And his eyes, unlike Venom or Anti-Venom which have relatively regular shapes, are surrounded by constantly twisting and deforming biomass, making him look more unstable and more fragile. His eyes can only form a rough outline and are constantly being destroyed and reassembled.

What's even more terrifying is his current state. Because the building's power is out, the elevator should theoretically be out of service, but he is slowly pulling himself out of the elevator doors. Bright red, blood-like mucous membranes are being torn out bit by bit by this monster from the gaps in the elevator doors.
