Dao Huang then said, "So, my predecessor was an accident from the very beginning, a lifeless tool?"

The Supreme Lord of Morality said, “You can think of it that way, or you can think that all of this has nothing to do with you now. After all, your birth is a miracle, and you are the first consciousness to be born in this body. From this perspective, you are you, without a past life, and untouched by cause and effect.”

Dao Huang said, "I feel much more at ease now that the Heavenly Venerable has said so. But in any case, I was born because of you, and from now on, I should regard you as my teacher."

The Supreme Being said, “There is no need for that. Your birth was also an accident for me, and I have not taught you anything.”

Dao Huang remained unmoved: "Without your transformation, my predecessor would not have been born. Without you placing my predecessor on the ancient star of the primordial world to nurture my corpse and communicate with spirits, I would not have been born."

The Celestial Venerable said, “That makes sense. Our connection is indeed too close, and it’s not good to separate us now. How about this, from now on we will address each other as fellow disciples?”

Dao Huang said, "That's fine then, Senior Brother Dao De."

Although the fact that his predecessor was merely a tool used by the Celestial Venerable of Morality to assist his cultivation made the Dao Emperor feel somewhat complicated, he quickly adjusted and continued, "Senior brother, the Great Dao imprints you left in my body seem rather special, making them difficult for me to analyze. Perhaps this is an extremely special kind of technique?"

The Celestial Venerable said, "Yes, the method you practiced in your previous life did not come from the secret realm system of this era, but from the cultivation method that was popular in the mysterious and chaotic ancient era before the mythological era. That was a different system."

"After I transformed into my sixth incarnation, the reason I traveled the human world relying on your previous body was because, through deduction, I approached an ancient Buddhist site and, with the help of the laws of the Bodhi tree, opened this secret treasure, thereby obtaining the cultivation methods of the chaotic ancient era and some Buddhist scriptures."

"Later, I used your previous incarnation to cultivate this chaotic ancient system, and comprehend and practice Buddhism, and finally achieved great results."

Upon hearing this, Dao Huang's attention was immediately drawn: "The Chaotic Ancient System? Buddhism?"

Upon hearing this, Dao Huang couldn't help but think of those Earth Immortals and Sui Huang, and immediately said, "This mortal universe seems to be more complex than it appears; there must be many hidden experts, right?"

The Celestial Venerable of Morality said, "Yes, there is more than one Immortal in the Mortal Realm now, not to mention the others who have not yet succeeded."

Thus, the Dao Emperor obtained from the Moral Celestial Venerable a general overview of the various cultivators currently existing in the mortal universe, including those who had become Immortals in the Mortal World, such as the Limitless Celestial Venerable, the Primordial Celestial Venerable, the Spiritual Treasure Celestial Venerable, and the Limitless Daoist; those exploring the path to Immortality, such as the Undying Celestial Emperor, the Taiyin Human Emperor, and the Sui Emperor; and six Earth Immortals, including the Longevity Celestial Venerable, the Underworld Emperor, and the Sun Holy Emperor. At that moment, the Dao Emperor felt that the mortal universe was truly a place where hidden talents abounded, and he was deeply impressed by the many extraordinary individuals hidden within.

However, this also made Dao Huang's passion for cultivation and seeking the Dao even stronger.

The Dao Emperor asked, "What cause and effect?"

The Celestial Venerable said, “As you probably know, my time in the human universe is already very limited. After I leave, the first thing is that this Great Luo Immortal Mountain and the Bodhi Ancient Tree need someone to help me settle them.”

"Of course, that's not the point. The point is that when I obtained the Chaotic Ancient Method and the ancient Buddhist scriptures, I promised a resurrected deity that I would pass on these inheritances to the descendant of the revival of Buddhism who would appear in their prophecy."

"Perhaps after I leave, I will still need your help with this matter."

The Celestial Venerable of Morality made a pact with that divine being while wearing the body of the Bodhi Divine Embryo, and it was this body that cultivated the Chaotic Ancient Methods and Buddhist scriptures. If the Dao Emperor also wants to comprehend and cultivate this system and Buddhist scriptures, then he should naturally bear this karmic burden as well.

Dao Huang was naturally aware of this, but he couldn't help but ask, "Brother Dao De, are you so sure that I can survive in the mortal universe, stay long enough, and even become a mortal immortal?"

The Supreme Lord of Morality said, “I have faith in you. And if you really are going to leave the human universe in the future, then all you have to do is find a suitable person before that and entrust this matter to him, isn’t that enough?”

"Of course, it's not time yet, and I won't leave right away. So I was just saying that."

"Alright, junior brother, you're getting impatient, aren't you? I won't disturb you any longer as you explore the future. If you have any questions, junior brother, you can always come to me for advice."

Having said that, the Celestial Venerable of Morality quietly departed and began his own cultivation.

Dao Huang remained silent, putting all these questions aside and beginning to study the various methods derived and created by the countless Dao-proving beings collected by the Moral Celestial Venerable, attempting to select the method suitable for himself.

After all, no matter what the future holds, it's always right to try to transform and embark on the path of immortality in the mortal world.
