Hualin Garden is a place of longing existing in Buddhist legends and doctrines, but it has no actual location.

That sounds so sophisticated and high-class!

In conjunction with the young monk, this relates to the "fruit of the future" mentioned earlier.

He muttered to himself thoughtfully:

"To obtain the fruit that will exist in the future in the present is what is meant by enlightenment under the Dragon Flower Tree?"

The future Buddha's [fruition], after continuing, has become the manifestation of the present [fruition].

Those who attain the fruit of the future are also experiencing the continuation of the fruit after its manifestation. No wonder, it signifies attaining the fruit of Buddhahood.

Jueming was impressed; he had managed to make sense of this. He had been immersed in Buddhism for many years before he could figure out the intricacies of it all.

As expected of Brother Meng, he was originally wise in his apparent foolishness, but now...
Prajna wisdom!

"The future result is the seed planted by Maitreya Buddha in the future, which then influences the present—a result in the opposite direction?"

Is it possible that one's future Buddhahood will be attained in this very life?

"It means the same thing: to realize the future now is to turn the present into the future and to continue the legacy from Maitreya Buddha's staff."

In summary, it reflects the Buddhist concept of continuity and transition.

What is realism?

That is to obtain the fruit of the future.

If someone has seen the Dragon Flower Tree, can it be interpreted as having visited the Buddhist realm of Maitreya? Failure to retrieve the future fruit means failing to pass this Buddha's test.
