The shockwave, like a towering wave, expanded and exploded outward from the center of the collision, tearing up the ground layer by layer before being shattered by the energy impact.

Any raised areas were roughly erased.

The once bustling town is now reduced to a giant, semi-circular crater, its surface smooth as glass. Surrounding the town are concentric rings of flat land, the edges of which lie still burning debris from the forest.
