!"

A deafening roar that shook the heavens and the earth.

Having just struck a cool pose and saved the world, Ultraman Zero didn't even have time to react before the base of that giant tower slammed solidly into his back.

"what--!!!"

Zero let out a scream, his body flying in a beautiful parabola like a baseball hit by a home run, flying dozens of kilometers away and crashing heavily into a building in the distance, leaving only a large, human-shaped hole.

Time-Space City, Lin Yu's mobile fortress, made its otherworldly debut in an extremely stunning way.

Piloting the Victory Eagle Alpha, the unconscious Nozomi Taiga was unaware of what had happened.

The terrified little boy stared blankly at the towering, sky-covering structure, then at the smoking, human-shaped hole in the distance, his mouth agape, wide enough to fit an egg.

A few seconds later, Zero, who had been slammed into the building, staggered out, feeling like his back was about to break.

He looked up at the massive, outrageous black tower that was larger than any interstellar fortress he had ever seen, and everyone in Ort was stunned.

"No way..."

His voice trembled slightly, and he seemed bewildered.

"Nexus?! Another... even more reckless guy has appeared!"
