Annie watched the messages popping up on the screen.

The hem of the clothes in her hands was almost crumpled.

Toby stood beside her, watching her face grow paler and paler. Thinking the room was too cold, he took off his winter coat and draped it over Annie. He put his arm around her shoulder and rubbed his forehead against her cheek. "Annie, don't be afraid. I'm here. I'll make sure nothing happens to you."

Anne looked at Toby, nodded, then nodded again, her expression extremely solemn. "Don't worry, I'm not afraid!"

Anne helped Toby put on the winter coat, then looked at Mantua sitting alone to the side. She walked over, sat down next to her, and greeted her, "Hello, my name is Anne, and I'm Scarlett's sister."

She took out the winter coat Scarlett had left her and handed it to her, saying, "It's so cold. Wear this coat first; it will warm you up a lot."

Manchusa's limbs were numb from the cold, and her face was pale.

After listening to Anne's words.

She looked up a beat late, staring at Anne's face. She reached out and slapped off the winter coat that offered protection from the cold. Her pale lips spoke coldly, "Let me out, or kill me. You bunch of liars! You deceived my sister and Vivian! I hate you all!"

"We didn't lie to you."

Annie picked up the winter coat and covered Manchusa's cold hands, saying quietly, "This world is fake. You're all dead. Even without us, you'd just be a set of data used for a competition a hundred years from now. You don't exist anymore, you've been gone for a long time."

Manchusa paused, her hands warmed by the touch, yet her mind remained chilled. She frowned, but said nothing.

Her sister provided this information indirectly, but she didn't pay attention to it at the time; now, upon reflection, she realizes it's not.

She didn't want to accept it.

She, her sister, and Vivian had been together for many years, their blood ties intertwined. How could they possibly not exist?

Seeing that Manchusa was more moved and less resistant to her, Annie spread out her winter coat and draped it over Manchusa. "Don't worry, you will see your sister."

"Really?" Manqiusha's eyes finally lit up when she mentioned her sister.

Anne nodded. "Really."

the other side.

Scarlett is still entangled with Sack.

Unlike her initial burst of energy, as the match progressed, her stamina waned, and she gradually showed signs of defeat.

After the dragon drew a circle in the air, it could no longer launch an attack on Sak. Its body paused, and it fell down erratically.

Zheko reacted quickly and caught Scarlett.

Mo Ting, who was a step behind, glared fiercely at his retreating figure.

Holst, Chiye, and Tyron moved forward together, blocking Scarlett and Zheko's path, ready to confront Sack at any moment.

Riley looked at Scarlett, who was curled up in Zheko's arms, her face pale. His dark green eyes were dry. He took off his clothes and covered Scarlett with them.

Brian and Ashley kept spraying the surrounding ice with their flamethrowers, trying to raise the temperature as much as possible.

Mo Ting held Scarlett's hand, thinking to himself how to kill this despicable mermaid.

They dare to hurt Scarlett.

He must tear him to pieces.

When Sack saw that Scarlett, the only one among them with any mental strength, had been defeated, he couldn't help but laugh. His sharp teeth, densely packed, spilled from his bright red lips, a look that was terrifying, bloodthirsty, and cruel, just like his true nature.

Sak looked at Tyrion, "How about it? Do you want to give it a try, Poseidon?"

Sak emphasized the last two words, his tone filled with sarcasm.

Tyron stepped forward, his gaze sharp as a knife. "That's exactly what I was thinking."

Just as he was about to make a move, someone gently tugged at the hem of his clothes behind him.

"Tyron, no."

Scarlett said in a weak voice.

Upon hearing Scarlett's voice, Tyron quickly turned around, "Scarlett."

Scarlett looked at him with her clear, bright eyes. "You're not allowed to use your mental powers."

“But…” Tyron frowned.

Scarlett held up two fingers at him. "Don't worry, I have a backup plan."

"The second option?" Tyron was taken aback.

Before I could ask, a fawning and obsequious voice came from not far away.

"Officer Zoe, I've been waiting for you! Please come with me, the escaped prisoner is inside."

