Chapter 21 The Goddess of Wisdom

However, the process was quite nice, after all, the daughters of the ocean are truly gentle and passionate.

If He weren't preoccupied with important matters and hadn't accomplished anything significant, He would have loved to stay in the ocean a little longer.

Coming to the ocean current feels like coming home; the feeling of being in this ocean is much better than on the tiny island of Crete!
These ocean currents are filled with passionate goddesses, speaking in such a beautiful and friendly way. I love the oceans!

Zeus wandered the ocean for more than a decade, although there is no unit of time yet, because even the sun and moon are now forbidden from wandering the world.

And the goddess of the third season never even appeared.

In today's world, time is the most meaningless thing.

The gods are immortal and ageless; the passage of time is imperceptible to them.

The gods are full of spirituality and powerful, especially the incarnations of the laws. Their spirit and spirituality will not be worn down over a long period of time. Their divine power, wisdom and knowledge increase day by day, and their mentality is forever young.

Gods are ultimately beings different from mortals.

The only thing that caused them pain was loneliness. Fortunately, there were many ocean gods, and they were accompanied by loyal water elementals, but unfortunately, the ocean was too pure.

After tireless efforts, Zeus finally obtained Metis's position from a graceful ocean nymph with a figure as undulating as waves.

After bidding farewell to the reluctant maiden, Zeus rushed to Metis's location at full speed.

Flying in the sky, He saw a goddess in the distance whose beauty defies description.

A true goddess.

She perfectly matches His image of the goddess.

Even among the Oceanids, who were filled with stunningly beautiful young women, her appearance was so beautiful that it almost took the gods' breath away.

Especially her essence, which is so dazzling and beautiful that even the gods cannot resist the desire to possess her.

She is the embodiment of the laws of wisdom in the universe.

She is the ultimate manifestation of wisdom.

Metis, the goddess of wisdom.

A goddess who needs no other titles.

Wisdom—that is the greatest, most glorious, most precious, most beautiful, and most alluring title.

She is the law conceived by the goddess of freshwater that circulates around the universe and nourishes the world.

It is the most important law of all laws of life, without exception.

It is the embodiment of supreme wisdom.

Her beauty is beyond words; her divine essence holds infinite attraction and allure for all life.

From the day of her birth, this goddess was wholeheartedly protected by Oceanus and his wife, who were not allowed to set foot on the earth.

They were absolutely certain that once this daughter set foot on earth, once Cronus learned of her, he would do everything in his power to devour her without the slightest hesitation or restraint.

Her physical form is that of a stunningly beautiful young girl with long, flowing purple hair and cold, golden eyes that contain boundless spirituality and wisdom.

A dress woven from starlight enveloped her indescribably perfect, divine body.

Clothing only came into existence after the universe gained intelligence.

At this moment, the goddess of wisdom floated above the ocean, casually summoning boundless water elements. She skillfully condensed the water into a planet constructed of water vapor, then tossed it into the vast, empty universe, adding a touch of embellishment to the expansive expanse. This was merely a pastime for her during her idle moments.

Zeus looked at Metis with a fleeting, complex expression, then flew forward and greeted her with his brightest, most cheerful smile: "Beautiful, bright-eyed goddess, may I ask you something, Your Excellency?"

Metis paid no heed or glance at him, but instead summoned the water elemental, condensed another planet, and casually tossed it into the universe, completely ignoring Zeus.

Zeus shrugged, not feeling embarrassed at all, and went to Metis's side, imitating her by stirring up endless water elements and the pure water of the ocean, wanting to create planets.

This matter was not as simple as it seemed; it required a high degree of control. Zeus's first attempt, just as he was about to succeed, unsurprisingly failed spectacularly. A massive amount of pure water crashed back into the ocean, creating towering waves that threatened to engulf the two men.

When the water elemental approaches Metis, it immediately and gently surrounds her, and no matter how terrifying the waves are, they cannot affect her in the slightest.

As for Zeus, caught completely off guard, he was struck by the falling "planet" and crashed into the ocean. He climbed out of the water, soaking wet and looking rather disheveled.

This time, Metis finally looked at Zeus, his cold golden eyes unwavering, and said indifferently, "God from the earth, what is it that you have been looking for me?"

Zeus shook the water off his head and asked with a smile, "Beautiful goddess, how did you know I was looking for you?"

Upon hearing this, Metis glanced at Zeus, then turned and plunged into the ocean, intending to leave.

Zeus hurriedly followed and plunged into the ocean, crying out, "Daughter of the noble Oceanus, goddess of wisdom, please stop!"

"I'm here to ask for help."

Metis stopped, but did not turn around. He replied coldly, "To ask for help, one must be sincere and first reveal one's identity."

Zeus laughed nonchalantly, not caring at Metis's attitude, and quickly said, "Honorable goddess, I am Zeus, son of Rhea, the queen of the gods."

The cool and composed goddess of wisdom narrowed her eyes and slowly turned around to ask, "How did the Queen of Gods manage to do that? Did she have the help of the Great Mother Goddess?"

Zeus thought to himself, "It's so much easier to communicate with a wise god."

Now that we are in the ocean, we can speak freely without fear of any other gods besides the Ocean God and his wife.

He nodded gently, drew near to Metis, and whispered, “With the help of the Great Mother Goddess and the Lady of Night.”

Metis nodded gently, her purple hair flowing like a pure ocean current.

"So you've come to seek the Father's help, right?"

Zeus nodded and then shook his head: "Yes and no."

“This is a very dangerous thing, and I cannot ask the great Oceanus to take the risk with me now.”

"That's for later. I'm here today for only one thing."

"That is to ask for the help of the beautiful goddess before me."

Metis suddenly asked, "Not many gods know me, and even those who do don't understand me. I have nothing that would attract the attention of the gods."

“Your Excellency, son of the Queen of Gods, even if you went directly to visit my Father God, you would be an honored guest. Why have you come to me?”

Zeus said seriously, "Because Oceanus cannot help me win the final victory, but you can."

"This is fate's arrangement."

Metis parted her cherry lips slightly, exhaled softly, and was momentarily lost in thought, seemingly unsure of what she was thinking.
