Chapter 194 Results Announced, Meeting Shen Jun
The next day, at 12:07 PM.

Su Miaoyi, holding An'an, knocked on Shen Yanzhou's door.

Shen Yanzhou opened the door and looked at her: "The results aren't showing up?"

"No," Su Miaoyi shook her head, "Could I borrow your computer for a moment?"

Shen Yanzhou stepped aside to let her in: "What's wrong? Did your antique computer freeze?"

"Today was just an accident," Su Miaoyi said, maintaining her computer.

Shen Yanzhou smiled and nodded: "Okay."

"Why didn't you go to work?" Su Miaoyi changed her shoes and walked inside.

About an hour ago, she received a message from Shen Yanzhou: [Do you need help checking the grades? I'm at home.]
Su Miaoyi replied with a voice message: "No need, it's just a minor grade. I'll start checking it at 12:00. Just wait for my good news at 12:01."

"Working from home." Shen Yanzhou handed her the computer. "What about the good news at 12:01?"

"Just for good luck," Su Miaoyi said. "That's when I checked my grades."

She paused for a moment, her only memory being of Su Miaoyi checking her grades: "When she checked her grades, her whole family sat in front of the computer from noon until three in the afternoon before they finally got the results."

Shen Yanzhou looked at her, smiled, and said, "Some people get their results at noon, but at four o'clock in the afternoon they're still chasing chickens around in the chicken coop of a farmhouse. When they sit in front of the computer at eight o'clock in the evening, they use feathers plucked from the tails of roosters to tap the keyboard to check their results."

Su Miaoyi's lips twitched; she wasn't really keen on accepting his words.

"Then, won't some of these people's families help her investigate?"

“If some little devils won’t allow it, who dares to investigate?” Shen Yanzhou smiled.

Su Miaoyi's lips twitched again.

"Some people" are not her, they are definitely not her.

She would never do that; she's the best girl.

Su Miaoyi turned on her computer, banishing Shen Yanzhou's words from her mind: "Password."

Shen Yanzhou entered the password, and Su Miaoyi tilted her head to look elsewhere.

He looked at her, said nothing, and only sighed softly.

"Why are you sighing?" Su Miaoyi asked.

“You even knew my payment password before,” Shen Yanzhou said. “Why would you hide a computer password?”

Su Miaoyi looked at him.

Shen Yanzhou glanced at her again, then opened the website for checking grades.

Su Miaoyi was still looking at him.

He must have made things up while she had no memory of it.

How could she possibly know something as private as a payment password?

She's not that kind of person.

Upon opening the website, Shen Yanzhou noticed her staring at him and looked at her again, asking, "Do you think I'm talking nonsense?"

Su Miaoyi remained silent, tacitly agreeing.

"You set the payment password on my phone, and then you didn't tell me, and you won't even let me change it myself," Shen Yanzhou said. "It's all your doing."

For some reason, Su Miaoyi suddenly felt a little guilty, but insisted, "I don't believe it."

Shen Yanzhou chuckled: "Check the grades."

I remember my ID number and exam admission ticket number.

After entering the information, she spent a long time refreshing the page.

Around 1 p.m., the page suddenly refreshed.

Su Miaoyi's heart jumped, and then she looked at the results above.

After checking the results, they verified Cheng Jue's name, ID number, and examination admission ticket number.

"You're a really good student," Shen Yanzhou praised. "Your academic performance alone is good enough to get you into a top-tier university."

Su Miaoyi breathed a sigh of relief and nodded.

Shen Yanzhou said, "Aren't you going to make a phone call?"

"Call." Su Miaoyi took out her phone, and just as she was about to dial the number, she glanced at Shen Yanzhou again, "I'll call when I get back."

Although he has no memory of it, if we put ourselves in Shen Yanzhou's shoes, seeing his younger sister so close to another family while not close to him, he might feel bad.

So she plans to go back.

Shen Yanzhou nodded: "Remember to eat."