Matthew led in a strikingly beautiful woman in military uniform.

Nodding and bowing, she smiled like a flower.

Zoe glanced at him, her face expressionless, but a faint smile played on her lips; she clearly enjoyed Matthew's obsequious manner.

They came in.

Zoe glanced at Scarlett and the others, seemingly indifferent.

He looked up again at Sak, who was suspended in the air.

He pulled out a chain from his pocket, shook it, and said with a forced smile, "Long time no see, Sak."

Sack's expression changed, realizing he had been tricked, and he turned to leave.

Zoe wasn't about to let him go.

The chain in his hand was flung out.

Orange spiritual energy adhered to it, engulfing Sak like wildfire.

Sak struggled desperately, but could not break free of the chains. Not only was his soul trembling, but his mental consciousness was also collapsing one after another. Before long, he was wrapped up by the chains and could not move.

"Wow! As expected of Officer Zoe, you're absolutely invincible when you make a move!"

Matthew exclaimed in admiration, "It's a blessing for all of us in the interstellar world to have you protecting us! Not only did you easily subdue the wanted criminals, but you also captured the escaped convicts. You're amazing, truly amazing!"

Zoe glanced at him, her face full of enjoyment. "Of course."

She patted Matthew on the shoulder and said, "Don't worry, I'll remember your contribution."

With that, Zoe retrieved the chains and turned to leave.

They completely ignored the group of people standing around them.

Matthew followed closely behind, but glanced back at Scarlett and nodded quietly.

Scarlett understood and stood up with Zheko's help. "Let's go, take Mantua to find Rachel."

……

……

Manchusa saw Rachel in the grove near Lanxi Street.

At that time, Rachel was on the verge of death, hiding in a cave with a corpse at her feet.

She took the pill Scarlett gave her, which allowed her to temporarily conceal her presence and avoid being detected by the police.

When Manqiusha saw her, her eyes reddened as she rushed over, "Sister."

Rachel was surprised to see Mantua again. She smiled, her eyes filled with immense comfort.

She stroked Manqiusha's cheek and said, "Manqiusha, I'm relieved to see you're alright."

Scarlett followed behind Mantua.

Rachel looked over Manchusa's thin shoulder at Scarlett and said, "Thank you."

Scarlett felt unworthy of the honor and lowered her head, unsure how to respond. She left the cave, giving the two sisters a chance to be alone.

A short while later, Matthew ran over, having changed into a navy blue police uniform. He looked much more energetic, but his beady eyes were still as shifty as ever, making him look nothing like a good person.

Matthew said, "Are you done yet? Zoe has already started a large-scale manhunt for the wanted criminals. If we don't act now, it will be too late."

Scarlett nodded and led Matthew into the cave.

When Rachel saw them come in, she knew her time was up. She pushed Manjusha aside and looked calmly at Scarlett and Matthew.

"Sister?" Manchusa looked at Rachel with confusion, not understanding what she meant.

Rachel said, "Manchusha, from today onwards, you are no longer Manchusha, you are Louisa."

“Luisa? Why?” Mantua asked in surprise.

Scarlett: "Because if you want to live, the best way is to become someone else and leave this planet."

Scarlett didn't know if this method would work.

Will Mantua's fate be changed because of this?

But she had to try.

Louisa's information was altered by her when the USB key was inserted into the police station's computer, and changed to Manchusa's.

Mercard was ruthless. After the fake Louisa entered the police station, in order to prevent his own activities from being exposed, he ordered Ross to kill her.

Upon learning that the fake Louisa was dead, Cressho felt he had avenged Louisa and had no attachment to this world, so he committed suicide that very day.

Adding to today's chaos, the police station no longer exists.

Manchusa could use Louisa's identity to deceive everyone.

Matthew handed a police uniform to Manchusa, saying, "Hurry up and put it on. If Zoe's men find this place first, you won't be able to get a 'promotion and raise'."

Manchusa was still hesitating.

