Chapter 182 Rules
The hellfire ignited into a tiny flame, the temperature of which was probably too low to even cook an egg, and it was over very quickly.

It's just a little bit of hellfire, nothing serious.

Baling felt as if several flies were buzzing around his ears, and then it felt like someone had burned him with a cigarette butt.

The damage caused is less than the automatic regeneration of the soul.

"That's utterly ridiculous!"

With a punch, Johnny fell to the ground, and then the skeleton was stepped on.

The hellfire spread upwards from the point of contact, covering Baling's body with sharp white bones, and then growing a layer of mana-absorbing straw inner armor inside, providing ample protection.

Baling's solid defense and astonishing resurrection power allowed him to directly withstand the Hellfire and then relentlessly beat the Ghost Rider.

The senior players have completed their suppression and torment of the newbies.

Johnny: The experience was terrible.

"Johnny, you've disappointed me so much. I'm no longer a fan. You're a wicked devil behind all this. You've disgraced all your fans. Instead of relying on your own strength, you've resorted to crooked means. You've fallen."

"To avoid disappointing your fans, I'll give you a chance: kill yourself."

While launching a verbal attack, Baling relentlessly pounded Johnny's bones.

However, even ants try to survive, let alone someone who has just reunited with his ex-girlfriend. Johnny just doesn't want to die!
The vengeful spirit possessing his body is incredibly powerful; it can unleash hellfire to force a new wave of attacks whenever his life is threatened.

However, the Spirit of Vengeance did not attack in its full form. Even with a high degree of compatibility with Johnny's body, it could not unleash its full power and could only silently take the beating.

A strong ability to resist is a problem.

Baling couldn't simply cripple it and then refine it in an instant.

Later in the fight, Balingdu had to stop and catch its breath.

"Why are you chasing me and hitting me? What did I do wrong?" Johnny was finally able to speak.

"Your power is too dangerous, and you harbor ambitions to harm humanity. As a champion of justice, I cannot stand idly by. Johnny, if you have any conscience left, give up and accept your fate. I promise you a quick death."

Baling tried his best to persuade Johnny to repent and surrender.

"You've hit the wrong person! I'm innocent! It was all done by Loark, he ordered me to do it!"

Johnny tried to defend himself, but Baling was stunned when he heard that there was a mastermind behind Johnny. It turned out that there was a powerful expert behind Johnny, and an even more powerful evil being.

Sure enough, this mission was not so simple.

Seeing that Baling had stopped attacking, Johnny quickly recounted in detail how he signed the contract when he was seventeen, how he was ordered to hunt down Blackheart Demon tonight, and how he was ultimately burned by hellfire and transformed into a skull.

After hearing Johnny's story, Baling was skeptical, but ultimately did not deny it outright.

He had long understood the devil's treachery.

But if what Johnny said is true, then many things can be explained.

Johnny, who possesses such power, uses it so clumsily because it's his first day on the account and he hasn't yet become familiar with the mechanics.

Despite it being a matter of great importance that threatens humanity, I always felt that Johnny was not capable enough and lacked wisdom in his actions.

If the real mastermind is someone else, then the above doubts become reasonable.

The power of Hellfire is definitely not weak. The fact that it was forcibly bestowed upon Johnny as part of a contract suggests that the demon itself is incredibly powerful. Only a demon like that would be qualified to commit such a grave act that threatens humanity.

"Do you recognize those demons that appeared tonight?" Baling continued to press.

“I’ve never seen him before, but that blue-faced guy is definitely Blackheart Demon. My gut feeling tells me he’s the one I’m looking for,” Johnny said honestly.

"And what is their purpose?"

"I do not know."

Johnny's eyes were clear and foolish, somewhat resembling innocence. Baling thought it didn't seem fake, so he decided to believe him for the time being.

To catch the thief, first catch the kingpin. Baling planned to first capture the real mastermind before discussing the subsequent handling.

"Activate your auto-pathfinding and lead me to him, the man with whom you made a contract."

Baling picked up the skull's tattered jacket and threw it in front of the motorcycle.

Johnny pressed his skeletal claws onto the motorcycle, and Hellfire immediately enchanted it. Under the scorching flames, the motorcycle's shell twisted and deformed, the front of the motorcycle turned into bones, and the tubes twisted into chains. Thus, a grotesque, burning hellish motorcycle was born.

Johnny hopped on his hellish motorcycle, following his inner guidance, leaving a trail of fiery streaks as he sped off.

Baling sat in the back seat of the car without any hesitation. The scorching hellfire looked terrifying, but it was controllable.

Under Baling's dedicated beatings, Johnny's control over Hellfire has improved considerably; even Baling's coat won't burn.

With the roar of its engine, the Hellfire-powered motorcycle sped forward at breakneck speed.

Along the way, Johnny couldn't resist the urge to punish the wicked. He got out of the car and beat up a petty thug who had committed a crime, and then used his Judgment Eye to devour the soul.

The night fades away and the dawn comes.

As the first rays of sunlight broke through the dawn, the Hellbike finally arrived at its destination—the Holy Cemetery, Johnny's starting area.

After the darkness disappeared, Johnny transformed back into a human from Ghost Rider.

Johnny was quite at ease, having already gotten used to it.

"Good morning, Skull. You're adapting well to your abilities." After Johnny parked the car, an old man in a cowboy hat holding a shovel suddenly appeared. His name was Carter Slay, the previous Ghost Rider.

“How could it be yours? Where is Loark!” Johnny’s expression was not good. Although he was very tired, he was worried that Baling was lying when he found that the place he had come to and the old man he had met were not the old man he had met before.

“Loark! Heh, it’s been a long time since I’ve heard his name.” Carter Slay’s eyes were filled with reminiscence, but he quickly came back to his senses and said to Johnny, “Get some sleep, kid.”

Johnny had been transforming multiple times and was already at his limit. Hearing that the old man recognized Loark, he relaxed a little and immediately fell asleep on the ground.

Old man Carter Slay then looked at Baling warily: "Stranger I don't recognize, what brings you here?"

Baling looked at the old cowboy with amusement: "To eliminate evil, especially... hellfire."

Having fought Johnny for hundreds of rounds, Baling was extremely sensitive to Hellfire. At this moment, he could feel the power hidden within the old man's body.

That was the same power Johnny possessed.

However, it was already very weak. If Johnny was a blazing campfire, then the old man was an ember about to go out.

Although he sensed the dark power within Baling, Carter Slay remained calm:
"This is a sacred place; you should know the rules."
