Article 1: The business scope of the enterprise license and the actual business scope must focus on new technologies and new materials. Traditional enterprises need to make technological innovations. Article 2: The enterprise's tax payment in the previous year must be ≥ 500 million yuan (Note: This tax amount is the amount after the final tax refund settlement. If the remaining tax amount after the final tax refund settlement is < 500 million yuan, it will not be considered).

When calculating for a single enterprise, the calculation is based on the taxes and fees paid by that enterprise.

If the deadline is exceeded, it will be considered a waiver, and after evaluation, Suzhou City has the right to reclaim the land provided in the support plan.

Article 4: Supported enterprises are required to complete the designated targets before the end of the overall support period.

Article 4.1: Winning the Nobel Prize.

Article 4.2: Win the Turing Award.

Article 4.3: Received a national-level progress award.

Article 4.3: Annual turnover exceeds RMB 2 billion and tax payment exceeds RMB 20 million.

Article 4.4: 500 or more invention patents must be reviewed and confirmed to be in line with the company's development before they can be evaluated.

Article 5: The overall support period is 4 years + 360 days. In addition to land support, tax reduction and exemption benefits are also available.

If a supported company fails to complete the project plan or meet the requirements specified in this plan within the specified period, it will be considered a failure.

The company needs to pay the outstanding land transfer fee.

The land transfer fee is calculated based on the land transfer fee price of the surrounding land in the third year after the support agreement is signed.