Scarlett reassured her, "Don't worry, your sister won't die. Although they are wanted criminals, they have repented and participated in the arrest. They can get a reduced sentence in the interstellar court trial, and it won't be a death sentence. You can visit her anytime you want, but only if you are still alive."

The mission has always been to find 12 wanted criminals, not to kill 12 wanted criminals.

Therefore, whether the wanted criminal is dead or captured by Zoe, the mission is considered complete.

Matthew patted his chest and assured them, "Without your sisters, we wouldn't have been able to catch the wanted criminals. Don't worry, I will definitely plead for them in court."

Manchusa tightened her grip on her fingers and glanced at her sister one last time.

Her sister nodded at her.

Her eyes filled with tears, and she nodded, "Okay."

[Task 1: Locate 12 wanted criminals. (Completed)]
Before boarding the spaceship, Manchusa whispered to Scarlett, "Is this world real or fake?"

Scarlett said, "Live well, and this world will be real. Your sister, Vivian, and the others will always be there for you."

……

……

A portal appeared before Scarlett's eyes.

Just as Riley said, there are several ways to complete this stage of the game.

Martin stood before the portal, bowed to Scarlett, and said respectfully, "Congratulations, Your Highness, on successfully completing the level. Please choose your portal now."

There are six portals behind Martin, each corresponding to one of the six phases.

This means that Scarlett and her friends can go straight to the sixth stage.

But that's only if you're lucky enough.

If you are unfortunately selected for the first stage.

That would be tragic.

They were eliminated immediately.

Martin gave them half an hour to think it over.

If you do not enter the portal within half an hour, you will be eliminated.

Scarlett sighed and complained, "Who invented this kind of level?! We barely escaped death, and now we have to face another challenge."

Mo Ting gestured with his lips, "Your Majesty."

Scarlett paused for a moment.

Oh, it's okay.

Half an hour passed in a flash, and the countdown was about to end.

All six doors were identical, leaving no room for analysis. Everyone handed the choice to Scarlett, who gritted her teeth and chose door number three.

She believes in her lucky number.

Before entering, Tyron called out to her, "Scarlett, I'm leaving."

Scarlett paused. "Tyron, aren't you coming with us?"

Tyron looked at her and said, "That boy Sevier is too precious. He'll get cold if he stays in the sea for too long. If I don't go back soon, he'll probably start crying."

He actually foresaw what dangers would arise in this situation, so he stayed here in place of Sevier.

But I didn't expect it.

Scarlett cracked it herself.

However, when he broke through the barrier to find Scarlett, his soul was still corrupted by the sacrifice. Even though he stopped it in time, he could not recover and could only return to the sea.

If he dies, he will have returned to his roots.

But Scarlett must not know about this.

He wanted to live forever in her heart.

Scarlett hummed in agreement, her face showing little surprise. She reached out and opened Tyron's palm, handing him the key-shaped jade pendant.

The jade pendant landed in Tyron's palm.

Suddenly, a pale blue light burst forth, illuminating everyone present.

The unparalleled light blinded them.

Tyron stared at the jade pendant in disbelief, his mind trembling violently. Deep within his soul, tides surged and seawater boiled. The souls of past sea gods, glowing with blue light, flew out and then flew into his brow, repairing his shattered soul.

Scarlett smiled and said, "I guess this jade pendant is your 'Heart of the Ocean,' returned to its rightful owner. See you next time, Tyron."

Scarlett opened the portal.

He led everyone inside.

Before each person went in, they would pat Tyron on the shoulder, acknowledging and accepting his presence, and say with a smile, "See you next time, Tyron."

Tyron looked at them, gripping the jade pendant in his hand tightly. "See you next time."

He closed his eyes, and his consciousness sank to the bottom of the sea.

In the deep sea.

Sevia is swimming.

The fish tail sways leisurely in a deep blue expanse.

When she saw him return, her face flushed, she excitedly went to greet him, "Brother."

There was no sense of loss from being abandoned or confined.

Tyron looked at him, stroked his silver-white hair, and said calmly, "Alright, go back now, she's waiting for you."

Sevier nodded emphatically, and with a flick of his tail, he leaped out of the water.
