Chapter 321 The Spider Web Incident?

Venom, transformed into its "power type" form, is putting in a good beating on the Hulk Spider. It's worth noting that it's described as a beating because the Hulk Spider isn't actually that strong; it's roughly on par with, or even weaker than, the Wasteland Hulk.

This involves a very perplexing aspect of the Hulk: once the Hulk stops getting angry, his fighting power drops drastically. The Hulk Spider is essentially the Hulk without anger. He has conquered his world for over a decade, is invincible, and nothing can anger him anymore. As a result, his intelligence has started to rise, and he's begun to learn and act like an adult.

While this doesn't change the fact that the Hulk becomes stronger when he's angry, it definitely weakens his basic combat abilities, putting him at a disadvantage from the start of the fight.

Then he was repeatedly beaten by Venom.

Venom is different now. Although it can only seal the consciousness of Riot, a symbiote that already has a code, by consuming Grendel, Venom has been given a real boost. He beat up the Hulk Spider and kept punching its head, with only one goal in mind.

Why don't you just knock Hulk unconscious?
Normally, this kind of thing wouldn't happen, but the initial power gap between Hulk and Venom was just too big, so... he was knocked unconscious very quickly. Then Venom turned back into Peter, and Peter picked up the Hulk Spider ring.

There's a special kind of energy in this, like magic.

So this is the shield that Strange couldn't break through?
Peter squeezed the spider lamp ring and the little spider inside to death with a forceful squeeze. For some reason, he felt that the spider looked a bit like Calkin, and he found it somewhat disgusting.

Hopefully, after killing him, Strange will know he's safe here.

When he crushed the ring, Peter saw a person sitting cross-legged, floating in the air, wearing the same magic cloak as Strange, but covered in spiderweb-like patterns.

The other person undoubtedly had the same face as me, and looked at me as I crushed the ring. It was as if they were saying, "You won."

Then, the Hulk Spider vanished like a gust of wind.

Who is that? A Spider-Man version of the Sorcerer Supreme?

Then, in a cycle of forgetting and remembering, he discovered two Gwens who looked exactly alike—well, dressed exactly the same, and had exactly the same abilities.

After identifying which one was his Gwen, Peter used spider silk to stick to her back and pulled her over. Peter then expressed utter confusion.

"I have a question: when did you acquire the spider ability?"

Gwen answered quite matter-of-factly, "Spider isotope serum, huh?"

Peter knew about this stuff; in a way, it was the ultimate version that the Pentagon's Brutal Force Project on Earth 616 was trying to achieve. It wasn't a permanent super-soldier serum, but it was powerful and had no side effects.

The non-permanence aspect might be a problem for those who want to become superheroes, but for the Pentagon, it's enough.

Peter secretly made a mental note of the fact that he had to remember not to let Gwen bring this thing home.

Of course, Gwen didn't care about that. She was just watching the battle between Spider Gwen and Cindy Moon from Earth 65, and asked eagerly, "Aren't we going to get involved?"

“No, I met a Spider-Man named Miguel before. He encountered something that caused the universe to collapse due to unauthorized interference. These events are called the Web Incidents, and we suspect that the Web Incidents were a consequence of excessive interference with other Spider-Men.” Gwen paused for a moment, then expressed confusion: “What do you mean by excessive interference?”

"You can change the plot, but you can't change the protagonist."

Miguel, who had been missing for a long time, reappeared. Gwen looked at this muscular man, as strong as Captain America, the dark-style Spider-Man from DC, with slight surprise. He just appeared out of a time tunnel. She was a little surprised, but Peter's spider sense had already confirmed his arrival.

To be precise, he sensed something immediately after he crushed the ring.

"Like many universes, this universe is protected by a spatial barrier. I'm not sure what happened, but after detecting the possibility of a spiderweb event and the intense vibrational frequency of the multiverse, this is what happened. As expected, it's your business."

Miguel glanced at Gwen next to Peter: "You brought it, take it back yourself. I only prepared a bracelet for you, not for your teammates."

"It's alright, the spatial barrier has disappeared, I can go back on my own, and then what?"

"You made the right decision, Spider-Man. I've detected that reality is teetering on the edge, and it was the right choice for you not to get involved any further."

Miguel continued to explain: "In any case, this final battle can only be completed by her. This is the story of Spider-Man in this world, and she must at least have a protagonist's battle, as a mark of Spider-Man in this universe."

Gwen looked at Miguel with some dissatisfaction: "Who is he? Blue Panther? Cloaked Blue Army? Darkened Garfield? Or the Free Man?"

Miguel stared at Gwen with disapproval, then turned to Peter, his meaning clear: humans belong to your universe, you brought them here, so you should take care of them.

"Okay, this is Miguel O'Hara, Spider-Man from Earth 928. In his universe, the year is 2099. He's also the Spider-Man I met when I traveled through the universe before."

Peter then introduced the Spider-Legion to Miguel: "There's a group of guys who call themselves the Spider-Gods. They've chosen to recruit a large number of Spider-Men who are eager to conquer their universe to join their cause. There are a lot of them. This is the second time I've seen them. They're here to recruit Spider-Silk, that is, the spider totem with long claws."

Miguel finally frowned.

Previously, when Peter mentioned building a Spider-Man multiverse base, Miguel wasn't too concerned, treating it merely as a transit point. But now that the evil and ambitious Spider-Totems have assembled into an organization, Miguel feels the need to form a Spider-Alliance.

"What is their purpose?"

"To deal with a more powerful enemy, we need to expand our army."

This is not good news, Miguel thought, glancing at the battle unfolding to the side.

It's clear that the battle between Spider-Gwen and Green Goblin against Dr. Silk is nearing its end.
