Chapter 451 Prisons are for getting out of.

As a humanitarian among the Avengers, Hank Pym regularly visits Raft Prison to provide psychological counseling to the prisoners. Today is no exception; he is counseling a supervillain named Red Ghost.

Red Ghost is a delusional guy. After seeing the success of the Fantastic Four, he inexplicably claimed that Reed Richards had plagiarized his research and that he should have been the one to become Mr. Fantastic. So, he designed a very green spacecraft and took three monkeys into space.

As it turned out, he and his monkey actually gained superpowers because of cosmic rays, and then launched a "revenge" against the Fantastic Four. Of course, they failed and were sent here by the Fantastic Four.

“Well, Mr. Red Ghost, I’ve noticed a significant… decline in your scientific and cultural knowledge.”

Pym, watching Ultron perform the test on Ghost, asked curiously, "Can you tell us why?"

"For no reason, Pym! Hahaha!"

Pym sighed helplessly and left Red Spectre's cell. He noticed that many prisoners had become restless lately. Based on Ultron's data, he quickly found the root of the problem: the tech wizard, Bingley Whitman.

“Mr. Whitman, we need to talk.”

Whitman was doing some calculations on the wall with chalk when she heard Pym's voice. Without any surprise, she asked, "What's wrong, Dr. Pym?"

“I’m curious, why do you keep communicating with the prisoners and spreading false ideas to them?” Pym asked the man in front of him, frowning. “Don’t you know that the ultimate goal of this prison is to enable you to reintegrate into society?”

"Reintegrating into society?"

Whitman gave a mocking smile: "That's your first mistake. How many of these people are unable to return to normal life? Hmm? Dr. Pym, you've overestimated human nature."

"This makes me wonder if you're as smart as the rumors say, especially after I came to this prison."

"What's the meaning."

“You’ve locked up all the world’s most dangerous prisoners together, thinking that a ship sailing freely in the Atlantic is the ideal cage—and perhaps it is, with nowhere to go but nowhere to hide. But any design will break down, and there will come a day when it can’t withstand the pressure.”

"You want to escape? That's impossible, you can't do it."

“We don’t need to do it, Dr. Pym, we just need to wait.” Whitman turned around and looked at Pym, who at that moment finally saw what Whitman had written.

Today is the day.

In just a moment, the entire raft prison was plunged into darkness.

The person responsible for all of this was Max Dillon, also known as Electro.

A supervillain who everyone believed had died due to the collapse of the escape route was actually not dead. He was revived by Doctor Octopus Otto Octavia through a device and has been recuperating ever since.

Otto rescued Electro not out of kindness. Firstly, Electro was killed by Spider-Man before reaching his full potential, meaning Spider-Man's victory didn't prove Electro was weak. Therefore, based on strength considerations, Otto chose Electro to join his Sinister Six. Secondly, to complete the escape plan from the Raft prison, they needed Electro. Only his virtually limitless ability to absorb and control electrical energy could guarantee the escape's success, making it unstoppable.

Electro was very grateful to Dr. Otto Octavia for granting him the ability to absorb electrical energy without limit. In addition, he had a deep hatred for Spider-Man, so he agreed to the request and raided the Raft Prison at the designated time, absorbing all the electrical energy in the prison.

In an instant, Tony Stark's prized energy cage disintegrated due to the loss of power, and the metal gates, which had been set in motion for emergency braking, failed to close due to the lack of electricity. Furthermore, almost all of Ultron's jailers lost power and became motionless.

Only Ant-Man reacted immediately. In the instant before darkness fell, he shrunk rapidly using Pym Particles and rushed towards Otto Octavia, intending to knock him unconscious first.

But the electric current that enveloped the entire cell knocked Pym to the ground and illuminated the whole room.

“Dr. Pym, I want you to understand that you are not dealing with a few prisoners or superpowered villains.”

"In fact, almost all of them."

Pym glanced at Otto, then immediately slipped away. Otto looked at Electro indifferently: "Where's my stuff?"

"It's all here, Doctor." Taking Otto's equipment and fitting it to him, he felt a rare sense of familiarity. The familiar metal arm, along with the unconscious symbiote he had created, helped him regain control of his gradually collapsing body. With the mechanical claw reconnecting to the spinal cord, Doctor Octopus finally officially announced his return.

"Drive the raft prison to the nearest land, Electro. We need to get everyone out of the way so the Avengers won't pay attention to us."

As Otto spoke, he took the other items that Electro had brought: "And remember to turn on the lights, I'm going to find some other friends."

With the power system failing, all the prisoners were released in confusion. Otto walked towards his target cells, showing the prisoners that they had gained temporary freedom. He first went to Scorpion's room and installed the artificial spine he had prepared beforehand on him.

The scorpion let out a painful howl, then got up.

"Dr. Octavia, it's been a long time."

"Long time no see, Gagen. To be honest, if you hadn't undergone the modification of a scorpion, the natural enemy of spiders, which allows you to physiologically suppress its special senses, I wouldn't have bothered to release you."

“Ah, Spider-Man, I miss him so much.” Scorpion grinned menacingly. “He got that damned witch to mess with my brain and then ruin me!”

Doctor Octopus smiled and said, "Spider-Man is everyone's enemy, which is why I've gathered everyone together. We need to work together to defeat Spider-Man."

As the scorpion reattached its tail, it asked Doctor Octopus curiously, "Us? Who else is there?"

"You'll find out soon enough. Welcome to the Evil Six."

I don't plan to split it into volumes. Do you guys think it's necessary?
