“United Construction? A shell company?” Luca repeated the keywords that Samira had mentioned.

"Yes, this company called United Construction recently reached a cooperation agreement with the municipal government to be responsible for the post-disaster reconstruction work in the Hell's Kitchen area."

"However, according to the private investigator's findings, this company has actually only been established for less than a year. It has never even had any real estate business before."
