"The Story of Feng Zi" is known as the originator of Chinese fantasy literature.

It began serialization in 1997 and ended in 2006, with a total of 502 million words.

It was twelve years earlier than Tudou's "Fights Break Sphere", eleven years earlier than San Shao's "Douluo Dalu", eight years earlier than I Eat Tomatoes' "Legend of Star Peak", and seven years earlier than Chen Dong's "Immortality".

If domestic fantasy literature wants to trace its roots, "The Story of Feng Zi" is definitely one of the ancestors.

Judging by its timeline, in an era of scarce online literature resources, this book is bound to become a model for many online writers, especially those of fantasy fiction. The book features a detailed continental setting and realm divisions, interspersed with characters from different eras, similar to the infinite flow of time.
