Chapter 89: Wife and Son Separated
While there was still some time before Guo Chunping got off work, Shen Xin discussed with Chen Chao the possibility that Guo Chunping had been bribed or was an accomplice.

"It should be bribery."

Zhao Tianxing said with absolute certainty.

"Guo Chunping, these are my identification documents and summons. Please come with us." Shen Xin said in a deep voice.

Guo Chunping stood there blankly for a full five seconds, a fleeting look of relief flashing across his eyes, and nodded slightly.

The group drove back to the police station.

Shen Xin observed Guo Chunping through the rearview mirror.

He was unexpectedly calm.

However, Shen Xin felt that he didn't seem to have been suddenly taken away and then bewildered.

Guo Chunping was slightly taken aback, and then he smiled too.

Shen Xin didn't mind. He paused for a moment, then asked, "So, where were you last night at 6:40? Did you go home after get off work?"
