Chapter 341 Buddha Head Star Region
Over a hundred years passed, and under the influence of the aura of the Celestial Venerable of Morality, the black ox unconsciously developed its full bloodline, naturally beginning to master the cultivation method most suitable for its race. Moreover, this naturally contained some of the secrets of the strongest foundation-building scripture—the Dao Scripture.

The Celestial Venerable of Morality was right; he indeed did not impart any scriptures or supernatural powers to the Black Ox. However, in the eyes of this exceptionally perceptive Black Ox, every move and every breath of the Celestial Venerable of Morality subtly influenced his own energy, allowing him to gain insights from them.

Furthermore, since the Moral Celestial Venerable's avatar was born from the Bodhi Tree, even though the Moral Celestial Venerable concealed all his aura, the black ox beside him experienced a significant boost in enlightenment, just as if it were under the Bodhi Tree.

Therefore, the black ox's foundation grew deeper and deeper, and his cultivation level gradually increased. Now he is already a saint, and his combat power is extremely extraordinary.

However, during this period of time, the Celestial Venerable of Morality remained unchanged, still appearing as an immortal with an air of otherworldly grace but without any cultivation.

Through his travels over the years, the Celestial Venerable of Morality understood that the Dharma he sought was not found here, and the journey must continue. However, this didn't bother him much, as the lifespan of this avatar was also quite long; he could simply let nature take its course. Moreover, his travels in the mortal world seemed to have given him a new kind of insight.

In this bustling world, there is also the possibility of him going even further.

However, for Black Bull, this was enough to prove his master's extraordinary nature. After all, nothing had changed in a hundred years; this was simply impossible for an ordinary person. Moreover, he seemed to know everything; no matter what people or things he encountered, Black Bull could answer any question without hesitation.

Of course, the most crucial point is that even though he had become a saint, he still couldn't see through this old man's true nature. On the contrary, he felt that the other party was unfathomable and pointed directly to the Great Dao.

One day, the Celestial Venerable said, "Ox, I am about to leave this ancient planet of life."

Black Bull was taken aback for a moment, then asked, "Where are we going?"

The Celestial Venerable of Morality sighed, “You are now a sage, and your path of cultivation has begun. From now on, you only need to work hard on your own. Now that the path ahead is clear, you no longer need to follow me.”

Black Ox immediately knelt down: "Master, don't abandon me. Without your guidance, how could I have reached this point? Please continue to let me serve you and repay your kindness in teaching me."

The Celestial Venerable said, "This journey could last for thousands of years. You will be leaving your homeland and not know when you will be able to return. Why bother?"

Black Ox said, "My mind is made up. Please allow me to continue to follow you!"

The Supreme Lord of Morality shook his head and said, "In that case, let's go."

On this day, the black ox carried the Celestial Venerable Morality to the heavens, and a purple aura rose up, enveloping him and taking him into the depths of the starry sky.

Black Bull was thrilled to see this; his dream had actually come true at this moment. Most importantly, although the origin of this purple energy was unknown, it had given him a complete transformation, making his bloodline perfect.

Even his flesh and bones exuded a faint Daoist charm, as if he were in harmony with the Dao and extremely close to the laws of heaven.

It was obvious that his master had used some means to further enhance his talent and aptitude. Although he still didn't know who this master was or how powerful he was, he was absolutely certain that he had stumbled upon a divine destiny.

Having attained enlightenment for many years, the Celestial Venerable of Morality, though not yet mortal, already possessed a profound understanding of the laws of heaven and earth. Therefore, with a mere thought, he extracted a sliver of the primordial essence containing countless laws, further enhancing the black ox's innate talent and aptitude. In the starry sky, the Celestial Venerable of Morality rode the black ox, traversing the cosmos westward. Of course, although the black ox was a sage, its speed in the universe was still insufficient.

Therefore, a purple aura constantly surrounded them, greatly increasing the black ox's speed. Moreover, this purple aura also supported the black ox's continuous cultivation and progress. Although they didn't know where their destination was, the Celestial Venerable of Morality had a vague feeling that they were almost there.

Suddenly, the Black Bull, who had already cultivated into a Saint King, stopped what he was doing, looked at the starry sky in front of him, and said, "Master, the shape of this star field seems a bit strange. Why does it look like a human head?"

The Celestial Venerable of Morality looked out and discovered that beneath the endless intertwining of stars in the distance, a star system faintly formed the shape of a head. Moreover, this head had a peculiar shape and strange appearance, resembling the head of a Buddha.

Although the Celestial Venerable of Morality has existed in this mortal realm for countless years, there are still many star regions in this universe that he has never set foot in. This place is one of them.

In today's universe, Buddhism has almost completely disappeared, with only some supernatural powers and fragments of scriptures remaining, and some cultivation forces have developed, but Buddhism still does not truly exist as a sect.

Although they are basically extinct, the fact that monks still exist in many places in the universe shows that Buddhism must have been very prosperous in the past.

From this strangely shaped star field, the Celestial Venerable of Morality faintly sensed the aura of a previous era. Perhaps this star field was opened up by the Buddhist forces of the previous era, but now one could hardly sense any Buddhist aura in this star field.

Perhaps in the past, this star field was much larger than it is now, with countless stars forming a complete Buddha statue, instead of just a Buddha head as it is now.

Suddenly, the Celestial Venerable of Morality realized that perhaps the Dao and Dharma he had deduced should be right here. The Dharma of the ancient Buddhist sect was indeed completely different from everything he had practiced before. If this avatar of his could practice Buddhism, it would indeed be possible to achieve a Dao fruit that was completely different from what he had done before.

After all, this clone of his was born from the Bodhi Tree, which is inextricably linked to Buddhism in legends. Perhaps a supreme Buddhist figure from a previous era once possessed this tree. Furthermore, since the elixir of immortality is said to be the transformation of immortals after their death, this Bodhi Tree might also originate from Buddhism.

However, in this case, perhaps Buddhism is indeed the Dharma he is looking for.

Thinking of this, the Celestial Venerable said, "This place may come from an ancient sect, Buddhism."

Black Bull said, "Buddhism? Those sects of monks? They don't seem any different to me."

The Celestial Venerable of Morality shook his head and said, "They are not true Buddhists; they only have the form. Although this place comes from the ancient Buddhist sect, I'm afraid there are no true Buddhist disciples among them."

Black Bull said, "Then, sir, shall we go?"

The Celestial Venerable of Morality calmed his mind and sensed the aura dissipating within this star field. He then clearly felt an ancient aura that was about to completely dissipate. This aura seemed to subtly resonate with the aura of the ancient Bodhi tree he carried.

So he said, "Go."
