When a person is in a high-ranking position, their words carry the law.

Chapter 135 Absorbing the Essence of the Sun and Moon

Chapter 135 Absorbing the Essence of the Sun and Moon
When all distracting thoughts dissipate, bodily sensations become exceptionally clear.

Bai Ze browsed the projected scriptures, memorized all the displayed texts, and then imitated the posture of the Chakravartin King, sitting cross-legged with his palms facing upward and placed on his lower abdomen, placing his right hand on his left hand, with the tips of his two thumbs touching, forming the meditation mudra.

Visualize the image of the Chakravartin King, empty your mind, and gradually enter a state of meditation.

The mind is still, but the body is not. In this state, the body's perceptions become even more apparent under the reflection of the mind.

Bai Ze could feel the powerful beating of the heart, sense the movement of the internal organs, and feel the flow of blood.

The heartbeat governs the entire body, and the activity of blood vessels is entirely controlled by the heart.

When this perception became fully apparent, Bai Ze saw the complete structure of the heart, and his consciousness automatically sketched out the various shapes of the organs.

Bai Ze's internal energy could flow through every corner of his body, and he could perceive the body's activities through his internal energy, but this observation was definitely not as vivid and concrete as it was now.

It's like a mirror, reflecting every detail of flesh, bones, limbs, and internal organs.

This is a complete introspection, and a further grasp and insight into the body.

Starting with the five senses—sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch—to understand the whole body, one can then develop the sixth, seventh, and eighth consciousnesses, gaining a deeper and more microscopic understanding of the body.

Of the five senses, Bai Ze's sense of smell had long been developed to its limit due to his cultivation of the "Eating Wind and Drinking Dew Technique," while his sense of touch and sight had gradually become more refined through his cultivation in the Buddha Kingdom in his palm.

His ability to remain untouched by water while bathing and to open his eyes underwater are manifestations of this.

Both are from the "Buddha Kingdom in the Palm" cultivation method. Bai Ze has achieved success in that part, and now he is cultivating the "Chakravartin King Cultivation Scripture". As long as he gets into the door, his progress will definitely not be slow.

The eyes, nose, and body are all developed, and the other two senses, which also belong to this body, are gradually developed as well.

In immersive visualization, Bai Ze gradually developed his physical senses, and the visualized Chakravartin King gradually became clearer.

The most obvious one, of course, is the face of the Wheel-Turning King.

Bai Ze's face appeared on the Buddha image. Contemplating the Holy King is actually contemplating oneself, realizing one's true nature. The clearer the mind, the more complete the Buddha image becomes.

Once the dust in one's mind is swept away, an indescribable sense of clarity and comfort arises, immersing one in it, making one unaware of the passage of time.

Until a certain moment, a feeling suddenly appeared, and then Bai Ze opened his eyes.

"it's dark."

He looked around the living room, his expression a mixture of guess and certainty.

The guess was that the living room light was on, but the real reason was some kind of physical sensation.

"My body is telling me it's time to move into a different state."

This feeling was both mysterious and incredibly clear.

Subtle changes occurred in the body's activity, and the body's consciousness, by grasping these subtle changes, fed back to the mind, letting Bai Ze know that it was time to enter another state.

"It's definitely dark now."

Mu Yaoguang sat on a sofa not far away, her posture casual, yet giving off an intangible feeling.

Like the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in temples, they have a dignified appearance and their skin seems to be glowing.

This is a characteristic of celestial beings: a body radiant with light, perfectly formed and flawless, emitting an invisible radiance.

Her realm of understanding was far superior to Bai Ze's, and her comprehension of the "Scripture of the Holy King of Reincarnation" was naturally much deeper. Even though Bai Ze's words could be interpreted as law, at this moment, Bai Ze's understanding could not escape the profound insight of Mu Yaoguang.

"The sun and moon revolve according to their own natural order. If one observes the changes in heaven and earth and follows the timing of the seasons, one can achieve endless wonders."

Mu Yaoguang slowly said, "In Taoist terms, this is about embracing the universe and grasping yin and yang. It is about sensing the changes in the universe and conforming to yin and yang. When the sun rises, one is full of vigor, and after the sun sets, one's body and mind return to tranquility. The so-called 'gathering the spiritual energy of the universe and absorbing the essence of the sun and moon' means not only absorbing the energy of the universe, the sun and moon, but also imitating the movement of the universe to strengthen oneself."

"This part of the technique is profound yet easy to understand, and it develops the body's inner strength. It will be of great benefit to all of you who are currently at the second level."

It may seem like just controlling the body, but if you delve into the cells, down to the level of a mustard seed, then changing the body is just a matter of course. Even having seventy-two transformations like Sun Wukong wouldn't be difficult, so the upper limit is extremely high.

Of course, judging from the accompanying tips, none of the insights from Daxing Temple were at the level of a mustard seed, let alone a cell.

This is not only due to the individual's talent and level of skill, but also because the method of practice is flawed and cannot be perfected.

To master the level of mustard seed, it seems that other techniques would be needed to assist in achieving it.

However, all of these are still too far from Bai Ze's reach. For now, it is enough for him to master the current part of the technique.

Whether it's shaping an aura, transforming a force field, or its subtle and profound effects on developing the body, all of these are enough to bring Bai Ze endless benefits.

By aligning his human body with the heavens and the earth, absorbing the essence of the sun and moon, his cultivation at the second star level can be accelerated once again.

'Wait, she said we...'

Bai Ze recalled Mu Yaoguang's words, his mind stirred, and his gaze shifted.

Sure enough, he saw Luo Shui sitting cross-legged not far away, deep in meditation.

This smiling tiger has also entered a meditative state; it seems she really shouldn't be underestimated.

After all, Luo Shui was Mu Yaoguang's original choice, so her talent was definitely not bad.

"Hehe, sister..."

Luo Shui, who was in deep meditation, murmured a few words, and a look of joy appeared on her face.

Bai Ze: "..."

He looked at Mu Yaoguang and met a pair of equally helpless eyes.

“Luoshui probably used me as the object of his contemplation,” Mu Yaoguang sighed, rubbing her forehead. “It is quite difficult to become a Buddha in oneself, so there is a simpler way in Buddhism, which is to first contemplate the Buddha to elevate oneself, see oneself through the Buddha, and then transform oneself into a Buddha.”

In other words, Luo Shui was visualizing Mu Yaoguang as the Holy King of Reincarnation.

Then, her behavior was in line with her nature. Although it was not as good as Bai Ze's cheating-like enlightenment, it could still be considered as entering the door.

Should we say this smiling tiger's ideas are wildly imaginative, or should we criticize her for being terminally ill?

After much deliberation, Bai Ze could only come to one conclusion: "A large forest has all kinds of birds."

'However, since Luo Shui can use Mu Yaoguang as the object of her visualization, can I also skip the process of the Wheel-Turning Saint King and directly visualize myself?'

Bai Ze's idea came to him on a whim.

Although visualizing the Chakravartin is also visualizing oneself, and the Chakravartin's face is one's own face, it is still borrowing the image of a Buddha.

Wouldn't it be a better way to understand one's true nature if one directly contemplates oneself?