"Okay," Su Miaoyi said. "I'll treat you to dinner in a couple of days."

Shen Yanzhou smiled. "Are you worried I'll be sad?" "Yes, isn't it obvious?"

“It’s generally obvious,” Shen Yanzhou said. “Go quickly.”

"Okay. Thank you for your computer. I'm not saying this to you, I'm saying it to the computer." Su Miaoyi finished speaking and went back to her own side.

I first called Ge Yu to tell them the results I had found.

Cheng Jue's side hasn't found anything yet.

Upon hearing her score, Ge Yu was speechless and burst into tears.

In the end, Cheng Jue and Su Miaoyi exchanged a few words.

"Hang up, I'll be back in a bit, let's talk when we meet." Su Miaoyi hung up the phone, changed her clothes, and left home.

I'm planning to buy some things before heading back to the old town.

Xinghai Building.

Shen Jun accompanied Xia Ye shopping.

He carried Xia Ye's bag and walked ahead with Xia Ye, followed by two other people, a driver and an assistant, carrying large and small bags.

Shen Jun didn't want to carry anything, so he called his assistant.

He carried a bag on his back, his hands behind his back, and his lips moved several times before he finally said, "Wife, when are we going home?"

"Didn't you just come out?" Xia Ye looked at the shop next door.

“We came out at nine o’clock in the morning, and it’s already three o’clock in the afternoon,” Shen Jun said. “We’ve already visited four shopping malls.”

"Then you should go back first," Xia Ye said.

"I'll stay with you," Shen Jun said.

Xia Ye looked at him: "You complain about being tired, but you insist on coming along. How annoying."

“How could it be annoying? Go out and ask around, who doesn’t go shopping with their wife?” Shen Jun said.

"I don't need anyone to accompany me," Xia Ye frowned.

Shen Jun smiled and said, "I need you to keep me company."

Xia Ye gasped, "Ugh~ So cheesy, so disgusting."

Shen Jun: "."

Xia Ye went into the store and took a liking to a pair of shoes: "How about buying them for Shilan? I think they'd suit her perfectly."

The sales assistant came over to introduce the product to Xia Ye.

Shen Jun glanced at the price: "She definitely won't take it at this price."

Xia Ye glanced at the price, then at the shoes: "They really suit Shilan."

“I shouldn’t have let her marry him in the first place. Of all the people she could have married, he had to be the one.” Shen Jun frowned, his anger rising. “She has restrictions on everything she eats, wears, lives in. Just thinking about her marrying him and living in that three-bedroom apartment makes my heart ache.”

"If you're upset, go cry. They're a perfectly fine couple. They've never even argued in all these years. They love each other so much. You're the one making a fuss," Xia Ye told the sales assistant, adding that she would look around by herself first.

The sales assistant then went to the side.

Shen Jun fell silent.

Xia Ye looked at the others and then suddenly said, "Don't you think Shi Lan has been very happy lately?"

Shen Jun looked at her: "You felt it too? The last time I saw her, I found her to be very energetic, her eyes were shining, and she had a smile on her lips the whole time. I thought I was hallucinating because I was so worried about her."

Xia Ye walked around the store, but didn't find anything he liked, so he headed out: "Ever since Lele left home a few years ago, I haven't seen her truly happy. So I'm also wondering why she's been in such a good mood lately?"

As she spoke, she walked forward, then turned a corner and was startled by the person in front of her.

Distracted, she turned a corner and the person coming from the opposite direction was still quite a distance away, not at all likely to bump into her, but she was suddenly startled.

As Su Miaoyi walked along, glancing at the shops next to her, she noticed out of the corner of her eye that the person in front of her trembled. She stopped and looked over.

Just then, Xia Ye and Shen Jun looked over.

The three of them suddenly looked at each other.

Then Xia Ye shouted, "Ah!"

 It's coming, it's coming, it's finally coming.

I will never stay up this late again tomorrow. If I am late again tomorrow, I will say it again.
